Trying to pay for something is so hard at all Myers, now trying to get $100 gift card that’s advertised everywhere and no one can help me, Aesop, nor the Swarovski cash register, now going to another register …. Hopefully 3rd register is a charm, can’t wait for Myer to shut down and get a superstore with better customer experience, don’t get me started on their online shopping experience.

HOUSE OF CB IN THE MYER CENTRE SYDNEY! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! BE AWARE LOCALS & VISITORS, IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR DAY RUINED BY A RUDE STAFF! Today was the worse customer service experience I had ever came across in my life! Not Isabella but Belle from House of CB in Sydney Myer Centre. I went there with my friend, as she was looking to buy a couple of dresses for her trip to Europe next week. I helped her choose a few, as it’s her fav store. As I was choosing one for her and finding her size, House of CB staff came up from behind me and started tidying the rack I was looking at angrily. I already notice she didn't say hi and if we were needing any service, but I was thinking maybe she's not having a great day and was tired… BUT!!! When she came pass me the second time and whacked the clothes on the rack that I was grabbing the dress for my friend from, because we were not getting any service - prompt me to ask the other staff Isabella who was lovely on processing the transaction her name. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, even when Qantas cancelled my flights I didn't leave a bad review, but I just need people to be aware of the appalling service that got me this upset. My friend said she would of bought more dresses but was disappointed in the negative service today by one of the staff. So disappointing, as I have also bought from there and won't be returning.

I love Myer in Sydney. The open, bright lay out of the store & the range of goods. In particular, the fashion departments have the best range in Australia with an extensive & varied array of stock. Service is great with very attentive & helpful staff.

This is the best one stop shopping destination in Australia. This Sydney CBD store is so flash and things are priced well. A must visit if you're visiting Sydney. Well done Myers!

Simply the best. The new rooms were well designed and logically perfect for the business traveller. Across the road is the river to swim. It was a pure delight to stay. It took approx 5-10min walk to be in the centre of the city or its historic tourist area.

Traditional departmental store platform, it’s still a crowd favourite for tourists with David Jones being its main rival. MYER was started by Sidney Myer, who migrated from Russia to Melbourne in 1899 after the height of Victoria's gold rush. Australia's largest department store by revenue and store count, MYER grew substantially with the merger with COLES and Grace Brothers. Recommended 👍🏼

I was served by Melissa in womens clothes who went above and beyond to help me. I felt like a valued customer and I mattered. Can't thank her enough for her consideration, and genuineness and excellent customer service. Thankyou!

Very few floor staff. Several I spoke to knew little or nothing about stock and made little effort to be helpful. An outstanding exception was a staff member in television section. He was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Excellent service.

Good mall. Traditional departmental store platform, it’s still a crowd favourite for tourists, with David Jones being its main rival. Good old shopping complex downtown. We went shopping go on the Boxing Day. So lots of discounts and we needed kitchen stuff so there were so many choices on the fifth floor for us. Nice to have a little cafe where you can have a rest upstairs. There was a returning because of package misleading. I brought to them the next day and the staff refunded efficiently. Good customer service.

Very nice experience. I was in a rush and needed a shirt. Byron from Van Huesen was extremely helpful and even steamed the shirt for me!

I purchased $200 worth of goods online, what I was sent was literal junk (check the photos!) when I opened the package. I spent weeks on the phone with their braindead customer service team, being told everything was handled and I'd be updated the following day, only to never be updated. When I called the following day, the same thing would happen, rinse and repeat... Incredibly frustrating. They eventually rejected my return, despite saying the return had all the correct information on it to ensure the return would be approved and the goods would be finally resent to my address. MYER said there is "nothing we can do" as the return was rejected. I now have to go through Fair Trading to resolve this. Absolutely ridiculous. So long MYER, you will never see another cent from me.

I’m so so so happy with one of the staff here. most of them are very polite and friendly but one of the best and sweeet lady was Shaili who helped me always to choose the best perfumes. I visited there so many times and i always looked for her. The ones she recommended were always loved by my husband as well as me. She is so sweet with all customers not only me. The staffs in this myer are best. I’m looking forward to visit soon. Here are some awesome ones

Received outstanding service from Mary from Tommy Hilfiger and her team. I came in to return a pair of pants I had received as a present that were a size too small. I had lost the receipt but Mary and the team here guided me through the process of setting up the Myer one app for the person who gifted me pants so we could retrieve the receipt. Mary even recommended I try a size up from the one I was about to choose because I have longer legs and she was spot on. Every staff member was absolutely lovely!

