Absolutely BRILLIANT SERVICE! I had my Mitsubishi Outlander serviced, & Frank was lovely to deal with. They did everything they promised, plus fixing broken brake lights, a wheel alignment, & a wheel balance. The price is just as great as the service, being far cheaper than other quotes I received. I can guarantee Mycar Tyre & Auto CE St Albans will be my go to mechanic from here on out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I've been going here for the last 7 years to service all my cars, once they're out of manufacturer's warranty. In my earlier years, I even had Frank replace a globe on short notice and he only charged for the globe cost. I trust Frank with his assessment, because I know that if I don't need to spend money, he will tell me without a minute hesitation (and yes he has done so on many occasions).

I was referred to Mycar by a friend and ensured the service would be honest and practical. I had a battery replaced and it was genuinely the most seamless transaction ever with a mechanic. I got great advice on the car and what needed to be done without the hard sell. The customer service was just as it should be and Frank was lovely to deal with. Would definitely recommend him and mycar to anyone wanting good honest service.

Terrific service every time. Brought the car in for a logbook service a couple of months ago - an expensive issue that is a regular problem with my car was identified as worsening, and Frank honestly laid out my options for me so I knew how much repair would be and what to expect. Saved up and came back today - the job was done within the day, and for much less than I had braced myself for. I have greatly appreciated Frank's communication throughout, as every question and query I have had no matter how minor has been answered patiently, thoroughly, honestly, and without any condescension or judgment.

I've always had great service from this place in St Albans. Just brought in my car as breaks were making a noise and responding oddly. They took it all apart and found no issue. Stumbled across as my car had puncture but it was the service of the manager (Ferraro) and the team that makes me want to come back for my next car service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, they were willing to help out promptly eventhough I had no appointment with them and they were very busy at the time.
