Can’t say enough good things about this dealer. They were so good to work with. We were in a bad spot having been in a car accident that totaled our last vehicle u expectedly. Beyond pissed with this dealer! Took my van in 10/30/2023 for an oil change and had an appointment at 11am they took almost 3 hours to get it done and I was not the only person that had the same issue with waiting for an oil change! I get home and I noticed that my multi-point inspection is from a different vehicle so I called them and they tell me they will email me the correct one right away and never got it! For some reason I decided to check under the van for leaks and to my surprise the metal shield protection is gone from under my odyssey! Are you kidding me! First and last time I’m going to this place! Really disappointed! I’m definitely not recommending this place I rather travel further and go to the one in Aurora! If I could give it a zero stars I would!
