Beautiful experience! We went there for my boyfriends birthday. The food was amazing and really high quality, service very attentive and the owner checks on everyone himself. We felt very well taken care of and will be back to try more options from their menu.

Unique, distinct and delicious! We celebrated a friend’s birthday at Siberia and had a lovely evening. The service was sensational, friendly and attentive and the menu is definitely unique. We loved the meat ends as an entree and the dumplings. The alpaca shank had a very gamy taste - something that one may have to adjust to but delicious all the same

Decided on a impromptu dinner with a mate. Food was excellent. A very diverse and detailed menu to choose from. You can tell the owner and the chef care about delivering a tasteful dining experience. The staff were friendly and know how to make a drink. Well worth going with a few friends to sample different menu items. I can highly recommend the 12 hour slow cooked wild boar! Atmosphere in the restaurant was really nice. Tables are separated so everyone had lots of room between tables. (Covid safe still!) Great location on the promenade at docklands. Plenty of parking as well near by on street. Will definitely be back. One of the few locations in docklands actually worth the effort of visiting.

Title: A Culinary Oasis of Excellence Horn & Hoof is an absolute gem in the world of fine dining. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was transported to a culinary paradise. The impeccable service, elegant ambiance, and exceptional cuisine surpassed all expectations. We ordered the three course meal. Every dish from the menu the forest shrooms, the dark rye bread to the choc-cherry bombe that graced my table was a work of art, bursting with flavors that danced on my palate. The attention to detail and the use of top-quality ingredients were evident in every bite. The owner greeted us very politely. The knowledgeable staff and extensive wine selection added to the overall experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Horn & Hoof to anyone seeking an unforgettable dining experience. Especially on the upcoming King’s feast.

Great find right after a Sunday footy game at Marvel. We had the 2 course deal for $79 and all picked an entree and main. Loved the selection of Australian ingredients, especially the Emu steak I had as my main. It's a new business and the owners were very present and very excited to tell us about their story and food which I always love. Can't rate their bread enough either, so tasty and the herb compound butter it came with I'd eat daily if I could. All up, a great spot for a nice dinner. Will certainly be back again. Oh and for those who love a cigar, you can enjoy a post dinner smoke on the terrace.

Christmas dinner @SiberiaRestaurant - degustation. Siberia is an eastern Russian influenced restaurant, food of the forest, which sounds very fascinating and intriguing to me as someone that loves trying new things. I had travelled through the western part of Russia a few years ago. Pear, peach & prosciutto salad Wow, this is such a tasty salad, fresh, body with the thin slices of pears, and I particularly love the slightly thick strips of slightly chewy prosciutto. It adds a different texture to the dish and a most delicious flavour to tie all the ingredients together along with the dressing. Rye sourdough, smoked horseradish cream, a fish which is like a sardine This is delicious. The rye bread while toasted has a little spongy give, the horseradish cream is nice and creamy, I love the sweet acidity of the pickling juices of the cucumber against the oily fish which is yum. The salad helps balance the oiliness of the fish. I really loved this, fantastic balance of flavour and textures. A traditional Russian crepe stuffed with beef and venison. The crepe has a lovely golden brown outside, when I bit in I was expecting a crunch but a lovely soft comforting spongy crepe instead greets you. The shredded beef and venison in the crepe is really tasty. A very unique and satisfying dish. I can imagine eating this on a cold winter's day! Lamb backstrap cooked medium rare, barley, and a poached pear with the salad The lamb backstrap is cooked nicely, slightly pink on the inside and a slight char smokey flavour on the outside. The barley is very tasty, I've not eaten barley like the way it has been prepared here. Poached pear, which is usually the domain of a dessert, has been transformed as part of the main! A stroke of genius, very tender, the wine flavour coming through and the flavour of the pear goes perfectly against the meatiness of the lamb. Christmas cake balls, vanilla custard, shard Looks a simple dish but the Christmas cake has a nice hit of alcohol and the custard with the cake is delicious. I Iike the colours of the sugar shards, looks like a work of art, but is edible. Cherry mousse, meringue, raspberries I'm really full and they're still wheeling out food! This is quite light, the cherry mousse is more like a gel, a lovely flavour, the meringue is a little sweet against the slight tart cherries and the raspberries provide a nice fruity flavour. This is a lovely summery dessert to finish. #RussianFood #prosciutto #rye #crepe #venison #lambbackstrap #poachedpear #fruitcake #cherrymousse #AdelaideCBD #foodie

