My experience with the Dr I saw was amazing I have been seeing her for a long time and I always get the best care imaginable. However, I am always left waiting usually 40 mins after my appointment time and today it was an hour past my appointment time. Now that this Centre no longer bulk bills I think they should work on their wait times. I don’t mind a small wait but one hour is ridiculous.

Came for an appointment filled with anxiety. I was getting results of an MRI. Receptionist didn't greet me just asked what was the time of my appointment. She continued to question me, asking for my DOB and address. I get that's her job, but what about my privacy? The waiting area was packed and three of us stood at that same counter blurting out private information for anyone to hear. Do better. Implement better processes to protect our privacy. Receptionist needs to greet people, that also is her job. We are paying customers now. Think doctors, who really holds your lively hood in their hands? Your reckless and uncaring receptionist/s.

If you have very young children, steer clear of a Dr Nisha here. She has a gruff attitude and intimidates children by saying things like they will get injections if they don’t listen to her. Prescribes unnecessary tests (and the rate payers bear the burden) by misleading parents. She took barely 2 minutes examining mine and dismissively listened to whatever info I, as a parent was contributing . They have many other good doctors , just steer clear of her.

I was lucky, when I rang the medical centre there was appointment in 10 mins which I accepted, and the ladies on reception were lovely & helpful! From my phone call, I arrived in & out in 20 minutes. Lovely Dr Nischa very pleasant & helpful also, so all up 5 stars.

Waited 25 minutes for the lab tech to call my number. In the meantime I asked the front desk if the nurse was inside or not, and they said yes she was and was busy with another patient. 15 minutes later, saw a lady walk into the room and call my number . She was the nurse and had not been inside as opposed to what the receptionist said. Go figure. I’m givin a wide berth to this establishment here on now.

This place is pretty good, but it's such a shame that the faces of the clinic - a particular blonde, blazer wearing receptionist has to have attitude! Checking in for my sons appointment, and just asking a simple question of how many people might be ahead of us, she was severely inconvenienced by my question, the attitude that came along with her answer was so unacceptable. I worked in a medical centre for 9yrs and would never act the way she did! Shame on your blonde girl 😡

I had a positive experience with the clinic's service overall. The doctor and receptionist were friendly. However, there was a significant issue with punctuality. Despite scheduling my appointment during my lunch break, I ended up waiting for 48 minutes, making me late for work. It would greatly improve the experience if they could better manage appointment times and inform patients if there are delays. Communication about delays is a simple task that can make a big difference.

One star for my usual GP who is amazing! but sadly not always available. Get ready to wait an hour to have doctor Wai Wai barely look at you, bill you and tell you to come back if symptoms continue, providing zero care in the mean time. Can't even give a decent medical certificate because despite there being no appointments available if you want one day of, refusing to write a proper medical certificate when you do get in. Is apparently an OK thing to do. So is charging a fee for returning with the exact same symptoms as 2 days prior, its a "booking fee" according to her. This doctor then didn't appreciate being asked why all the above happened, instead refuses to treat me because I am upset about the way she had been "treating" me. Doctors should be accountable too. Imagine thinking it's OK to treat sick people like this? And that being upset means they can refuse care AND still try to bill them? Do NOT see doctor WAI WAI MON, she should not be considered a doctor. And has zero empathy for her patients, nor has she ever done anything that I couldn't do myself. Sadly I can't write my own doc certs. That is the only thing she is good for, even that is difficultfor her. I have seen her for myself and children (only if I have to if usual GP is booked out, never ever been a first choice) . And do wonder how someone who does so little can be paid so much, and have the ego that she does. Can't wait to see what the medical ombudsmen has to say about how this clinic is run. And how doctor (shouldn't call her that though it implies she helps and cares about people) wai wai carries herself. There is a big difference between being upset and questioning why things have been done that way, and being -aggressive-. But according to this highly "trained and educated" person, there is no difference between being upset, and being aggressive. Literally her words. "They are the same thing" Concerning you have a doctor who thinks this. Doctors are sposed to be for physical AND mental well-being. And should know what basic words mean.

Booked a telehealth for 1:30pm. Receptionist gave me a call at 1:20pm to take $70 payment and advised that the doctor would call shortly. 2 hours later no phone call. I called back and was told the doctor was running behind and will call soon. I've only been here 3 times but each time has been a 45+ minute wait/delay. My experience at this clinic has always been the same.

Doctor Zannith is terrific, she is caring and understanding - she is the best Doctor I've ever been too. it's so hard to find a good Doctor these days, I highly recommend her.

I noticed my e script link and token had disappeared, called the clinic only to be told that I would need another paid consultation for them to re issue. I said I wasn’t happy as I had already paid last time and now I don’t have access to my scripts. The practice manager was supposed to follow up today and upon following up myself I had been told Nicole isn’t in and has left no notes regarding your complaint. I spoke with Sheree and she checked with my Dr (Dr Mon) and she agreed that she needed to see me because I hadn’t been seen in so long apparently(Under 5 months) I called my local pharmacy and she was able to put my scripts from SL cloud and dispensed without an issue for me. I am beyond upset and disappointed in the customer service I received regarding this issue and I will not return to this practice. I had always loved Dr Mon and she always gave me wonderful consultations but since the clinic has gone private I have noticed that her patient care as lacked as well. Incredibly frustrating and truly unacceptable service.

Dr Mon was fantastic! I wish I had gone to see her earlier. She was very caring and thorough. My new regular GP 😊

I used Hotdoc application to book appointment, and the touchscreen at clinic wasn’t working so I still had to manually check in. I waited around 30 mins after booked appointment, to be seen and at the time the reception was half full. I was happy to receive the prescription for my child, even though thankfully he wasn’t vomiting from the gastro at that point but still showing symptoms of the gastro. It was the same pill that the hospital use, and it brought a great piece of mind, even though with gastro it needs to take its course. The doctor was courteous, friendly and told me what to look out for (me a first time mum). I loved the script sent via mobile, so easy as I now I don’t need to present my medicare card to the chemist

Dr Soe Min Tun is a Godsend! He is so thorough and cautious with his assessment with kids. Too many kids are being dismissed and under diagnosed these days in the medical system, so it’s a relief knowing doctors like him are still out there who will take things seriously. He is calm, informative , listens to the patient and he is so good with kids. He’s an absolutely wonderful doctor.

Plenty of good doctors and nurses at the clinic. Usually have to wait a fair amount of time past your appointment time. But good thorough work done by the doctors!

Dr. Nisha is an amazing doctor and listens to your requests. It was my first visit and I'm definitely recommending her to my friends and family. Officer medical centre is located next to Arena Shopping Centre. No issues for parking. And theres a chemist warehouse just inside arena.

My first experience with Dr Nisha was a most pleasant one. She was professional, caring and obliging. She took time to check me and explain what is going on. Very thorough. Even though the clinic was packed with waiting patients, I only had to wait 10 minutes which was excellent! The reception service was both professional and efficient. Can’t fault this clinic at all. Keep up the good work Team!