My partner and I were in Myer on two occasions over Friday and Saturday - Myra served us both times and she was just great - very helpful, great customer service and very happy to be there. Introduced us to lots of great fragrances and we each went home with a new favourite. It made such a difference in our experience, Myra is definitely an asset to the cosmetic department there and would recommend her to anyone looking in that area.

I went to check out the Christmas displays. You need to venture to the top floor where Christmas items fill the whole floor. Even the foyer area outside the bathrooms was decorated. It created a festive happy atmosphere

A great range across all departments all in one place. This definitely saves walking around different stores to compare products. There are frequently great value sales on, and the membership often provides free $10 vouchers. The service is not always the best, particularly given many of the staff you see are just aligned to one brand so can't help you beyond that. However I find mostly self service works best anyway...

Went shopping here around closing time and a lot of the workers were either passive or not doing their job. This was understandable as it was late, however one of the workers did a wonderful job on helping us find the correct size for the products we wanted and went out of her way to stay late. Good discounts too

It is nice a shopping spot where you can find different brand and different shops. Specially, for perfumes and gifts. Also, they have a very good food court and they have different kind of food there where you can also eat with your family.

The return policy at Myer is absolutely inflexible and disgusting. They are rigid, happy to take your money, but do not do even exchange happily, unless every rule is met. They have a really bad attitude towards it. I now avoid shopping there. I shop where exchanges are met with pleasure, not disdain. Where it is flexible it makes me spend more. Also their rewards program takes months to drop points. Also, not competitive either.

Online order purchased which came from this particular store. The bare minimum is to check for security tags. Enquired online and the options were to go to a Myer store or return the items via parcel. Only “if” they could do it right the first time. Waste of my time and money for what is meant to be a seamless “online” shopping.

Could have more friendlier and inviting staff. Specially in the formal wear sections. Did buy some clothes on a reasonable price, but I'm not keen on returning anytime soon.

Oh mine, this store is a blast from the past! Shopping should be enjoyed not endured. Myer should consider exiting the location before its brand gets tarnished

Today I was served by a remarkable woman in click and collect by the name of Monica R. She went above and beyond to help me find a missing article. I cannot praise her professionalism enough. What an asset to Myer she is and her manager should be made aware of how well she maintained her poise and respectful manner when really under duress. Well done Monica and thank you very much. A true problem solver.

I recently went into Myer city store to purchase a coffee machine. The brand and model that I wanted was not available in store.I asked ,Nicole, from the hub for assistance and she gave me excellent service!! She explained to me my options to place a MCO order and was very helpful in ensuring I was given all the relevant information to do this. Nicole is a very friendly, helpful Myer staff member and is an asset to her team.In the current retail environment it was so good to have someone who is obviously very good at her job willing to assist the customer.🌟

Rose and Robert at this branch went above and beyond to help me out with an issue I had with an online order. They were professional, friendly and attentive and made sure I received my appliance as quickly as possible without any problems. Definitely going to come back next time I need to purchase anything for my household :-)

I was visiting recently on a Sunday to purchase a breville blender. No customer service available. I had to search for a staff member for help for at least 15min. We ended up purchasing the blender thanks to Rose who helped us. Overall good products but poor service, especially if you have specific questions regarding the products..differences between different products etc. Staffing needs to be improved.

Today, i stepped into myers just to look for a gift for my mother and i was greeted with the most amazing and kind person ever, Amanda from Dior section. She helped me through the whole process of finding the perfect gift and made sure that all my wants and needs are met. She was kind, genuine and very polite. It was a great customer experience

Nice and easy to pop in and out and get the couple of shirts I needed without fuss. Kathy in the Gazman area actually asked if I needed assistance and made suggestions. Something I haven't experienced in a department store in a couple of decades. Giant sized changing rooms, clean bathrooms and good signage. The perfect quick shopping experience for a bloke in a hurry who hates shopping.

Myer Sydney City is the one-stop shop for all your needs, from cosmetic products and beauty services to clothing, cookwares and homewares. The toy area for kids has beautiful and creative displays, guarantee to keep your little ones occupied for hours. Myer also has lifts accessible to the food court, and also very close to the train station. Myer City stands out for its product variety and availability. I find the staff here more approachable and friendly than other famous department stores.
