Today I went to buy a large fries at this branch. At first the Asian look lady served me with my fries without changing her gloves after handle money. Then a guy name Andy even worst! Trying to handle foods without gloves! And very rude!! Is this how a large food chain store works? especially during this pandemic period. I myself in hospitality industry, this is totally no no attitudes with this kind of food handlers and customer service. And yes i only realised I got this quantity for a large fries when I got home, you must be kidding me mcd, or you trying to give me small fries?

Disgusting service. Terrible management. Avoid this McDonald's. One of the worst I've been to. The Indian manager spoke rudely to me. I will not tolerate poor customer service and poor management. Fortunately, I won't be back. This place is suited for people who don't mind getting covid-19 as it is so filthy, they don't make the food properly, the kiosk machine broke and they wouldn't rectify my order and said I didn't pay when I showed the Indian manager my receipt, he made me wait 15 minutes extra just because he was cocky. I swear to God, do not go here unless you are wanting to not get your food, eat scraps and feel distressed. Never again. Hope they fix the management and the kitchen staff to perform better in the future as this is a bad representation on McDonalds, as this franchise is trash.

I haven't had soft serves in like 10 years and when I came back, It's 80c instead of 60c so we bought 5 just to make up for the size I remember. The girl also swore because she dropped the ice cream it seemed she was unhappy when I asked her why they are so small (she also dropped the ice cream that she was going to refil.) We saw someone else get soft serves twice and thought okay yum which were huge🤔 We BOUGHT 5 JUST TO GET IT TO BE THE SAME SIZE😅 Ngl the burger and chips were fresh this day because we were the only ones in the store. This was the best McDonald's I've been to, the cleanest and most spacious. It was early morning for breakfast, so I guess haven't had enough time to get messy yet ... still... pretty good, lots of tables and they were all clean! I particularly love the ham & cheese toastie, always a nice light quick breakie if you're in the hurry!

This is my fourth time getting a frozen coke this week, what can I say the weather has been hot and they are only $1 with the app. There’s also plenty of flavours to chose from, perfection

Food is okay, but the atmosphere is messy and not so tidy. But honestly, all Maccas are like that so to MacDonald standard it is acceptable considering it is in the middle of the town but to what a resturant should be it's dirty. Service is average too.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at McDonald's using their app. I have encountered significant issues on two separate occasions, which have left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. During my first purchase, I returned home only to discover that someone had maliciously taken a bite out of one of the chicken pieces. Additionally, the hamburger contained leftover lettuce and meat. It was evident that the food had been tampered with, and this was highly unacceptable. Hoping that this was an isolated incident, I decided to give McDonald's another chance and made a second purchase using the app. However, my disappointment continued. The staff intentionally provided me with an insufficient order, deliberately leaving out items. Fortunately, having learned from my previous experience, I refrained from leaving the store before checking my order. I noticed that two female employees exchanged a glance and promptly prepared the missing items. This behavior was unprofessional and reflected a lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

This place is the most worst in Australia and not only in Melbourne. The Asian attire lady in a grey clothes on 4th February 2022 is the most racist and she is community oriented person. She only behaves well with Asians and not with others. She behaves the rudest with Uber / delivery drivers who come to pick up the orders. This type of behaviour is not at all acceptable. McDonald’s should look into this matter closely and should not hire such type of arrogant people. @McDonald’s Australia

Yes it is convenient and somewhat decent but at the same time it's one of those what you wanted vs what you received. It doesn't always live up to its name but like i said before it is very convenient for a on-the go meal or snack

Quick service but the paper from the printer at the "express self serve machine" ran out. They didn't replace it and so I didn't get an order number or know what it was. Eventually had to talk to a customer service rep to find out. Defeats the purpose of the self serve

My first burger got a lot of eggshells, they said they would remake it for me, I waited a long time, no one told me if the burger was ready, until after I waited 20 minutes, the staff thought I hadn't ordered yet, I thinking the burger might have been forgotten, and when I finally got my second new burger, it still had the shell on it.