We had our 1st year wedding anniversary here and we absolutely LOVED it! Ambience and service was amazing, owner was very friendly and welcoming. Food came out quickly and paced well. Perfect sizings. The alpaca shanks were delicious! And the Wild Boar was tender and fall apart. They also surprised us with a coconut mouse bear which was so cute!! We'll definitely be back 🥰

Very highly recommended! We will definitely be back! Suggest book in advance. 🤔 Perhaps they move to Melbourne 😁 Cuisine-European cooked Siberian style, with very interesting options from familiar (chicken) to exotic (emu, wild boar)e Food-Master Chef quality. Beautifully presented, tasted great! Generous portions. Wine selection-we are in SA! Is not even a question. Service-fast and friendly. Tables-white table cloth, cloth serviettes, wine glasses and water glasses Atmosphere-congenial, sophisticated, good background music, not too loud Languages-English and Russian Bathrooms-spotlessly clean, blow drier (I prefer paper to dry my hands) Parking-plenty of parking around Family friendly-they provide high seats In addition- they have an upstairs bar you can enjoy after dinner Location-Opposite and with views to a beautiful park.

Had dinner tonight and it was lovely but after all the hype I felt let down in a few areas. Service was friendly and precise and enjoyed chatting with the owner. We were informed to allow 30 mins for the alpaca shanks but it was at least 50 minutes wait (and at least an extra 15 mins after being told they'd only be another 5). All the food was tasty but the roast veg were a bit of a disappointment as they seemed only lightly cooked rather than being roast and crispy. Some of the broccoli and carrot looked like it came from a frozen bag of mixed veg 🤔. Dessert was outstanding and I highly recommend the triple cherry blitz. Loads to choose from on the menu and I'd be keen to give it another go just to try out the options.

Dinner at @thesiberiarestaurant: great food, nice service, and a nice classy ambiance. Good for date night, and for something different 🙂. . Blue boat: roasted eggplant, wild mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, leek, forest herbs, paired with parmesan truffle cheese and black truffle oil. This was a really tasty dish! The eggplant was super soft, and the toppings were absolutely delicious. So savoury! Loved the parmesan cheese 😋🤤. . Chebureki: a Slavic turnover filled with seasoned meats, served with pomegranate sauce and leaf salad. This was like a big fried dumpling, with lamb mince inside. Very good! . Alpaca shanks: now this is something I've never had before! The flavour is similar to lamb, but maybe slightly tougher in terms of texture. Despite that, the meat was super tender and full of flavour! . Siberian dumplings: served in a tomato based sauce. The filling was perhaps lamb? Couldn't remember - but it was delicious! The skin was a bit more like Chinese dumplings, which tend to be a bit thicker. Definitely enjoyed this! . Potato rosti: oh this was so yummy! I always love potatoes when they're crispy 🤩🤤. . Butterfly blue tea and orange ice cream: amazing colours and really interesting flavours! Definitely has elements of tea, but also fruity at the same time. So yummy! I was really disappointed that they didn't have the gorgonzola cheese ice cream, which would've been super super interesting to try 😅🙂😍. . Black Russian cocktail: so yummy!

Absolutely amazing food, service and atmosphere. The Hanger Steak was simply mouth watering, the accompanying cauliflower purée had such a delicate flavour and elevated the steak to a higher plane. Staff highly attentive and professional. 10/10 would go back next trip to Melbourne

Beautiful restaurant in docklands. When you dine at horn and hoof you feel as if you are dining at a friends house. Service is friendly and you can tell a lot of thought has been put into each item on their menu. Food is fresh, and delicious. The bread is made in house and takes 3 days to make! The menu is unique and has a wide range of protein I have ever tried before and have rarely if ever have seen it at any other restaurant in Melbourne. Looking forward to making my way down the menu.

We celebrated my sons Birthday here tonight. Very unique place with awesome service. The mixed game entrees and wild board for main for me. My son had the emu and his partner the beef. Meals were great, the sauces amazing. Thanks so much to Serg for the surprise Cake for my son. We will be back to try everything, but the whole suckling pig looks amazing.

