Our experience started with a Google search of places to attend on Belfast as we were traveling from Dublin for the weekend. My wife has always said she would love to do a coupes spa package but I was always the one who backed out. But this time it was me who booked the Romeo and Juliet package as a surprise for our trip. It started with an email enquiry that was responded to very professional and promptly by a ladies called Katie and after this I got all the information I needed booked and payed my deposit. We arrived just before our time of 6pm that we booked we waited to be called and got some lovely selfies on the fabulous chairs in the waiting area. We were then called to attend the room and everything was explained to us clearly and promptly of what the package includes and was directed towards the champagne on ice and chocolates. We showered and put on our swim suits and got into that wonderful jacuzzi and sauna for about 30 mins undisturbed and already we new we made the best decision. After 30 or so mins the door knocks and we requested they could enter the lovely staff member informed us that it was now time for our massage to begin if we could shower and dry out selves off that she would be back in 10 mins and that we should ly on the beds as this was my first time I had lots of questions like should I leave anything on or what and was informed that decision was completely up to me. So up we get onto the beds side by side and the 2 therapists came in and asked was it ok to begin and from that point on the only thing we could say was wow why have we never done this before. The staff was truly professional from start to finish we were made feel so welcome and comfortable the massage was fabulous we felt so relaxed I even fell asleep during the treatment lol this just says it all on how comfortable we were After the hot oil massage we then got a body scrub and this just left us feeling so refreshed it was unbelievable. After treatment we showered again and got dressed and together we both felt truly amazing like walking on air afterwards I would have no problems in recommending to others and in our words wow how could this make us feel so good Can't wait to return to Belfast would definitely book again. My daughter and I had a lovely time here. She had a full body Swedish massage and I had a fantastic foot and lower leg massage. Both were amazing and highly recommended. Will definitely be back. Lovely staff and relaxing atmosphere.

My bf and I went there for a spa and massage. They didn't know that I can understand Thai. One of a lady said that my boyfriend's body size is the same size as a buffalo. I've been to the other Orchid and they were excellent. I would recommend the other branch, not this one.

Loved my experience! I got the mix and match voucher for my birthday and finally got around to using it. I loved the jacuzzi, it was massive! Followed by the use of the sauna before my massage. The girl was lovely who done my massage and massage was amazing! Communication was great also, with the person at the other end of the phone answering my questions.

I had a great traditional Thai massage which helped loosen my body, and I felt much better the next day. My masseuse was very friendly and attentive to my comfort, and the venue is very clean and professionally presented. Highly recommend!

Got a couples deep tissue massage earlier today. Was one of the best massages I’ve had in a while. Both my partner and I left feeling great! The staff were also very lovely and the place smells great the moment you walk in. Would definitely recommend. We will certainly be back again.

Will give less than that. Staff is good, but manager is so rude... no words. Be careful about booking, manager can mess-up your appointment and then blame you. Most ridiculous thing is just text, don't answer phone.

Lovely Swedish massage before the Belfast Marathon. It worked, had a great run the day after!

One of the staff members was nice the other not so much. I chose a mix n match package the sauna was good but jacuzzi had abit of mold on the speakers. I also got pain the second day after getting the relax massage (it was not a deep tissue massage or firm) the windows where left open so It was abit cold during the massage and I could hear all the outside noise, plus the shower didn't have hot water running. So I left the spa feeling sticky from the oil on my body. They also advertise upto 25% off for first time customers but don't offer any discount when it's time for customer to pay.

Romeo and Juliet room is luxurious but 30 minutes of time to enjoy it is not enough, 45 would be better. Would be great to have pics of this space in the website!

Always a great massage experience, feels like you are in Thailand! My favorite is the traditional Thai massage, where therapists can apply mid to firm pressure and I always feel great afterwards. They are very polite, their customer service excellent and booking procedure is quick and easy (you can email, call or message by sms)

We went here on our honeymoon. It was my husband's first ever massage and my first couple's massage. EXCELLENT place. The hot tub was huge, the atmosphere was relaxed and relaxing, and Ava and Kelly are AWESOME masseurs. Will absolutely go again next time we're visiting.

They accommodated me and my best friend last minute for a walk in. The massage was great and everyone was so nice. Highly recommend.

Got mix & match package. Hot tub was brilliant, full body massage was good. 3 stars because no relaxing music and I paid for 50min full body massage and got 40 minute massage 10 minutes less than supposed to be. Disappointing. Contacted the company itself but I’ve been told that massage time wasn’t reduced, which I know the time massage started and finished. Trying to prove me I’m wrong. Disappoints even more. Unfortunately wouldn’t go back

Great experience from start to end, Kitty and Molly was the name of the 2 ladies and they were so professional and friendly to me and my partner... made us both feel very at ease, the massage was fantastic, would highly recommend and we will be coming back here again

I had traditional Thai massage this Monday. I know what it should be like, from my experience. I didn't get any fantastic massage, or fantastic feelings in my body or at least nice pleasure. It was just low normal massage. So, better choose another place, if you wanna to enjoy and not just waste your time and money.

We have visited here a few times and always find it to be great. Love the experience with the hot tub and sparkling wine followed by the couples massage. 100% would recommend.

One of the best massages I have ever gotten. We went for the Romeo and Juliet package that came with lovely chocolates, Rose/Prosecco, a sauna, a jacuzzi and massage time. From making the reservation and in that time answering some of my questions, they were extremely helpful. The person that received us was very helpful. She explained everything. It was an amazing experience and the massage and scrub were also just amazing. Worth 180 pounds for sure. Definitely when in Belfast .. treat yourself!

Amazing massage! Definitely one of the best massages I have ever had. I had the deep tissue Thai massage & it really was fantastic! I was taken straight away for my appointment even though I arrived early, no waiting about. Very friendly, helpful & professional staff. If you suffer from a bad back, then this is a great way to spend an hour of your time. I have already booked my next appointment.