Fillet-o-Fish tastes like wet cardboard. Pretty happy with the melted cheese though so props to the chef.

The whole Mc Donalds is so gross. The tables are always super greasy, bins filled up till the point the rubbish starts getting out of it, the self service points are dirty and they never work properly or they dont print the receipts, the fridge of the Mc Cafe is disgusting and some of the bakeries look that have been eaten by rodants, they mix merchandise with food. I feel pitty for the staff because they only roster 2 people to work and take care of the huge establishment.

This place is always busy, but the staff are always friendly and happy to take my order. I vist here often for the fast and consistent service, however the bins are always overflowing, the tables always dirty and there's a sauce stain on the western window that's been there for a while

Most disgusting McDonald's I've ever been in. Fecal matter on every toilet, urine on the floors, even in dosabled toilets. no toilet paper, people having intercourse in womens toilets, staff rude when asked to do something about the state of them. 50 mins later and we still could not use the toilets. Manager did not seem to care. Stated staff said they are spotless!!!!!! Sauces? all over windows, rubbish all.over tables and floors bins full. In today's current COVID crisis. This isn't good enough!!!!!!! Revolting if I could give - stars I would!!!!!!

This is a terrible Mac Donald’s, I rarely go into Mac Donald’s but needed the toilet so bought a coffee as I feel it courtesy to use their loo! Coffee was mediocre to say the least, made by a dis interested young person. MacDonalds has many adverts on the tv and social media saying how good their coffee is, it’s horrible!! Obviously the under paid under trained workers don’t care, let’s be honest I probably wouldn’t either! But the toilets, my good I had to hold my breath, it smelt so strongly of ammonia from urine I nearly puked 🤮 I washed my hands and got out of there and left my coffee too!

One of the few decent McRestaurants. Got meals and snacks here a number of times and they have always been at least "good" Yesterday I got a shake and ice cream. Shake perfect consistency and good flavour. Ice cream a nice size and properly whipped, fluffy and refreshing. Vibe only let down by some of the pateons.

We bought chicken nuggets from this McDonal’s, it was just ok. We wanted to have it inside but the place stinks, horrible smell did not allow us to stay in.

Coffee taste very weird. Last time ordered ice long black, they used sparkling water instead. Never choose sugar but the coffee always taste sweet and weird. The burger and fries portion are very small

The most discussing washroom ever!! I was going to get some food, went to the washroom first, it smelled like an open pit toilet, I ran out of there. There’s no way this passes health standards?

Disgusting urine smell inside the restaurant, inside the toilets was suffocating, in the middle of the Melbourne CBD. Not acceptable by any standards. Clean up your act!

I feel a Karen doing this but I ordered a quarter pounder and it literally was just cheese,pickles, onions and a bun.. no meat Gave me a bit of a laugh but now I have to order more food because I wasn’t after a Mc Pickle

Actually had a lot of awful cold food from this maccas! Yesterday they slammed out perfection! Everything was fresh as! Hot crisp! Staff are really polite, let's hope that's the end of the bad "Soggy Chip" spell!

Though they were busy, still the service was quick. The staff was courteous and polite.

It was a 5 star experience for me. My black coffee was fresh and scalding hot. My blueberry muffin was fresh and fluffy. It was wrapped in a fresh, delicate paper - obviously the work of an artisan. Will i return? I think i shall !! The young lady in the cafe section (around midday 09/03/2021) was friendly and efficient. Thank you kindly = )

Honestly best fast food chain you can rely on everywhere around the world. Food came out fresh and warm unlike other burger joints. Plus they have some nice offers on their app.

ordered favourites box through ubereats , was missing 1/4 chips and rhe nuggets yet got the sauce for it. no straws or napkins either, and when contacted about it they blamed uber eats and hung up on me. literally so rude for what? we could have gone and picked up the nuggets no hassle and they hung up

The store was Incredibly dirty, I asked an extra cup and the manager on shift was super rude, I asked her name and she did not want to tell me the name for me to be able to write a complaint. Not wearing a name tag either and handling food without gloves. Having many McDonald’s around I definitely dont recommend this one, save yourself an awful experience and dont go there!

