My friends and I went there with our Toddlers. So many amazing things happened. Both boys (under 3 years old) successfully used chopsticks by themselves! When one of the boys got sick and threw up, the staff was on top of it! They even brought the boy a new meal because he was still hungry. I owe this amazing experience to Zak. His service was impeccable. The rest of the staff was incredible as well! Sadly I know only one other staff member's name, Owen. He was a great server! Every restaurant should hold their staff's standards of service to the degree of the staff at Noodles & Company in Deerfield. Thank you Zak! You made this a dinner my friends and I will NEVER forget.

The restaurant was very clean and welcoming. The staff was nice and knowledgeable about their menu and had a good recommendation for my meal. Overall I like the restaurant but it seems way overpriced for the amount of food you receive. I spent 13$ on a small bowl (it is a very small bowl) and a fountain drink. That's all, nothing else.... It does come out fast but with the small amount of food they give you, I'd hope it doesn't take long.

I’m giving 3 stars simply because of their prices. Over $10 for a bowl of pasta and some pieces of beef. Was it spicy? Somewhat. Was it tasty? It was okay. I’m sure it had ton of sodium! Is the bowl BIG? Nope! To me, not worth $10.00 at all.

This is the dirtiest N&Co I've ever been to. I only noticed it after we ordered. The Coke machine looks like it has never been cleaned, the drink station was a mess, and several tables were not cleaned off after other guests had eaten. And when we arrived the place was all but empty save 1 family at a booth. I often eat at a Noodles because I know they have gluten free options and typically handle their allergies pretty strictly and have never had issues before, when I received my meal the Gluten free noodles we're carelessly cooked with the regular noodles because I had several of them in the dish. Clearly cross contaminated. The sauce was runny and is usually thick, and the portion size I received was much less than I usually get. I had already eaten some of the meal before I found out it was contaminated, so I ended up getting sick. (My fault for eating out of my own house, I know.) But I wanted to leave as soon as I found it. Either the employees were lazy, or this is a reflection of the management of this location. Regardless, I will not be returning to this location.

Nice spot for noodles. It's a chain restaurant, so there's nothing too special, but the food is always good. Staff is fast and friendly. It can get very busy during the dinner rush, but things move quickly here, so you rarely have to wait for lunch. They have a great variety, making it easy to please everyone in a large group.

Been to many N&C but this is definitely the worst food I’ve had. Employees are nice but food disgusting. Pasta taste like rubber, chicken was like not good very dry. Tomato’s no taste and omg the mushrooms are like so old.

Pretty good but WAY OVERPRICED

The food was edible... the service was terrible. It’s a chain and I have low expectations of this place, I know what to expect, but this was way below my expectations. I called to place my pickup order, and the phone order system was not functioning. I pressed 0 to speak with a person and they seemed annoyed by my call. I told them what I wanted to order and they said “okay” and then simply set the phone down and walked away without any further confirmation. At that point even hanging up would have been better. At home, we realized they had forgotten to give us half of our order.

We've been here a lot the past few months (perhaps too much...) while home shopping in the neighborhood. This Noodles & Co. is above average. Service has been great - I love how the manager asks if you're vegan when you opt for no cheese, just to be sure for you. They also keep the place nice and clean.

I don’t eat here super often as being allergic to gluten and dairy my options are limited. But everytime I do the amount of sauce I get is less and less and the quality of the beef goes down more and more. Definitely better options for better food for the price.

I like the chicken noodle soup but they have put chunks of chicken in it which i do not like. The noodle dish was tasty. Roasted garlic cream tortellini.

I keep seeing this place everywhere I go so I Tried it for the first time, it was pretty good if you love noodles and are in a rush this is great food came out fast but good decent seasoning and very clean. everyone was nice and friendly, also for the sizes they aren't bad I had the smaller size and it filled me up.

