I am very impressed, being a potential interstate buyer with Mr Matt Smith, the local real-estate agent. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Bought a house through this agency. Process was very easy and they were supportive all the way. Probably overpaid a bit but no regrets. Would highly recommend. Edit 5 months later, I decreased the 5 start to 3 stars. Buying a property through the agency was good, having this agency as property managers was very frustrating and bad for us and for the tenant. The senior member initially was very helpful and knowledgeable, but after signing contracts junior members in their early 20's will be the property managers, they do not answer phone calls and do not know the basic rules and regulations about their job. Ended up spending more time than would have by doing it myself from start.
