I’m
not
even
sure
where
to
start.
While
Chris
(community
manager),
and
Davis
(part
of
maintenance
team)
have
been
great
in
more
recent
weeks,
mine
and
my
boyfriend’s
experience
has
been
nothing
but
terrible
before
then.
We
had
a
mice
problem
only
3
months
after
moving
in,
and
they
sent
over
an
exterminator
days
later,
two
separate
times,
because
the
first
time
he
laid
traps
and
the
second
time
we
found
where
they
were
getting
in,
in
the
master
bedroom
closet.
There
was
a
literal
GAP
between
the
baseboard
and
the
carpet,
which
lines
up
with
where
the
water
heater
storage
closet
outside
is,
and
living
right
next
to
the
dumpster
it
just
seems
like
the
mice
had
an
easy
in.
They
also
said
they
would
send
someone
to
help
clean
all
the
mice
droppings
that
were
in
our
closet,
all
over
my
clothes
and
shoes,
and
close
the
gap
in
the
wall.
They
never
did
until
just
recently
when
I
made
a
big
stink
with
corporate.
I
personally
believe
Jazzleen
(not
sure
how
to
spell
her
name)
should
not
be
working
there
after
we
made
multiple
complaints
in
person,
by
phone,
by
the
app,
and
she
failed
to
communicate
with
us
repeatedly.
The
regional
office
is
fully
aware
of
all
of
the
situations
we
have
run
into,
as
well
as
Chris
is
now
aware
and
I
will
only
speak
to
him
for
the
remainder
of
the
lease.
Regional
also
told
me
they
would
have
a
“conversation”
with
Jazzleen
but
I
don’t
know
what
good
that’s
going
to
do.
Most
recently,
they
now
want
to
start
paid
parking
(if
we
were
to
renew
our
lease),
and
I
think
it’s
a
scam
for
mor
money
because
they
say
it’s
due
to
people
parking
using
the
light
rail,
and
residents
having
extra
cars.
Yet,
the
parking
protocol
isn’t
set
in
place
until
7-8pm,
and
each
resident
can
have
2
cars
each.
And
we
are
always
getting
emails
threatening
to
charge
us
more
money
for
small
things,
like
a
$25
non
compliance
fee
for
leaving
the
valet
trash
bin
outside
of
our
door
if
its
not
pick
up
hours
(mind
you
we
were
forced
to
have
these
bins).
And
to
top
it
all
off,
my
boyfriend's
Yukon
was
broken
into
and
almost
stolen.
We
believe
it
was
interrupted
by
someone
walking
by
and
spooking
them
away.
The
parking
lots
are
not
very
well
lit
at
all,
so
this
makes
sense.
We
pay
$2175
a
month
plus
utilities
for
this
kind
of
stuff
to
keep
happening
to
us.
Way
too
much
money
for
terrible
management.
It
would
be
a
great
place
to
live
if
they
managed
it
better
and
took
care
of
things.
This
is
nothing
the
regional
office
or
Chris
hasn't
already
heard
directly
from
me.
See
photos
below
for
gap
in
wall
(still
here
as
of
5/19/23)
where
the
exterminator
stuffed
steel
wool
(back
in
NOVEMBER),
and
what
remains
of
my
boyfriend’s
ignition.
Can’t
wait
to
leave
in
July.
