Got an appointment very quick and easy to book. Easy place to find also, staff are very friendly. It’s a little practice but very inviting and nice environment. Absolutely love my doctor, Dr Panju is very thorough and has been the only Dr willing to listen and actually help me as a patient. I wouldn’t want to go to anyone else, my whole family go to him and we love him!

They are lovely people, you don't feel you are rushed, Dr Romish makes you feel comfortable and easy going. He has been my doctor nearly 4...5yrs thought I had lost him when he left previous practice, but found him when I looked across the parking area and there was his happy face on his own practice. Was so happy.

Easy to book an appointment with HotDoc on the day and did not have to wait. Got a request for an ultrasound and it was done the same day. Medical certificate for work, bulk billed and Telehealth appointment to follow up. EASY!

You have a doctor that goes on holidays and never comes back (DrRomesh) you don't inform any of his clients that this happened who most followed him after he left the previous practice, you then have another doctor come take over the business privately and decides he is going to charge everyone even if you have a pension card and again don't tell the loyal clients that they will be charged until they read it on the door poor practice right from the start

Wow! Wasn’t warned that I was going to be charged near $200 for initial consultation. Should have stuck with Alterna Leaf. Couldn’t even write me a referral. Waste of time & money
