Ridiculous
Ordered
click
and
collect
Arrived
at
store
and
the
order
was
not
ready
nor
had
it
been
started.
Had
to
pick
my
own
stock
of
which
items
were
missing
even
though
they
still
showed
stock
whilst
I
was
at
the
store
2
days
after
ordering.
An
employee
semi
helped
me
find
some
stuff.
As
items
were
missing
I
had
to
find
alternatives
to
which
there
would
be
money
owing
in
my
favour.
34
degree
day,
2
babies
and
wife
just
home
from
major
surgery
waiting
in
the
car.
No
sense
of
urgency
or
even
decency
to
maybe
comp
some
items
or
heavily
discount.
I
even
added
other
items
to
my
shopping
to
see
if
they
would
possibly
offer.
Negative.
So
to
summarise,
poor
service,
poor
communication
and
I
ended
up
spending
more
money
than
I
should
of.
Every
time
I
have
done
click
and
collect
at
multiple
other
stores
it
seems
really
badly
organised.
Get
a
better
system
to
service
the
click
and
collect
orders.
Disjointed.
Some
of
the
above
grievances
apply
to
the
Braybrook
store
also.
I
will
have
to
find
a
better
staffed
store.
Also
to
add
to
how
disorganised
this
is.
Not
4
mins
after
leaving
the
store
I
received
a
sms
and
an
email
telling
me
my
order
was
ready
for
pick
up.
Couldn't
be
possible
as
I
know
the
stock
wasn't
there
and
clearly
I
had
just
picked
my
own
order
10
mins
before.

Given
the
quick
response
to
my
issues
and
a
generous
offer
I
have
since
changed
my
rating
from
1
to
3.
Issues
will
still
arise
as
it
is
retail
after
all
but
with
prompt
responses
and
offering
to
fix
any
out
of
pocket
expenses
I
would
be
happy
to
give
them
another
try.
