I booked a birthday party off of a recommendation and was very disappointed with the interaction I had with their front desk staff! She was very rude and unprofessional so I cancelled my party reservation. The manager initially agreed to expedite my refund but after stating I would leave a review of my poor experience she changed her mind and decided to make me wait for my refund. Their cancellation policy also states you’ll be charged $50 to cancel even if you cancel well enough in advance for them to secure another party! Seems like a rip off to me! I really hoped to enjoy this place with my children but I’ll never patronize a place with horrible customer service!! *Edit and as you can see in the response, the blatant disregard for the customer is apparent. I did not ever negotiate pricing or expect a discount, the person responding to this review wasn’t the person that I spoke to and that wasn’t the information given! I love that you protect the behavior of your employees at the expense of your customers! You have your facts incorrect and as you should know, bad word spreads faster than good! Take care!

Poor customer service, and poor attitudes, that includes the owners almost smart a** responses. Wouldn’t recommend at all, went to a birthday part where the parent was disappointed & I was also even though it wasn’t my child’s party. So glad I’ll be skipping this place because I almost considered having my daughters party here in a few months but hard pass. I won’t be recommending this place to anyone, I’ll actually point anyone I know in a different direction. There are still good kid places/ party places, with a lot more professionalism. Hope to get the word out more about the poor attitudes of the people that work here, but again not surprised it starts with the owner.

I really don't understand the bad reviews...my son and I who is 16 months has been multiple times and on each occasion the staff has been nice and accommodating it's a great place to take your younger kids to let out their energy as an added bonus to me since my son is younger, it isn't super crowded with older kids so I feel more comfortable for my son to play around as opposed to other places when I have to watch out for older kids. I would definitely recommend to bring your kids here they will have a great time.

Family have a great time! Due to their all day wrist band you get with the entry, we were able to leave, run and errand and come back. There’s lots to do and the staff is friendly and welcoming. A clean place as well. They have a huge sandbox area and a huge bounce house.

This is always one of my kids’s favorite place to come, there are so many different fun sections for kids, specially the sand pit, it’s a beach inside ! 🏖️ The front desk lady Judy is very friendly and always cleaning and vacuuming to make sure the place is spotless, double thumbs up ! 👍 keep it up kiddy club!

I see a lot of reviews from moms who are happy with this play place. Well I’m a grandma and this place is 100% grandma approved! We brought our two year old and 10 month old grandchildren here to play and they were nonstop happy and running about for two hours straight. It’s absolutely perfect totally clean and well-kept and they have lots of little attractions that toddlers find fascinating and fun will definitely be back all winter. I want to give a shout out also to the person working there today young woman I did not get her name but she was very helpful kind and just ran things there very smoothly which I appreciate. This place definitely gets five stars and looks like an awesome place for little kids birthday parties as well.

We had a great time at the Kids indoor playground and sandbox. They were very accommodating to our needs and very nice to work with. The kids had a blast! It's a great place for kids to play, run around and have fun! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an indoor playground in the area!

Took my 3yo for the first time today (7/8) & he had the best time. I previously read the bad reviews & im glad i did not listen to them. The lady working today (sorry i did not catch her name) was so incredibly nice, kind & helpful. It was not crowded at all. There were about 8 kids total and she was so attentive and helpful to everyone that walked in. She was so nice checking us in and explaining the rules and when we were leaving came to talk to us and gave him a lollipop. I saw her do that to everyone. Literally the nicest customer service possible. It is incredibly safe and so fun for my toddler. He is lightening fast and all over the place but I could relax and let him run around the whole place because every attraction was geared for toddlers. Everything was exceptionally clean, even the huge sand play area. He had so much fun. We will definitely come back all the time. After having such a great experience and reading these unnecessarily bad reviews .. i feel like the reviews have to be fake because this place is really truly great. Overall very safe, clean, fun ,& the service was so nice.

My three year old LOVES this place. The rides are great, the staff is friendly and the food is actually tasty and affordable! We went on a Wednesday and it was great--no lines! My three year old met most of the height requirements and those he did not my Dad was able to ride with him.. I would recommend that your child is between 3-6 for the best experience, although it was fun for the whole family!

Great indoor playground! Clean, well-maintained and safe. Price is reasonable considering that adult admission is free. This is a privately owned facility, so don't expect it to compete with McDonald's Playplace or a tax-funded city/county/state playground. We enjoyed our visit and would recommend it to a friend anytime.

We absolutely loved our visit to this place! My kiddos were able to climb to their hearts content while I could tell the entire location had been deep cleaned. I appreciated the hand washing station and mask policy. We will be back and ready to play some more!

We've held two private play events here and they do an amazing job making sure everyone stays safe. Their cleaning protocols made me feel very secure both times and my kids had so much fun doing something special and different. The staff really go above to make sure your experience is special.

Had my daughters 1st birthday party here and have absolutely no complaints. We did the private party option. I got there early and everything was all set up already. It was SUPER clean, many of my guests even stated how cleaned it smelled as soon as you walked in. Our guest age ranges were from under 1year old up to 11years old and EVERYONE had something to do and had a blast. Would definitely consider having many more parties there

I was overjoyed when we utilised them for my daughter's third birthday!! The kids (ages 2 to 7) liked it, and everyone had a good time. My family and friends agreed that it was the finest decision. Better than a jump house, in my view!! The owner was attentive and helpful/nice from the first email I sent. Everything went swimmingly. The equipment was in excellent shape. My advice is to use them for your next event!

Perfect play place for my 3 yo and 11 mo. Most play places are geared toward older kids, but this one was perfect for toddlers. They had several areas to play and tons of equipment. Admission was a great price for the value! We will definitely go there again!!

My daughter 2nd birthday was just here & it was AMAZING! I loved the place the kids enjoyed themselves & my host JUDY was amazing. Soon as I came in it was cleaned smelled cleaned & she was instantly nice & helped me get set up. She volunteered to help me decorate she kept checking on us making sure everything was good. I love her she was perfect. I would definitely come back here all the kids didn't wanna leave

Absolutely amazing experience! Judy was amazing! We went on a weekday, one hour after opening. Everything was clean, working properly and the environment was friendly. There's plenty of different attractions to keep your little one entertained! I will return! Thank you Judy for such a great 1st visit

My daughter is having an amazing time and loves playing here. Came on a Monday morning and there is nobody else here, clean and plenty of space. Judy greeted us and helped us get checked in for the first time, she was extremely welcoming and helpful. Great experience here.

My daughter has always wanted to come to an indoor play area and what stood out the most from this one versus others was the sandbox! The atmosphere is quite pleasant. The employee Judy is absolutely wonderful. She is so kind and thoughtful. She was constantly making sure everyone was having a good time and cleaning! We will definitely be coming back!
