I recently switched services from Verizon to AT&T and I am more than pleased. Not only with the service but with the great customer care I received at the Huntley AT&T store. I worked with Marco, who was extremely helpful and thoughtful when talking me through the transition. He provided excellent detail about everything, making sure I knew the difference between each phone plan, compared the different iPhones for me and made sure I left the store happy and full of knowledge. Marco seemed very knowledgeable and was so fun to talk to while everything got switched over. (This guy is so funny!) I would highly recommend going to this store where you can always expect great service.

I stopped in to the Huntley store to upgrade my phone. Great experience! Marco was super nice and helpful in getting all my data transferred over, and putting a screen protector on the new phone for me.

Esme was a wonderful person to work with. Came in and I needed a data transfer and she was able to help me out with reconnecting me watch too. I would recommend her 10000%!

Poor customer service. I handed the associate my credit card, he did not hand it back, dropped it on the table. Purchased a SIM card associate did not offer assistance on how to activate the SIM card, said “I think you have to call customer service.” Very Rude do not go to this location.

Esme was very helpful. She was able to help us to configure a number of thinfs on our phones. She explained everything well, was patient and had a good sense of humor.

Dan Johnson, the manager took care of my locked phone, that Algonquin location said it was not something they do. The Huntley store is by far the epitome of superb customer service. When one store says they can't help. You just go to another. All future issues or questions will be handled at Huntley store and by Dan, if he is available. GREAT JOB!!!

When I came into the store and was greeted by a super nice young woman. I came in because I had a phone issue. The young lady was able to fix it and even give me a really good deal on a new phone! I would recommend working with Esme Espinoza!

Mason had the worst customer service he was quick. Lacked salesmanship not a good experience. I was about to buy a phone instead decided to leave and go to Best Buy which was a way better choice

The associate there Esme was amazing ,we did a couple upgrades and she was very helpful.

Esme is great! I’ve had an iphone 8 for years that finally bit the dust and I was really nervous about going in to upgrade my phone. I’d previously used a different carrier but they were giving me so many issues and honestly I couldn’t understand the breakdowns of their prices at all. Esme was a rockstar helping upgrade and switch over. She was very kind and patient and answered any and all questions I had for her and made my experience infinitely more pain-free as I’d thought it would be. Hands down one of the best service experiences! Christina Johnson went above and beyond to help my daughter set up a new iPhone and secure our family plan controls.
