Booked this place for a company holiday party during the day. For some reason, people are working upstairs and asked us to quiet down despite the fact that we paid to be there and couldn't be heard from outside. We were also incessantly watched by a staff person. We are a longstanding nonprofit in the community that rented that space respectfully before. Know that your whole last paid hour will be required to be spent cleaning. Too many pointless rules to be any fun.

I took a Trees 101 class with The Park People. They share this beautifully restored building with Colorado Parks and Rec. It is a regal, history filled building.

My goodness, this is a wonderful place to have your event. My pie club had a fine time indeed. The address is on South Grant. Not by Colfax. I like Colfax too, just saying that for accuracy.

Beautiful, and great place for a party

Had a meeting here. What an awesome place! I've driven by hundreds of times and never knew this was a city building. Not ADA compliant to current standards, but accessible from the back if needed.

Beautiful from outside to inside, very clean, spacious. Bathrooms were clean and very stocked

I went here for a celebration. it was so cool and theres was a park right next to it!

This place is the best, I went to a baby shower here and it was awesome the staff was the best and the house was very nice!!!!
