Excellent service, from reception staff to medical consultations (at least in the case of my own wonderful GP). Attentive, caring and courteous at all times - including the worst months of the pandemic, when pretty much all medical professionals were under extreme duress. Highly recommended.

Dr Adrienne Chan was super friendly and reassuring. Ensured to go over everything I was concerned about, gave me recommendations to help me and overall super professional and a great listener. The clinic itself was very clean, staff were polite and friendly and wait time super fast. Great place to go!

The reception staff was nice to the patients, but the doctor I saw, Dr. Jessica Foley was fantastic. Dr. Foley was a good listener, showed empathy, didn't rush to conclusions, did not rush, and at the end of the day the diagnosis and medication suited me! The clinic is clean and neat too.

Dr Jackie Fankhausser is my GP and was at a previous practice so has been my Dr for years. Very caring Gp right over any heath checks needed for a woman in my 60’s leaving me confident with my health care.

Great doctor, and the worst receptionists. Dr. Fankhauser, she showed great patience and care during her consultation. She gave me a lot of useful advice. But the receptionists' attitude was so chilling and rude, that they kept trying to blame me when I asked for more explanations. Their manner of interrupting and accusing people of not accepting their explanations at all, is unprofessional and distressing.

Hands down one of the best physio clinics I’ve been to! Dan has been phenomenal. He has a holistic approach to treatment and if you stick with the exercises and treatment plan that he provides you with, you will notice great improvement in your pain and mobility. I have been attending Mid Town Medical for around 20 years and the service their GPs provide is second to none. It’s not in and out as quick as they can, they genuinely look after you and go out of their way to ensure you get the best care possible. I’ve moved over 60km out of the city but still use Mid-Town and always will.

I got the third COVID vaccine shot today. All the staff were caring patients. The reminders arrived at the right time. The doctor who gave me the shot sounded comforting. I will be happy to see him when feeling sick next time. Good place to go when feeling under the weather.

I would give 100 stars to Nurse Louise and the other lady nurse who I didn’t get the name. I had an injury on my thumb and bleed quite a lot. I randomly walked into this clinic and was immediately treated by the nurses and the doctor. I am surprised by the high level of professionalism and the excellent quality of the treatment, plus the kindness and patience I received through out the treatment. I was unlucky to get injured but lucky enough to get treated by this professional and warm team.

I’ve been to this clinic few times and all received the efficient service and help. The recent visit was with Dr. Anita Munoz via video appointment. Dr. Munoz is one of the most professional, patient & gentle doctors I’ve ever had. She took her time to listen all the issues I had and she even wrote me an instruction email afterwards to make sure I understand how to apply the cream and how to take antihistamine. Small details make you a better doctor. Highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Munoz.

The doctors at health On Collins are amazing. They are so professional but more importantly show a genuine care for us as their patients. I have been to health on collins for around 13 years now and even though its a 40 minute train ride for me i have no hesitation in going there. The level of care they show is so much higher than your standard local GP

A good experience. This is a busy clinic so I had to wait about 20 minutes before I saw the nurse for my vaccinations. However, she was lovely and the reception staff were also very nice.

My wife and I were unfortunately tested covid positive while holidaying in Australia and were only able to arrange a tele consultation as the other clinics were fully booked and didn't accept walk-ins for covid positive patients. After speaking to Dr Ben Teoh, it brightened our day. He was very encouraging, attentive, detailed on checking our medical history, symptoms and genuinely concerned about his patients. I have not met any doctor like him. He was comfortable to talk to and gave good advice on medication as well as how to cope with and recover from covid.

Fantastic clinic, reception is great and the doctors are so helpful. We needed a last minute appointment before going overseas and they got a script sorted faxed with less than 1 hours notice. Can't recommend it enough!

Every time I visit midtown medical I am struck by the positive, enthusiastic and optimistic attitude of all the doctors. My experience started many years ago when Con Mitropoulos was quickly able to diagnose my chronic back pain and had me undergo successful surgery. I’m pain free and still skiing at 60.

As far as doctor's surgeries go Midtown Medical Clinic is excellent! Positioned in a very accessible part of Collins St and offering a selection of well experienced GPs as well as many other medical professionals plus pathology under the same roof. Reception staff are also friendly and helpful.

I have been using Melbourne Sports Medicine for many years and they are brilliant. Professional, great service and follow up. Kate Ryan is an excellent physio and Dr Con Mitropoulis is the best Sports doctor I have see. Cannot fault them.

Over many years I have consulted two physiotherapists, a podiatrist and out of necessity a GP at this clinic. A couple of years ago my preferred physiotherapist left this clinic. And during this time the podiatrist I consult lost his attention to detail, and become forgetful. Moreover, even taking in to account busy work places, I have found the clinic's phone staff lacking in appropriate professional customer service. Melbourne boasts an abundance of medical practitioners, it is time I looked elsewhere.

Been to this clinic for about two years to mainly get vaccinations. Receptionists have always been easy to deal with. Dr Ben Teoh was informative and patient when he explained what to watch out for when travelling and advice based on where I was travelling.

Was a former patient, recently went back. Very high quality and thorough GP’s. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Dr Howard Goldenberg saw me here over a decade ago and I was delighted to see him back. He is one of the best.

After many weeks with an alternate physio, I was seen Simon Nelson today who has pinpointed what he believes to be the cause of my knee issue. He was terrific in assessing my concerns and I now have a revised rehab schedule which I feel confident will assist me to turn the corner and get back to running.

My appointment with Dr Goldberg was today at 1pm. My experience with this clinic is nothing but exceptional. Staff are always very pleasant and helpful, clinic & rooms are always clean and tidy, you walk into the clinic & there is a quiet calmness & serenity. My admiration for Dr Golberg is 10 out of 10, he is very professional, explains everything to you, treats you with his gentle manner, respectful and he is brilliant at what he does. I cannot fault Healthcare on Collins or Dr Goldberg.

Very slick booking and appointment app. Dr. Ben Teoh saw me exactly at the appointed time. He was excellent, very friendly although also very businesslike. He understood my circumstances and established a couple of alternative courses of action. Lab facilities are on site so that too was easily facilitated. Overall the facility is spacious, airy and uncrowded at the time I was there. Very happy with my experience so far.

The practice was efficient . Dr Teoh was pleasant and professional. As a UK tourist and medic myself I can recommend anyone in need of a GP at short notice, to use their services.

The clinic is on the fourth floor of the building. The staff were great. Under current circumstances, if you can either figure out a place to park or use the public transport, then definitely recommend this place.

The Midtown Clinic are always on the ball and the place is organized and clean. Doctor Ben was fantastic, he relaxed me explained what we are doing and had a smile amongst it all. The only thing I have noticed on my 3 recent visits is that the front end staff have an issue with customer service. Not one smile or welcoming gesture to me or any other clients. As front of house this is a very important role to relax and welcome their clients. This is the key ingredient missing in this clinic. I have never seen any person behind the desk show any empathy in my recent 3 visits. Its not that hard guys, try it.

I was very satisfied with how organised the facility was in the process of administrating my Pfizer vaccine, the staff were very friendly especially the lady at the reception and the doctor who gave my brother and I our COVID vaccine. This place was great. Got my covid booster here and they had a really smooth and efficient process set up and everyone was really lovely. As close to running on time as any doctors ever is as well, was seen within 5-10 minutes of my actual booking time.
