I have been going to multiple vets in the area, trying to find an honest Doctor Who is also reasonable. I have been struggling, finding somebody I could trust and wasn’t in it to be a salesman. I feel I finally found the right place that I can find the solutions for my dog without going to the extremes of things. This is the old school Dr i have been looking for. My dog has been sick the past week and frankly didn’t know if we could spend the thousands and thousands I was being told this would cost with a great risk of that not helping. After Dr. reviews the blood work he make me feel very comfortable with trying a new approach. I am definitely bringing my pets here for now on! Thank you for a great service, thank your for showing the empathy I was looking for, and for the confidence in trusting you to get to the root problem!

The lady in the front desk has a horrible attitude!! If she doesn’t have the patience to deal with a customer why is she working with customers? She is also not friendly. This the second time she has an attitude. I was a new customer and I had to deal with this smh. I liked the doctor but because of her I’m not coming back!!

Dr. Kipnis is amazing at getting to the issue. No beating around the bush which is what you want when it comes to your beloved animal. He has fit me in to see me last minute in very pressing times a couple of times. He and his staff genuinely care about animals and have been more than accommodating on two occasions. The staff is very pleasant to deal with and really cares about the animals as well. Highly recommend this clinic. I moved away and still drive 100 miles one way just to see him. Definitely 5 stars. 10 if they were available.

Dr Kipnis and staff are wonderful, caring, people. I have been going there for 13 years with my Bishon Maltese pup, he had received the best care each and every time.

Dr. Kipnis is the most amazing Veterinarian by far that I've had. He truly cares about your pet and is devoted. My dog almost lost his dew claw, if it were up to other Veterinarians in the area. Dr. Kipnis went the extra mile and saved his toe (dew claw). After he also thought removal might be the answer to. But to my surprise he went extra mile.

When I was 15 years old I adopted a dog that they told us would be flaky and unfriendly. She turned out to be the most loving and awesome dog ever. She lived till 19. When she had deteriorated to the Pont that her back legs just wouldn't work we knew it was time. But this was the great recession of the early 2000's. My mother and I were both out of work. No vet would put her down without payment up front. The only option they gave us was we could drop the dog off in Chicago for a mass kill. We couldn't be there and they wouldn't let us even have the ashes. I couldn't do that so I called around to th vets and they all said the same thing. When I got to Dr K, explained the situation, and he didn't hesitate to say come on in. The level of compassion this clinic has is beyond reproach. You'd be a fool not to come here. I'll never go to another vet EVER!

They are very professional and caring. Not only does the Dr explain everything very well but, he does it in a caring manner. We have had to put down 2 of our furry family recently and the the care and compassion the Dr and staff provide is fantastic. We previously went to a well know Lombard vet and I feel they are quantity over quality! When we had to put down our 21 year old cat they only offered curbside drop off due to the "pandemic". Very cold! Lombard Animal Clinic took care of us at the difficult time and allowed us to be there with her to the end and make availability for us! Can't say enough good about them!! All of our furry family now go here!

This was my first visit to this clinic. I picked this place because of the reviews. The doctor is very nice and knowledgeable. I had no issues.

Our whole family sees Dr. kipnis he has been the best vet we ever had. We have been seeing him for at least 40 years or more.

Awesome vet!! Very nice, personable and knowledgeable. They saw my dog immediately due to an emergency, put my mind at ease and were very professional. I will be taking all my animals to them from now on.
