I can recommend without reservation, this cafe I supposeI would describe a community based cafe. Served good strong coffee and cake and asked for a contribution for payment. A refreshing change. I applaud this community spirited establishment. Well done 👏 great helpful friendly staff.

This place is great and worth a visit if you’re in the titanic quarter. It’s a non profit community cafe. The drinks and cakes are free and there’s a wide selection. You’re welcome to bring in your own food and relax. It’s all donation based. There’s a great atmosphere and the staff are lovely.

Great place, friendly staff and really brilliant initiative. They don’t charge for any of their products but work on a donation style, and non for profit business. You pay what you feel to be fair. Would highly recommend and to donate a few quid for such a great initiative.

Found by chance but would definitely go back. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and cakes - and friendly, welcoming staff. With a twist - you make a donation if your happy. Can also bring in your own food. What’s not to like ??

Amazing discovery whilst I was visiting Belfast. It is the perfect place to enjoy a scone and cup of tea/coffee. They don't offer meals however you are welcome to bring food in from elsewhere and enjoy the atmosphere. There are a range of seating options from sofas to bar stools, and there are books to read during your visit or you can spend some time in the prayer garden, not to mention all of the incredible local artwork on display. The volunteers are super friendly and the whole café runs on the donations of the customers which is an excellent initiative. Would recommend to anyone who is nearby.

Went twice while visiting PRONI. Amazing place, staffed by volunteers. There is no set price for coffee and tray bakes. It is all by donation. That days dosh pays for the next days nosh as the sign says. I can't speak highly enough of the service, Bryce, John , Jackie and the others who's names I don't know. They are super friendly and customer oriented. I had a lovely chat with a volunteer who had a son living near me in Canada. Small world. There are comfy couches to relax on, lots of seating and tables. Picnic tables are outside on a patio. The Cafe is accessible via a ramp. Please visit and donate to a good cause.

We came in here for a cup of tea and a scone and loved it. There is a real community feel here. Had a nice long chat with a staff member and rested our legs after the titanic exhibit. This place is better than most chains in town in my opinion. A comfy couch and a quirky mug are just what you need.

Such a cute little place! We randomly stumbled upon it when looking for a place to drink coffee, and it was such a kind and welcoming atmosphere that only asked for donations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the selection of teas were brilliant! Would definitely go again!

Manned by volunteers, the cafe is such a unique idea. We chanced upon it after our visit to the Titanic Belfast. Beautiful place to just chill out and rest our feet after spending hours in the museum. Kudos to the volunteers. Pay as you wish.

The dock cafe is a nice place to relax if you're out. However, you cannot buy anything here instead you give donations and all they really have is coffee and tea, if you want something to eat you will have to go to one of the nearby shops though you are allowed bring outside food into this place. To summarise I would give this place 3 out of 5 Stars because I like being able to dine in the places I go.

Comfortable welcoming, flexible, kind carkng friendly staff. You donate for what you consume as no charges are applied, so this Christian run establishment is a welcome much needed addition to the titanic marina area. Highly recommended, large selection of teas, coffees and tray bakes, biscuits available, I'm sure at times soup and sandwiches have been available and may be in the future. You may also bring your own food if desired. Lovely intimate spaces throughout, A mismatch of donated furniture and crockery but this adds to its humble charm and the warm welcome that Belfast is renounced for. ❤️

Love this place! The staff are superb & so friendly. They have comfy seating throughout & serve carmel squares, scones, brownies & loads more. They also have cold & hot drinks which aren't the best but there's a subway & coffee shop close by which you can usualy bring in if they don't supply it. There's lots of window seating & also outdoor benches which all have great views. The walls are covered in local artwork & photographs which personally makes it look quite cluttered & cheap but it's one of the ways they make money as they rely solely on donations depending on what customers feel their experience is worth. Cleverly there's PayPal codes on the tables & donation boxes scattered throughout saving you the awkwardness feeling like your being judged.

Incredible little place that I ran into by chance. A non-profit cafe that you should definitely visit if you’re in the Titanic Quarter. Wide variety of cakes and tea and a very relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. You can also bring in your own food from any of the nearby shops. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that if you’re not a fan of cake or tea, then you may want to check out other spots for a bite to eat! 😊

Fantastic place to enjoy a coffee and cake, have what you like pay what you think is fair or can afford. A great idea and lovely staff. They don't do hot food just cakes, scones and tray bakes, but you are welcome to bring hot food in from the local spar 2 min away. Right in the Titanic qtr. plenty of picnic tables outside.

Such a great place, it’s like a trendy eclectic cafe without the fussiness. It’s the perfect stop off after a walk around the Titanic Quarter. There are comfortable couches as well as chairs & tables. We had 4 generations in our group, from 3 months to 92 years young. They weren’t serving soup the day we visited but they allowed us to go & bring other food in for our lunch, we then had coffees & some tray bakes & paid a fair price. The staff were really friendly too! We will be back 😊

It was so pleasantly surprising for me to discover that this cafe serves everything for free and the donation is entirely on the visitor 's will/ voluntary. Harry, the owner of the cafe is so gracious and a perfect gentleman who receives guests (every single person walking in) with the same smile, humility and compassion and checks on the health and well being. The ladies at the counter/ kitchen serve tea, coffee and food items with the same compassion and grace. The cafe is well kept and spacious and ventilated with enough sunlight lighting the entire space. A good collection of books is available on the shelves for the reader in you. The cafe has a special prayer room and stationery to write down your wishes and prayers and pin to the wired tree at the center. Harry personally said prayers for me and spent a good time talking and discussing things with me. It's a must visit cafe and so our part/ bit to contribute towards something very good and humane. They have provided food and shelter to so many people, who did not have food and home and during tough times. Felt light and inspired!!!

Never seen anything like this before. Staff were super friendly and explained fully how it all worked. We popped down the road for some hot food and returned to eat our food there and had a cup of tea and a really nice slice of cake called a haystack (sort of coconut sponge)

A wonderful place that was made extra special by the incredibly warm and welcoming Harry! This place is a must visit, its hugely impactful with its donations run values.

What an awesome concept. There are no prices as such for the food, everything is served on a donation basis only. Lovely tea and nice coffee. The staff were super friendly and welcomed us in. We were looking for a place for lunch and as they didn’t serve lunch here suggested we went to spar to buy something, which we did. We had some cake there and paid £10 for it all, well worth a visit

Love this place. Its a hidden gem in belfast. A donations based cafe, just pay what you think you should. Amazing scones. Excellent coffee and friendly volunteers. Great for a quick pit stop and pick me up on your way to or from Titanic belfast.

This place has a uniqueness like no other coffee house. A calmness, a quirky edge and the softest sofas ever! My family all love coming for a cuppa and the love behind how the honesty cafe operates makes it a very special place to be. The prayer garden is worth a visit. Give yourself a couple of hours to enjoy your visit.

Amazing place! Really tasty coffee and pastry. The people working there are delightful, super friendly. It's a community cafe, meaning the food and drinks are not priced, so they work based on donations. Would highly recommend it.

Stumbled across the Dock Cafe, and thought we'd pop in for a hot chocolate to warm us up. We were greeted at the door, by a very friendly volunteer explaining about the cafe and that it was all donation based. Which we weren't expecting at all... but every volunteer was so cheerful and very helpful. Such a great place to chill and watch the world go by. Keep doing what you're doing guys!
