Have been living very close to the Dental Place for nearly twenty years but stupidly only became a client of the clinic in recent years. I wish I had made that decision a long time ago. The service is excellent. The staff are all friendly, caring and know what they’re doing. I get great ongoing dental care and feel like a valued customer. Price is reasonable (compared to my previous dentist) and they have been able to sort out one or two tooth emergency situations without any drama. Highly recommend the Dental Place.

Such excellent service. Dr. Jessie was fantastic and thorough. Bridgette and Karolin were very helpful, they have assisted us with every help required. It’s my first time in this practice and have nothing but all praises to such exemplary service.

Receptionists are lovely and welcoming. The dentist is also very gentle and doesn’t try to talk to you and ask questions while your teeth are being cleaned. As someone with a lot of anxiety and bad experiences with going to the dentist I definitely recommend this place as everyone is very understanding and make you feel calm and not judged or lectured

i have avoided the dentist for 5+ years due to a lot of anxiety and fear, after attending this clinic im no longer anxious or scared of attending the dentist. all staff at the clinic were incredibly kind, caring and went through everything with me beforehand. i highly highly recommend that dental place.

The entire team at The Dental Place are terrific! From the front of house, to Steve and Kimberly. They are friendly, professional and provide a truly incredible service. They have made visiting the dentist as pleasant as it can be!

First time having a clean at the dental place. The staff were wonderful in getting me an appointment at short notice and reviewing my prior dental records. It was a comfortable and thorough clean by Shugi. She was super friendly and she clearly explained how my teeth were going and what to expect moving forward. It put me at ease and I felt I was being looked after. Would highly recommend.

I had an acute event and was referred to The Dental Place by another practice for a quick assessment. Staff are extremely accommodating, Steve was extremely thorough in his assessments, quick with decisions, and included me in the decision making process. I can’t recommend this place enough. I have serious anxiety when it comes to dentists due to a previous bad experience, but found The Dental place warm and welcoming from the time I called to the time I left after I was treated. Karoleen and the front of house staff are very friendly and professional but most of all, understanding. They helped keep me calm before and after my procedure. The dentist Andrew is understanding, thorough, informative, and tactfully direct. I felt safe and at ease with him. He kept me calm throughout the procedure and was extremely patient with me. I never felt rushed no matter how many questions I had. I cried afterwards only because it was such a relief to have such a great experience when I was so filled with anxiety prior to going. Thank you all so much! It means a lot!

From the start the receptionists are friendly and actually want to help. I've had 2 dentists there and they were both nice and transparent. They explained preventative measures and don't seem to do unnecessary procedures for money.

Dr Stephen is a professional at heart and extremely gentle in his practice. On completion of visits I feel grateful to have found a Dentist that truly puts their patient at the forefront of treatment and care.

loved my experience here. The receptionist Karoleen was super thorough and explained everything to me, walked me through the process of using my private health to partially cover the cost, and was overall super friendly and inviting :)) the dentist and the assistants/helper were also great, wrote me up a dental plan and were transparent about costs for surgical treatment.

Dr Rachel is amazing! I have a phobia of the dentist and have super sensitive teeth, which makes regular cleans a nightmare. But Dr Rachel makes a real effort to ensure I'm comfortable and to take care of things speedily but thoroughly. The other staff at the clinic are great, too. Highly recommended.

Everyone is so caring and lovely here. From the moment you walk in the receptionists greet you warmly and genuinely. The dentist was attentive and sensitive to my apprehensions and dealt with me in a kind and respectful manner. Although the dentist is never the nicest place to visit, this one is lovely.
