I have lived here for almost two months and so far this has not been a luxury living experience. While the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet there have been multiple issue inside my home. If you are going to advertise ops broken down townhomes as luxury at least give more than 0% effort to make the homes move in ready. My townhome looked a if it wasn't prepared for my move in. Light fixtures did not work, the air conditioning was broken, the carpets were dirty and smelled of dog (eventually replaced), multiple blinds were missing toppers, vents were covered in grime and grease, paint was peeling, sinks did not drain and ants were coming in through the downstairs light fixture. The appliances are old and missing pieces. Dryer doesn't have a handle and the dish washer is missing wheels coupled with paint chipping from the tray. Pretty gross to have to scrape paint off of your "clean dishes". Leasing office is friendly and say the right things in person, but it is very difficult to get someone to return an email or answer the phone when you call. Not sure if they are overworked and under staffed, but communication with residents and making them feel important is a major issue. The maintenance team is really great. Non-emergency issues (broken appliances for example) take weeks to months to fix, but I don’t blame them as their staff is never more than two. A little investment from Bell Partners would go a long way. UPDATE: Thank you for the response; however, I put in a request to have my broken toilet fixed 12 days ago and it still has not been addressed. I have also made multiple requests to have the dishwasher replaced. It does not get dishes cleaned and I have abandoned using it altogether.

Lived in a one bedroom apartment for two years, paying $1700 a month. Upon move in, there were long hairs everywhere, in the fridge, in the kitchen drawers, and in my closet. The blinds were smoke stained and dusty. The washer didn't have hot water connected. The A/C didn't work it only blew hot air (and I moved in JULY! IT WAS TERRIBLE!) Then a few months later a water emergency occurred two units above the apartment I reside in. Although I was warned, I came home to an apartment full of strangers, two large industrial fans, an extremely loud industrial de-humidifier, large water damage stains on the ceiling, various water collection buckets and my dog cowering scared in my bedroom. My front room furniture was covered in tarps, the pillow and edge of my couch visibly wet underneath. That Friday evening, I noticed in the bedroom (...as there was nowhere else in the apartment to be without the noise and draft of the constantly loud blowing equipment) that the carpet and furniture were both damp. Immediately I called it in to the emergency maintenance line and he came by to assess the situation. Yet another fan was added to the bedroom... leaving me with nowhere to peacefully sleep or live for an entire weekend. The following Monday, half of the electricity went out. My refrigerator, bathroom, and bedroom had no lights or power for two days. Thankfully, maintenance staff came by to plug my fridge into a working outlet, long extension cord and all. The only problem here is that I was literally stepping over an extension cord in the middle of my kitchen for at least a week. The dog waste stations often overflowed, there was dog waste everywhere. My A/C and heater never worked right each season change. The bathroom was constructed of cheap materials. Living on the street level was extremely noisy, neighbors constantly idling their cars outside my bed room window. Upon move-out I was never sent a final bill and they immediately sent my account to collections with no attempt to contact me, even though I had paid on time for the last two years. Save yourself and pass on Bradburn, the neighbor hood is cute but NOT WORTH IT.

We've lived in the Bell Bradburn community for over half a year now and it has been a wonderful experience for my family and me. The townhouses are spacious and well-designed, with all the amenities we need. The inside garage is a convenient feature, especially during harsh weather conditions. The two bedrooms, including a master bedroom and a room for the kids, provide ample space and privacy. The 2 and a half bathrooms make it easy for everyone to get ready in the morning. We love the comfortable atmosphere of this community and are grateful to call it our home.

We have been living on the Bell Bradburn property in a 1 bedroom apartment since August 2021. When the property we initially secured downtown fell through weeks before our cross-country move from the east coast, Bell Bradburn, fortunately, had a unit available. Renesha and the staff walked us through the application process and set up a virtual tour and answered all of our questions and concerns before arriving. In our first year, we had some maintenance issues that were handled as quickly as possible considering a maintenance staff turnover and a transition of management staff. In recent months, we noticed a transformation in both the property grounds and the overall vibe of the community. The change in management with the addition of Wendy and Amanda has been awesome. Renesha and the Maintenance team are very friendly. Whether you’re stopping in at the clubhouse or walking to your car, if they see you, they will acknowledge you with a wave or a hello. Since the start of 2023, the team has been hosting monthly events at the clubhouse. I took the opportunity to attend 2 of them and it was a great way to meet neighbors and get to know the Bell Bradburn team. Being that I work from home, and share a car with my husband, the location of the property is great. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Miles of bike paths all around, a Main Street shopping center, Whole Foods, Sprouts, and restaurants is a quick walk out your door. As newer residents to Colorado, my husband and I rely on reviews when looking for a doctor, mechanic, and recently a vet for our new puppy. If you find some of the older reviews concerning, I would encourage you to keep in mind each resident’s experience is different based on their expectations, patience, and views. If you are considering Bell Bradburn as a potential new home, don't just rely on the reviews. Take the opportunity to meet the staff, ask questions and tour the property in person.

My husband and I have lived here since July and we absolutely love it. The neighborhood is truly a gem - great neighbors, plenty of places to walk, nearby open space, fun restaurants. The Bell Bradburn amenities are also great. The gym is well maintained and the clubhouse space is really nice. My townhome is very quiet and well laid out, and I genuinely like my neighbors. It truly feels like a home and not just a temporary rental. Renesha in the office is fantastic and she sets the tone for great management. Any time we have had a maintenance request, she takes care of it promptly and always follows up. She and all of the maintenance folks are incredibly friendly and professional. Definitely consider Bell Bradburn for your new home!

How do I even start to example my experience with Bell Bardburn Apartments. I have lived here for almost 2 years and have nothing but good things to say. First these are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but maintenance is always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. Not to mention Wendy and the office staff here are always so helpful and welcoming. You can really tell they care about there residents. Needless to say have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others

We absolutely love living here! We had to find housing unexpectedly at the end of 2021 and could not have asked for a better place to land! Not only is the location perfect, with restaurants, shops and walking trails all within a few blocks, but everyone at Bell Bradburn is incredible!! Renesha in the front office has been especially kind, caring and helpful from day one! She's the best!! Despite the stress of moving last minute, she never got frazzled by our anxiety and helped us figure out every little thing so that we could focus on settling in and feeling at home! She makes Bell Bradburn a special, welcoming place to call home :) They also do cool events with food trucks and other local groups throughout the year, too, which is super fun! This is the cutest little community with the best staff and beautiful apartments and homes! They've got something for everyone!

I have to say that my experience at Bell Bradburn has been more positive than negative so far. I moved in spring of 2022 with my family and whenever we've had maintenance requests we typically hear back from the main office one way or another in a reasonable amount of time. Renesha, in particular, has been incredibly responsive and helpful ever since my family and I moved in. There are definitely areas that can be improved at the property, but some of those pain points would fall under corporate approval which I understand the main office here has no control over. All things considered I have had a pretty positive experience living at Bell Bradburn so far.
