    Why do we even give these places our $? It's obviously really hard to take the simple order, but they finally get it; and yet still just CAN'T ACTUALLY FILL IT CORRECTLY. Meal with 3 Supremes, I just want one crunchy. Took forever for him to understand that. I get the order, put too much faith in them obviously, the only thing correct is crunchy Supreme that was horribly made. The other 2, see pictures. But at least they gave me 16 (no BS), SIXTEEN, packets of sauce. SMFH!!! We need to make it that we can deny payment after the fact. That's the only way these places will ever change.

    This Taco Bell is just… terrible. I go pretty frequently because my kids love it, but we’re always missing items and getting food that wasn’t cooked right. They’re a mess.

    I came in on my lunch break with just enough money for a taco and fries. I had asked for a water cup and they stated they do not give out water cups and it would be $1. I have gotten water cups from every other location without a charge. I went to my truck to eat. The fries were hard and gross like they were sitting out for too long and barely got any nacho cheese. It’s safe to say I will never come back to this location!

    Used kiosk to order and pay. Then I waited. And waited, and waited some more. Finally asked the guy at the counter, who hadn't asked me if I needed anything, even though I was the only person in there and had been there a while. He then needed to TAKE MY PHONE AND WALK TO THE BACK TO PROVE TO THE PEOPLE MAKING FOOD THAT I HAD ORDERED AND PAID TO GET THEM TO MAKE MY FOOD. He had my phone in his possession for several minutes. ??? I watched another customer go through the same thing about 10 minutes prior. He was offered coupons for free items for having to wait so long. I was not. I left feeling bent out of shape and then very disappointed in the food quality. It looked like they were upset at having to make my items. Definitely won't be going back!

    Taco Bell is good when you're craving it. I went to pick up for my residents, and everyone seemed to mostly enjoy it when they received their orders. When it's fast food, you can't expect it to always be put together the right way. All of the sour cream in my beefy 5 layer was at one end. One resident also said their lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream were at the end of their burrito as well. But we all enjoyed it. The staff was wonderful, especially considering I was ordering for 13 people. They were so patient, kind, understanding, and accommodating to my needs.

    Unbelievable exchange, the what seems to be newish worker on the headset didn't understand or speak very good English. I was patient enough until the point where I just wantes my order correct and to be on my way. After paying I got my food and check and my order was wrong and I was charged for stuff I didn't even order. I went back and spoke slow and clear stating that my order was wronf, and they kept thinking I was ordering again! I said my taco was wrong and was suppose to be a chicken taco. Instead she continues to add on tacos to the price. I was not ordering again! Finally I request to speak to a manager at the window because I could not communicate to the lady on the speaker phone! And they still got it wrong after that...

    I was in the drive thru when I ordered two meals and when I got to the window I gave my card and waited for the woman to run it. When she handed my receipt back I checked and had noticed I had been charged $39 for what I thought was two meals. I then gave her the receipt back and told her she charged me for extra food as two meals does not add up to $39. She then became frustrated and asked a young women for help, the young women asked what I wanted and told her I’d like my money back for the food I didn’t order. In a rude tone she asked for my card back, ran my card, threw out the extra food from the bag, and gave me my card and drinks. It wasn’t until I check my bank account a few days later I saw an ADDITIONAL $10 charge on my card that was separate from the $39 I was mistakenly charged. I’ve called the store, no answer. I’ve emailed corporate, no response. In other words I had $29 stolen from me.

    This has got to be the worst taco bell in history. 1 out of every 5 trips they actually get my order right. Some days you order a burrito and it completely wrong, different stuff on the inside then what you order, other times the burrito is skimpy as can be. One time (year or so ago) i pulled up and they told me they were out of burrito wraps. At least now they are open later than they were for a few years, but its always a gamble if you are going to get what you actually order.
