    My mom and I both had the BEST experience at this dealership. After getting two cars stolen in our family, we switched to Nissan and had incredible help from Salesman Alex as well as two different Bills, and Kimberly in finance, to find new cars that worked with our budgets and wishes. Everyone here was kind, transparent, and so beyond helpful after such stressful situations. The easiest and smoothest car buying experience we've ever had!!!!

    I had an appointment at 6 but arrived earlier and they didn't mind at all. The service I received from Jason and Miguel was outstanding. They even brought me along for the ride to another car lot not too far to get the SUV I wanted. The process was smooth and painless.

    5 star service and experience! From the sales person on the phone Deya to the online mgr Rosa and the salesmen Luis, sales mgr Anthony and the finance mgr Dany was all amazing. I was skeptical at first when reading their google reviews and BBB review about hidden fees. I did not want to waste driving 1 hour and 40 minutes to get there. So I called first thing in the morning and ask if there are any dealer fees or hidden fees beside the price of the car, taxes, plates and doc fees and they mentioned about options packages like warranty and etc, but assured me that they will clearly explain everything and no hassle with options if i dont want it. My experience was just that! No hassle! Very clear! Declined the options! Besides their bumper to bumper extended warranty. Test drove the vehicle, talked numbers and no going back and forth many times and everything went smoothly as planned. It was Saturday morning and every person we came in contact was friendly and pleasant and bought our vehicle. When we got there the vehicle was ready and washed as promised, inside there were piece of paper said VIP appointment for Mr.xxxx. Love it and it was a very nice touch. We visited 3 other dealers and they all were rude and highway robbery with hidden fees. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience for my wife and I and even was able to beat my pre approved rate from the credit union of 20 plus years. In and out in about 4 hours which is average when you buy a vehicle.

    First impressions are always the ones that make an impact in any place of service. I recently made an appointment for a manufacturer defect for my car. It was my first time going to Zeigler. Used the customer parking and unfortunately I was informed that I used the wrong entrance. I was greeted and directed to the garage/shop. Came in with time to spare in spite of me figuring out where to go. There were 3 people running around, two customers ahead of me but none of us were being acknowledged. Then it was my turn; the guy assumed I was for an oil change, but it was not the case. He couldn't find me in the system for any appointments. Finally, he figured it out and checked me in. At this point I was flustered but was trying to give the benefit of the doubt. I ask the approximate wait time and it was an hour. Time went by and then I was called by a different person informing me that my car was ready. I was not given any paperwork on what was done to the car at all. Two cars were behind me waiting for me to exit and I did not give me the opportunity to ask any further questions. Next time, if I need to make use of their services, I will plan ahead and make sure communication is established. I will also make sure to ask any paperwork describing what was done to my car, even if it's a simple procedure.

    My truck had an issue while out of town in the Gurnee area and was given a long list of repairs. I only did what was necessary to get me back on the road to get home and went to my local Nissan dealership to get the rest of the repairs done. 2 out of 3 repairs on the list was a non existing issue. There was no oil leak and no issue at all with the control arms. It is clear this shop in Gurnee was needlessly adding items that didn't need repair. Beware.

    Over the past week I was emailing and communicating with someone about a vehicle listed at a certain price. On Saturday I was able to stop by to look at the vehicle. Being that the vehicle was in the showroom I thought that I would have been greeted by someone but wasn’t. After about 30 minutes I departed only to receive a call from their sales department asking if I was still interested. I told them what had happened and they asked if I could come back. I asked if the price I was communicating about was still being offered and I was told yes. After returning a second time and test driving and sitting down for numbers the showed me the sale price that was 10k over what was listed. When I told them the that I was there because the price was listed at 52k .. they refused to honor the price that was originally listed and still tried to sell me a vehicle that was over 10k what was listed.

    We purchased a certified preowned vehicle and were blown away by the customer service. We were greeted right away at the door, given multiple options to look at, and was given the best possible deal without any hassle. Truly professional sales team which consisted of Luis, Leo, and Danny made the experience one we would like to have over and over again. Will definitely be returning in the future when we are ready to purchase again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

    I purchased my SUV earlier in 2023 and have used their servicing department a few times since my purchase. I usually don't post reviews but a shout out to Danny and Luis for their excellent customer service and accommodating all my requests! Recommend this dealership.

    I have been a Zeigler customer for years. I have always found excellent service at high value. Unfortunately the current service team continues to tarnish that shine, and is making me think of looking for a new shop. The last 18 month the new managers lack of experience has significantly decreases customer service/ satisfaction. Most recently, miss quoting work, and quoting new work that had been complete on the last visit give the image of a cash grab, not a professional service department. I am sad to say, but my confidence has been shaken. We may not be back