Good quality, fresh food. The service is usually good, but can be slow some days. Floors, tables and trash are cleaned regularly.

Not open 24/7 as advertised they will be closed and be rude. probably put a roach in your food. Maybe put up a sign that says you’re actually not open 24/7, horrible management and will never dine here again

Early service (7:00 a.m.) slow. Kiosks for ordering, which would have lightened the load on the sole front counter employee, were shut off. One employee who seemed to be mopping very spottily and slow, did not have a McDonald's uniform on and did not offer to help with ordering or prep when there were customers waiting. First time I've ever seen an employee out of uniform. He was also chatting to arriving morning staff. He wasn't wearing a mask either.

Clean fast food restaurant, always busy, good location. Plenty of room to sit down to eat. Toilet are kept clean. Combination of touch screen ordering or staff assisted.

Absolutely the filthiest McDonald’s I have ever been too. Tables have not been wiped down ever and it’s only 9am

out of the 4 self order kiosks, one had a missing eftpos machine, the other couldn't dispense receipts for 3 hours. the male bathroom was disgusting. the urinal was taped off and covered with a black garbage bag. the lock on the single toilet door was broken off, and the toilet itself was covered in urine.

Ordered fries, they were making fresh fries which I saw the woman finish making so I expected she would give us the fresh fries however she still gave us cold fries that were sitting there for god knows how long. I don’t understand why they do this.

This was the longest I’ve had to wait for an ice cold meal :( fries were ice cold with no salt and the wrap was hard with wayyyy too much sauce. I’m actually mad that I had to pay for this gross meal

Absolutely love love love this place! The staff make this place 👆 the customer service here is amazing everybody works so hard to accommodate customers! The pub food is always delicious no matter what you get and the evening entertainment on a weekend is great and just enough for a small area within a pub. No div's allowed, they sure won't have any messing around but leave everybody free to have a great time 🍻💃🕺

It was a wet mid-Sunday afternoon and we decided on Maccas. It wasn't at all busy and so were served fairly quickly by pleasant staff and had plenty of options on where to sit. The hamburger and fries were good and the store was pleasantly clean.

It's not fast food when the service is slow. ...No, no, keep serving people when you've got plenty served and waiting already. If you order a coffee with your meal, your meal will go cold while its made at snail pace. If you order a coffee separately after your meal, you'll be late for where you need to go to next.

I ordered French fries, coke, and salad at 7:44 pm on November 28th. I was shocked to receive the salad. It was like giving me the salad that goes into the hamburger. When I asked my friends, they said it's normally not like that. It's just awful !!

The branch manager threw a large coke at myself and my friend. My friend's new jacket got ruined. Our order got mixed up and the branch manager thought we ordered something we didn't pay for .We ordered 6 nuggets worth of $9. So she threw a large coke at us for $9. What a disgrace.

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in a culinary experience at a this McDonald's where I savored the iconic Big Mac and sipped on a delightful Frozen Coke. The Big Mac was a symphony of flavors that came together in perfect harmony. The two beef patties were cooked to a succulent medium and had a beautiful char-grilled crust that added a smoky depth of flavor. Ordered a coffee and 2 hashbrowns in the morning and they tasted bitter as anything. They didn’t filtered the oil and used the same oil which needs to be changed, hence it tasted bitter. Coffee was okay but hashbrows made me sick.

FALSE AND MISLEADING ADVERTISING - Not open 24/7 and should be shut down for vermin in the lobby. Management and staff rude and unhelpful. Enjoy the ACCC complaint.
