Staff are friendly here than any Bunnings store I have visited. Good suggestions from team members from product knowledge to general customer service. Hats off to everyone here.

Would like to commend staff member Bernie, she was so helpful in helping me unload items into my car when she was walking past in the car park during her break. Really appreciate kind gestures like these.

Reasonable range of products. Can sometimes grab a bargain. Nursery plants are healthy and well looked after. Good luck finding any staff to help or with any knowledge of products outside the nursery section

Always low on stock and always have to head to another suburb to get what we need. Being pregnant and not knowledgeable about nails, I was hoping the person at the trade desk near the nail section was going to assist (despite being advised the first time and getting the wrong nails for the nail gun I have). The staff member I spoke to named Adam was super unfriendly and refused to help nor assist. He just kept pointing me to the shelf and basically asked me to go figure. He said he was going to help later but in the end he ignored me and helped other men instead. I looked at him to signal for help but he didn’t even bat an eye.

Good customer service and friendly staff. The store is clean and supplies all necessary products expected from Bunnings at a reasonable price. Recommend.

Store and staff overall are good. But having cash only for the sausages outside the door is pretty backwards when most people now don't carry cash at all. I strongly suggest to whichever charity organisation that is running the show, you aren't doing yourselves any favours for your cause. Bunnings should require them to provide a tap and pay by default, pretty frustrating if you are hungry!

A huge thank you to Bernie. I was sent on an errand to get roofing screws, bolts and washers and I was in way over my head. Bernie was able to find everything I needed she was so kind and so helpful. She made a very stressful job so easy. Bernie you are wonderful keep doing what you do.

Had a great experience this afternoon. I got honest and great advice from a lovely lady named Paula. Thank you for helping me navigate an area i wasn't sure with. I now feel confident in my small task of a temp fence with all of the right tools and products. Grateful to have a friendly person like yourself in our Sunbury store.

I personally love their gardening section. Friendly staff who are glad to help. I have never once encountered a rude staff member here. Can recommend this Bunnings if you are in the area.
