I am extremely disappointed in the service I received at Airlie Women's Clinic Malvern. Following a first appointment with my doctor, I was told that a referral for a time sensitive medical issue had been sent for which there would be a 6 month wait. At the 3 month mark, I called to check the status of the wait list only to find that the specialist centre had not received a referral for me. I called Airlie Women's Clinic Malvern and they told me they would resend it. A week later I followed up only to find the specialist centre still had not received the referral. The outcome of another follow up call to Airlie Women's Clinic was a request that I share the email address for the specialist centre and that they would resend it for a third time. There was no reassurance about further follow up or that they would provide evidence of this occurring. Needless to say I am appalled at the level of service and will not be returning. I strongly do not recommend this clinic.

Reception staff are always courteous and helpful. My daughter was seen by Dr Linda Alexander today. Dr. Linda was kind and professional. Did thorough examining, explained everything clearly, and gave good rational advice. The doctor was thorough and knowledgeable.

Personally recommended to visit Dr Alex Shannon here at Airlie Women’s Clinic. How refreshing to have a Dr ‘listen and engage’ with you as a Patient. I felt acknowledged and respected by Dr Alex and all Staff … from Pathology through to Reception. My consult with Dr Alex was not rushed and my needs were fully met. I highly recommend Airlie Women’s Clinic for all women’s needs. Thank you ☺️

Airlie Clinic is staffed exclusively with caring professionals. You couldn’t find a better family health clinic in Melbourne. Highly recommended. All the GPS and admin staff are women, and everyone in the community is welcome.

Fantastic experience at this clinic. Linda was informative, professional and genuinely warm and welcoming. Best visit I have had at a doctors clinic in many years. The clinic itself was very clean and well laid out. Definitely my new regular doctor!

I have been going to Airlie Women’s Clinic for 2 years now. I have seen a few different physicians at the different locations, most frequently seeing Dr. Julie Cohen, and I always receive the best possible care. The staff and Doctors at the clinic are always very warm and take the time to listen to all of my concerns.

I love this clinic. My doctor (& others I have seen over the years) are up to date, proactive, organised, knowledgeable, intelligent and kind. I’m treated as though I have a right to an opinion and discussion in my care. They listen and remember. Their referral network is also great and I have found specialists that I have been connected with by them, friendly and supportive too - essential when you start to have some medical issues. I can even make my own appointments online, with my choice of doctor. These factors make a big difference overall compared to clinics that are more local to me, but that don’t work like this at all. Airlie Women’s is a fab group of intelligent female professionals doing their jobs really well. Highly recommend.

I've been going to Airlie Women's clinic since arriving in Melbourne in 2015. The transition from seeing a single GP for 20 years prior to sifting through various GPs at a clinic was a little daunting at first but not because my experiences weren't positive but because they're all so lovely and knowledgeable. I finally settled on one particular woman GP who I really like. I also appreciate that there are a couple of locations which provides more choice and greater flexibility. And don't be mistaken, just because it's a "women's" clinic, doesn't mean that men are not welcome. I sent my partner there after his GP retired and he was more than happy. They have a very efficient online booking system which has the ability to book standard or longer appointments. They are a little on the expensive side (especially compared to what I was used to in Sydney) but when all things are taken into consideration, it's probably justified. I'd highly recommend Airlie Women's Clinic if you want convenience, choice and flexibility.

I have been looking for a good female doctor for a long time and I've finally found one. Alex was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable. She not only listened, she also asked questions and even better - educated me. I couldn't ask for more and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I’ve only had positive experiences at Airlie Women’s Clinic. I’ve seen two doctors and both were warm and professional. The reception staff are helpful and friendly. They are often running late, but I think that’s just life in a busy practice.

Dr Delia Want is the most incredible doctor. She is kind and caring and very thorough. I highly recommend her. I will only see her.

I swapped to Airlie Women's Clinic because I wanted to ensure I was getting advice from practitioners that really understand women's health. I have seen a number of practitioners in that time (my choice, you can book with a specific person if preferred) and every one of them have been amazing. My LGBTQI non binary child also attends the clinic and has felt completely comfortable. Would absolutely recommend them.

My first visit to Airlie Women’s Clinic today was very positive. They were running a little late, but called to let me know - something very few clinics do! My doctor was so thorough, attentive and knowledgeable. As a patient I felt both ‘heard’ and reassured.

Wonderful GPs and I always feel well looked after. I’ve seen probably 7 different doctors over the last 7-8 years and they’ve all been kind, and very good at their jobs. And the reception staff are top notch. Great system of follow-up calls and reminders for routine checks. Referrals to specialists and other health practitioners are always made thoughtfully so I’m receiving the best ongoing treatment.

As a medical practitioner I am always interested in how other medical practices run. It was easy to make a booking, the clinic ran on time and most importantly my doctor Megan Byrne was well informed and helpful. It is a busy clinic, but they still manage to make you feel welcome and important.

I used to have to wait an hour to be seen at my old doctors clinic, but here the doctor was on time. Such a nice experience and I trust the advice given by Dr Chavy Arora. Receptionists were very kind too.

Dr Maeve O Donnell is by far one of the best GP's I have ever seen. My four month old has always been assessed as a "thriving baby", however I knew in my gut something wasn't right. Dr O'Donnell listened to me with care and empathy, and took my concerns seriously. She provided me with a plan that actually worked and continues to check in with me and track progress. I feel she genuinely cares for me and my baby. If there were more stars I would give them to her because she has far exceeds all of my expectations.

I love Airlie Women's Clinic. I don't need to see a doctor very often so I felted like just a number at other clinics. I have been to Airlie three times in the last year or so and every time Dr Freilich remembers me and has welcomed me like she saw me last week. It makes a difference.

The doctors are attentive and incredible. Unfortunately, I've always found the reception staff to be abrasive, impatient and stressed. But, I still travel 45 mins to go to this clinic because the doctors are so good.

Dr Nicole Urbach is one of the best GP's I've experienced. She has a lovely manner, listens really well then asks really precise questions that arrive at the cause of the issue. I couldn't recommend her more highly!

Family-friendly local medical practice, run by women doctors and staff. Don't let the name fool you, they do provide services for men and women, and kids too. Highly recommend their professional team.

I have attended Airlie Women's Clinic for a number of years. The standard of service is outstanding . Proactive in suggesting health plan. Constantly review any medications been taken and advise if alternatives are available.

I’d been seeing the doctors at Airlie Womens Clinic for 15 years, happy with their service and although they are not a bulk billing practice, I was happy to pay the higher-than-usual fees to consult familiar female doctors who had an on-going record of my health. Unfortunately I’ve had to stop attending Airlie Womens Clinic as recent exorbitant price rises render their consultations ridiculous…. $200 for a 20 minute consultation, with a closed-minded old-school GP?… Of course there is the Medicare rebate, but you are still out of pocket a decent amount.. Time to find a new GP

I had a great appointment today with Dr Chavey who made me feel seen, heard and understood! I’ve had what feels like a never ending road of problems with my menstrual health. I’ve seen countless doctors, most of which sent me out the door with scripts for things that have only worsened my health. If you’re considering Airlie Women’s for people who genuinely care and understand the depth of women’s health, look no further - it’s well worth the extra cost!

Been coming here for about 5 years for myself and now my kids. A bit pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. Quality of care is unmatched.
