4 month old had a really enjoyable time in the spa. High rating because it is such a unique enjoyable experience for babies in a relaxing environment & staff were friendly. However some slight imperfections - we were told to arrive 15 minutes early for our slot, however the session started 20 mins later than our slot (so we sat in wait room for 30 mins. Tricky when bub has such short wake windows) - pricey ($95) for only a 10 minute swim

So disappointed!!!!!, trying to make a time work with my little one who ended up being really sick day of appointment. And got no sympathy at all just sorry it’s outside of 12 hrs cancellation. So what was I meant to do bring my sick baby. It’s not a cheap service and in these times of hardship I just lost $80-$90 just like that.

I took my son who is 5 months old to this baby spa last week and wow, he was treated like a king. He absolutely loved the water and didn't want to get out, and the massage was so good he was smiling the whole time. Service was great and the ladies working were lovely. Have booked in our next session as well! If only there was pamper session for mum too haha! Thank you very much!

My baby has absolutely loved both of her sessions. The staff are wonderful, especially Sue who is a beautiful person and genuinely loves her job and adores the babies. She was so beautiful and sweet with my daughter and is extremely professional, informative and friendly. It was so lovely to see her again at our second visit!

We have had an amazing experience taking our now 7 month daughter to baby spa since she was 10 weeks old. She has enjoyed it every time we have attended and has built so much body strength. Also want to give a shout-out to Sue who has always been patient and amazing with our daughter and she has always looked forward to having her as a therapist. She made our experience more comfortable as parents and now that we have finished we are going to miss her so much.

My 9 week old baby enjoyed his first experience so much! We had Renee one of the staff there that took us through the whole session and she was so lovely! Very friendly, the way she handled my baby and was talking through things just made the experience even better for my baby and us. She was happy and smiling and in general a very warm person which I think is important especially when being around and handling babies. We’ll definitely be going back and requesting Renee again for our next session :)

We’ve been taking our baby for many sessions now and love how he’s so relaxed in the water, he especially loves the massages at the end. Sue is absolutely great, she’s lovely to talk to, lovely towards our baby and made our time at the spa fly. Ask for Sue if you can!

It is such a great experience for our bub. We attend weekly when possible or fortnightly. We absolutely love coming here, and the ladies are fantastic. There are so many benefits, and we are seeing an improvement with bubs reflux. It is clean and very relaxing. Our bubs has built up her time in the water. They take the time and make sure your baby is comfortable with the session. They have cute clothing also. We will see you soon!!!!

We had such a lovely experience with Deb at Baby Spa in Moonee Ponds. Our daughter absolutely loved it. The staff were so sweet and patient. Thank you and we hope to be back soon.

Highly recommend Baby Spa We have been attending since our daughter was 4 weeks old and is now 5 months. We have seen huge benefits including her love for the water. Renay and Sue have been absolutely amazing and make us enjoy the experience every single time. The only disappointment is “Grown Florist” next door. Very inconsiderate use of the ‘Shared’ driveway and either making families park along the busy road or blocking cars in and unable to leave after a spa session. Highly recommend the spa but would never recommend the florist.
