Hoppy Girl Brewing is really a great brewery. We had almost every beer on the list and they were all great. Citra IPA was probably our favorite but really enjoyed the imperial stout and the wheat ale. Brenda and Ford do a great job hosting as well. It has such a cozy vibe and overall is just a fun place to want to hang out and drink a beer. Highly recommended!

Fantastic selection of beers, their own and they host quite a few as well. Wine, slushies, THC drinks and even ice cream and root beer floats! Pizzas and snacks, plus a wonderful selection of brewery clothes, tins and some grumpy old men movie fanfare. Brenda and Ford are spectacular hosts. Can't wait to go back. A must stop if in Wabasha Can't wait to try B & B.

This has becomes my first husband's and my favorite place to stop. We love the family friendly atmosphere and always meet new fun new people. Slushies are the best! Definitely worth a stop!

Hoppy Girl Brewing has probably the best Shandy I have ever had, absolutely blew my mind. As for the service, Brenda the owner is phenomenal, told me I was parked illegally and to go fix it and get back in for beer LOL This is a small town brewery done to perfection. Felt like I knew the owners and customers my whole life.

We visited Hoppy Girl Brewing for the first time this weekend. We attended the town’s annual Grumpy Old Men fest. If you are familiar with St. Patrick’s Day celebrations in Chicago…picture a bar in Wrigleyville except instead of a sea of green it’s a see of buffalo plaid clad Grumpy Old Men fans in a quaint small town. So much fun. And we may need to take the five our drive back just to get their: Tropical Heat Wave Raspberry Lemon Shandy!!

My Mom and I went here and we absolutely LOVED this brewery! We had the Strawberry Lemon Shandy and the Lemon Drop Slushie. So delicious and refreshing on a hot summer’s day! The owner was super friendly - love that this place is a woman-owned business! Love the spread out seating outside and the variety of board and card games they have inside the brewery for folks to play too. They serve pizza and snacks as well, though we didn’t try those.

What a fabulous place to have some wonderful beers that are made right there. I didn't stay at the BnB but found this incredible hideaway googleing breweries in Wabasha. It's in their "garage" and I really wish we weren't 3.5 hours apart! I still plan to return there for more of their brews and service.

Went here about a month ago and even though I am not a beer drinker, they have something for everyone. Loved the frozen white Russian so much I had 2!! My friends and husband all enjoyed the beer. It was a fun stop! Thanks Brenda!

Such a cool place with really good brews. We really like them all so much and everyone is so friendly (owners and locals alike). A word of warning, Brenda is the only person allowed to put LPs on the turntable.

The beers are great and the hospitality is even better -- and knowing Ed and Jessie probably doesn't hurt either. Thanks again for the chance to enjoy your great beers in Wabasha!

This brewery is amazing! I was ecstatic to drive by the building and catch a glimpse of the sign that said "Back Alley Brewing Co". YES. So happy there's finally a brewery in Wabasha! And not just any brewery with any old beer... Ford (head brewer) makes incredible beers! We tasted the Mango Milkshake IPA, the Triple Black IPA, the Salted Caramel Milk Stout, and the Bourbon Barrel Aged Belgian Dark Ale. I'd give each one 5/5 stars. He knows how to brew! The tap room is so cozy and inviting. The pizzas there are delicious. You have to order one! Brenda and Ford are so much fun - engaging, quirky, easy-going, and down to earth. There are games to play and a TV to watch sports. I can't wait to come back to sit outside at the picnic tables and enjoy a brew in the fresh air. Thanks for an unforgettable experience and addictively delicious beers!

Love the beer here and the atmosphere was so calm and relaxed, was rainy and still had fun! Great recommendations from the owner. Very nice people,i watched the owner pluck some of her own home grown basil and give it to one of her customers, very friendly here and laid back.

Wow, you simply need to check this place out. Overall, I'm a tough critic and once in a while I run into something truly special. I'll avoid going overboard, but simply stated this is a town square with fantastic tap list (try their brew or the guest tap list) and atmosphere. The feel and vibe is like visiting your coolest neighbor or best friend with all th accomodations you could want. Board games, shade, music, coloring books, nice bathrooms, the list goes on... Can't wait to visit this place again along with my kids and spouse (kid's eat free ice cream... Wait what?) Beer is on point, barrel aged ten fidy from Oskar blues...? Wait lulipulin IPAs... House Russian Imperial Stout, yes please! Again, stop for the beer, and stay for the atmosphere. At this point I need to get back to coloring the superhero coloring book with the kiddo. Cheers, and can't wait to visit again!

Decided to stop in after coming all the way from Kentucky to see family here in Wabasha. Their beers are great and the atmosphere is awesome! The Triple Berry Milkshake IPA was incredible!

Visited here on Saturday. They gave my daughter free mint ice cream for coming with me, which lit up her eyes and is a smart business decision. Great ambiance. A solo singer who was very nice to listen to but not too loud. I’ll come back to this place without doubt.

My friends and I sat out on the patio last weekend when we visited, they lit propane fires for warmth and took good care of us. Strawberry milkshake IPA was delicious and I dig the experimental aspects of some of their beers. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

Great people and great drinks! What could be better? There is something on tap for every taste. The ultimate way to spend a drizzly weekend evening is listening to some vinyl and meeting new friends along the rail of the Hoppy Girl’s bar. Thanks for the fantastic time Brenda, Ford, and Halley!