I haven't tried Noodles &Co often, but the overall experience I've had with this brand has been that if you don't know how to boil water and cook instant ramen and you don't like the grocery store brand prepared noodles, this might be for you. I say this without satire because the service provided in the restaurant is great, but regardless of which franchise it is, their food give off an unexpected vibe with excessive vinegar to lighten the meal. Usually when I'm craving noodles I want to be hit with something heavy and be on the teetering edge of a food coma. Lots of Italian restaurants here do exactly that with the added garlic bread and I love them for that. Noodles and Co however, is experimenting a different view. They're looking to make healthy noodles, which is a distinct juxtaposition from what they are expected to be. It's like the companies that make veggie straws, they market it to be organic and healthy, but the unfortunate fact is that both of them are equally unhealthy by their processed sources and their portions. I had the Buffalo Mac & Cheese with a cup of unsweetened decaf Honest Tea and a rice krispie wedge. They seemed to lay off on the white vinegar this time around. The sliced breaded chicken was a good palate cleanser followed by tea to chase down. The sauce surprisingly was pretty spicy. It's not in your face spicy, but it'll make your nose runny. Eating the bowl of mac with chopsticks didn't feel weird until I was halfway in. It's strange to not see a macaroni salad from this brand, it'd be on point too, considering what they're pushing. I suppose if you wanted to get someone to stop eating noodles once and for all you could try bringing them to a noodles and Co 🤣

We have ordered from this location multiple times for our office and each time the meals are fresh, correct and labeled with names!!! It has always been on time and ready for pick up and has remained consistent. Everyone is always so content at the office when we choose noodles & co for lunch. We are SO grateful for this location and team!!!

The service was awesome. The guy who took my order (male, red hair) gave me customer service that was better than a 5 star restaurant. I find it funny that I am this satisfied at a fast food place- but he was just incredible. All of my kudos to him and whoever trained him. Deserves massive raise and promotion.

I ordered through the noodles and company app, they delivered but part of my order was entirely missing. They replied back sorry can’t refund you but you can come back next time will give you the order for free and they hung up on me. Nice customer service management? They can’t even refund what I didn’t get in my order? What kind of store management is this

Thank you so much to the entire team at this Noodles location. My daughter and I came nearly at closing time. The entire staff was happy to serve us-- even though they were getting ready to close and shutting things down. Easy takeout, fun changes to menu!

Super great! I love the spaghetti with fresh noodles! Also the buffalo chicken macaroni is a favorite of course. I was surprised at how large the menu is. Can add variations to many dishes. Korean meatballs are awesome! Great dinner.

Always an amazing experience. The kids and I love the Penne Rosa with grilled chicken.

Who doesn't like noodles

Ordered carry out from this location about a month ago and they forgot a side of chicken for my kids, so I call them back and let them know of their error and the manager on duty offers to make the chicken and I can come and pick it up and he would throw in a free entree the next time I came in, or if I didn't want to make the trip back he would put my name on a list in the back for two free entrees the next time I come in or order online. He advised to call ahead and let them know I was coming in so they could arrange for the free entrees. Keep in mind this was all offered without any demand on my part, I was annoyed that they forgot the chicken and my wife had already heated up chicken nuggets so not having to drive back was agreeable and I fugured we dont eat there all the time but figured we would eventually go back. Well tonight was the night we were going to take them up on their offer for the free entrees, so I called ahead and asked for the manager and spoke to a gentleman named Alberto, who was not the original manager that I spoke with, and I advised him of the situation and what I had been instructed to do and the reason I was calling. The firs thing he asked for was the manager's name that I spoke to, it was a month ago and I honestly did not think this was going to be an issue since they volunteered the resolution to their mistake, so I didn't bother making notes of our conversation or whom I spoke with. So, I informed Alberto I was not sure whom I spoke with but thought his name may have been Scott, I was immediately informed that there was no Scott at that location and then I was informed of the formal complaint process for these types of situations. As if I am supposed to know when I call a place and inform them of an error they made with my order that I should know wether or not they are following their formal protocol. I didn't think when I originally called that it was a big deal and they seemed to handle it informally but I am sure these types of things happen all the time so did not think much of it at the time. Well needless to say this matter went unresolved, Alberto asked me when I placed the order and at that point I basically informed him that they made the error and offered me the deal, i paid for chicken that I never received, and now i am required to recall every detail of a conversation and an order that took place over a month ago in order for them to live up to the arrangement that they offered??? I was off put by the whole situation, and I am not saying Alberto is 100% at fault, maybe the original offer was a blow off to make it someone else's problem at another time, but needless to say I informed Alberto I would just take my business elsewhere. So my family went to Corner Bakery for dinner instead and when I got home and looked at my bank statement I had placed the order on 8/12/19.
