This review is for the billing and finance office. My husband is a previous patient and had great care with the medical providers and staff there. Unfortunately, we did NOT have the same experience with billing and finance. We.requested, several times, a statement of account that showed itemized services with a bottom-line amount of what was paid to the office for tax purposes. We kept getting a back office statement that was difficult to understand (it had repeating services dates, repeating amounts). We requested this statement via email and the patient portal and we kept receiving the same printout. Finally, when I called and left a voicemail asking for assistance with this, instead of calling back, they mailed us yet another copy of the same thing! Not once did anyone call us to clarify what we needed.

This practice has been great to us! Through the change in locations and us losing one near where we live they have taken us in like we had been patients with them for years! I love that they stay in tune with what we need.

I absolutely love the care and treatment that my son receives when we are there. The doctors special attention to their patients is most appreciated and I am so very happy with their services. My sons asthma is at its best it has ever been in his life and I give allnof the credit to his doctor... Best place to be if you or your loved ones have asthma, copd, allergies or anything like that.

Great clinic and staff. I wasn’t able to call for an urgent appointment until later in the day and they were still able to get me in quickly same day. Once at the clinic, I hardly had to wait for anything. In and out in less than twenty minutes from start to finish. Unreal!

Heather provided ample time to listen to my needs, provided suggestions for solutions, then prescribed accordingly. I felt confident in her knowledge of asthma treatments.
