This is the most disorganised chemist I have ever come across. This is based on many visits not just the latest. I waited for over 10 minutes for someone to come and serve at the scripts in counter. When I returned I went to scripts out waited 10 minutes the staff can see you there and just seem to ignore you waiting there. This has happened on previous occassions as well, they just don't seem to cover the scripts out window. So I went up to the scripts in and waited another 10 minutes for someone to finally come to the window. This isn't a one off it has happened to me everytime I go there. I don't go there regularly because of this. It was just that I was in the area and needed a script. It would have been easier to drive to the chemist in Carrum Downs.

Very disorganised pharmacy. Very disappointed. There’s always a new employee there when I go in who doesn’t know what to do. I was on hold for 15 mins to arrange a repeat script to be dispensed before I came in. I’m asked the same questions again. Each time I go in there there is either an extremely long wait or some kind of issue with dispensing my medication. The lady couldn’t even hear me when I said my name loud and I had to write my name down. Terrible experience just to go in and get an important script repeat from this pharmacy, I’ve never experienced such service at a pharmacy. I have taken my scripts elsewhere. Thanks for your reply Mark. I’ve had to write here as there is no where else to reply to your comment. Your competitors around the area are far more organised in this pandemic. Today is not the only time I have visited your pharmacy I have been to your pharmacy during the pandemic and before the pandemic started. Unfortunately because your pharmacy is so conveniently close by I have had to take my chances with the service after being disappointed and frustrated a number of times during the years. I now have to go a bit further to another pharmacy to receive better service. Please try to fix the problem.

Very friendly & helpful staff and the most caring pharmacists that really look out for customers wellbeing. This is one of the busiest pharmacies I've been to & they do a great job in a hectic situation.

Recently moved in the area and had to find a local chemist. The team is very friendly and the service is great. I get medications for my mum who isn't able to do so herself and every time I go, its always a positive environment. I was assisted by Mina, he was very friendly and helpful, who went above and beyond on going through a new medication and helping me find things around the store.

Shout out to the pharmacist who helped me out with a blood pressure test today. They were incredibly polite, respectful and knowledgeable. They mentioned that they're new to the pharmacy - my advice is to keep them and give them a raise!

Had a question about regarding nails. Not only did the lovely staff member provide advice but a solution, that she talked me through preforming in shop, that took away both my pain and the numb feeling in the area. Absolutely ecstatic. Above and beyond service!

So expletive rude. As visitors to the area, my partner and I went in to pick up a few things. Instantly got followed around by a staff member who eventually did the whole, “Can I help you two with something?” Upon explaining what we we’re looking for, she first corrected my partner, then tried to upsell something totally unnecessary and finally - after we explained that we would just look around- “helpfully” directed us to the checkouts. Will never shop there again.

Lovely and helpful staff always able to get what I need and is also open til 9pm which is so helpful when you’ve 2 young kids and sometimes ones sick & I need to get something.

Fantastic pharmacy. Staff are friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They assist my father with his health and medications, and always provide caring and accurate advice.

The pharmacists and staff here are fantastic! They are the best pharmacy I have dealt with in a long time and will travel out of my way to get there. The store is well stocked and I always find everything I need. Very convenient opening hours and the cheapest prices in the area. Seems things change when it suits them. Poor customer service. Some things are quite expensive compared to other chemists. Would not recommend.

I have been going to this Chemist for years now. They have great staff who are knowledgeable, friendly and work so hard, especially during lockdowns. The person who orders the giftware has a great eye for good quality gifts and its helps to know that's where I can get a gift for someone during these lockdowns. The service is always polite and quick!

Very, very busy place! Huge range of stock & always lots of bargains on offer. So much so, that it can all be a bit overwhelming. Pharmacist's friendly, informative & take that extra minute or 2 (or 10) to ensure what they are dispensing is appropriate for your needs/condition. This should be a must, however I've noticed this attention to client/medication drops off in many places when they are busy. Highly recommended.

It’s such a handy chemist. Being able to have all my scripts on file in store is so convenient. I simply call the pharmacist and he or she fills the script. I then pop down later that day at my convenience to collect the script from the designated pick up desk and go on my way. No waiting and no fuss.

They are so slow considering the amount of staff working there waiting 20 to 30 minutes for a script... also on several occasions they haven't had medications in stock being 8 tablets short saying come back tomorrow for the rest. You go back the next day and staff take another 20 mins to look for it but guess what it's not there. 2 days later it's still not in stock. So frustrating won't be going back there rather fro e all the way to frankston and these guys are just around the corner..