What a lovely experience. I booked this venue via email for my organisation’s Christmas dinner, and it was a memorable time! Serge hosted us and we had the entire venue to ourselves. We had a diverse range of food in a banquet-style setup, and everyone left full and happy. I particularly loved the eggplant, prawns, venison and cocktails. I’d definitely recommend coming for a special occasion!

Elena and Serge have an amazing restaurant. We went there on Sunday for our 18th wedding anniversary. The menus is different and the food was fabulous. We had blue boat and chicken roulades for entree. Then for mains we had alpaca shanks and Kangaroo. I asked for the kangaroo to be more medium thinking it might be a little less tender. I was so wrong. I would go back for the kangaroo. The sides with kangaroo of pear, onion and black rice were perfect. Alpaca shanks were served with lentils. The paring of tastes was divine. There are so many other options, we could have had such as emu, venison or the wild boar. Make sure you have an empty stomach before you go. Servings were quite large. Definitely 5/5. I hope the area picks up a bit. Was quiet but would recommend to anyone that is after something a bit different with amazing service.

Amazing food, service and atmosphere. Will definitely come back to try the dumplings and the blue ice cream as we didn’t get the chance to this time (can only eat so much in one sitting!). Thank you to the staff for such a special birthday dinner ☺️

Myself and my best friend went here the other night and it was an amazing experience, the food was so good. You know you're gonna enjoy your meal when you have possibly the best bread roll at the start. For the entre we got a mix of meats to share, which was really nice and get to try multiple meats. There were so many flavours, my best friend got the venison, which she had been craving for weeks and I believe it really hit the spot and satisfied her cravings, I got the emu, something different but I really loved it, random fact it's a red meat, not white haha. But all the flavours really worked well together with the emu, the pears, pear juice, cranberries and black rice, with the emu meat go so well together and would definitely get it again. For desert we got the crepes to share, again they tasted so good and not to sweet or heavy to finish up with. Whilst you're there, don't forget to get yourself a cocktail or 3, I had a Long Island and a Mojito. And for everything that we had the total was $250 even, to be honest we thought it was gonna be alot more expensive for what we had. So everything was very well priced, which was a nice bonus, definitely had to leave a tip. Highly recommended if you love your meat and like to try something different. Also the service was great! They give you alot of information about where the meats come from, tell you stories and abit of history. We would definitely come back here again next time we're in Melbourne (Need this restaurant in Adelaide).

What great service, a beautiful space and unique delicious food. I expected tiny portions but I left so full! Thank you! My partner and I wanted to relax and stay longer but we had to rush off to another event. So I can't wait to come back and fully experience the environment 😊

We dined here for Xmas lunch. Cannot fault it! Food was amazing, as was the service, ambience and views. The timing of the food delivery was flawless.. we were not left sitting waiting at any point during the day. The servings were the perfect size. The flavours were dynamic and interesting. The venison alone is worth coming back for! We rate this as one of our favourite food experiences we’ve ever had. Try it. 🙂

Had a great experience dining at Siberia with their Black Box degustation event. It took about 2.5 hours and we were served 6 courses (2 entrees, 2 mains and 2 desserts). Very generous servings and everything was delicious. The cabbage roll was a standout (photo) as well as the tomato ice cream (forgot to get photo). Overall I really recommend degustation at Siberia, I felt the prices were fair and the food is unique and tasty.

Loved it. I went to Russia many years ago and the food brought me right back. Love the drinks, friendly staff that make you feel part of the family. A must go to

  • 2/5 Lily T. 2 years ago on Google
Poor service and the food is way too overpriced for what it is. The restaurant was barely half full yet we had to wait for 10 min just to be given the menu. The two mains that we ordered came with salad - the most wilted salad leaves I have been served in a long time and some already turned yellowish. At the payment counter as we communicated this to the waiter, we didn't even get a sorry for the terrible experience. Not returning again.

Wonderful. First class service, an outstanding menu and wine collection, and a super nice venue. All of us enjoyed our meals, the information, and the banter. Out dietaries were catered for (GF, Vegan, and a couple of specific food allergies) with confidence. Well done! 👌😁

I had a celebration with close friends at Siberia restaurant. Unusual choice of meats, specially crafted garnishes, home made bread baked using traditional recipes plus amazing customer service made our evening unforgettable. I have been to many, but Siberia restaurant is one of my favourite now. So proud to have such a great Russian spirit place in Adelaide. Definitely visiting them again and recommending to everyone who wants to experience the best part of Russian cuisine and hospitality.
