I joined NoCo Primary Care a few months ago when they opened and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Rhoads and Melissa are so nice and accommodating. They've been very easy to get a hold of when needed. My insurance situation has always sucked so having an affordable independent doctor to turn to for simple stuff has been awesome. Plus their very low markup generic medications have saved me a ton of money!

Signing up with NoCo primary care was the most straight forward healthcare experience I have ever had. It was quick and easy to sign up online and set up the phone app they use. I was able to schedule a phone consult with Sarah for the following day after signing up. I love that prices are clearly stated up front without having to wait for a mystery bill to arrive. Their lab prices are so cheap. Sarah was also amazing! We did a video call through the HIPAA approved app and she spent an hour going over every value in my bloodwork with me. She is knowledgeable, caring, and takes a whole person approach to medicine. I'm recommending this model of primary care to all my friends and family. It solves many of the problems of traditional healthcare.

Dr Rhoads is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had take care of me. He listens to me and asks questions and truly cares about my health and me as a person. I love the way he can take time with me and I don’t feel rushed to hurry because he lets me control the conversation. He is kind and his staff are great, they make me laugh. I may not feel good coming in, but I always leave with a smile.

Sarah Kray, PA-C will be joining Dr. Rhoads on May 1, 2019 and I couldn't be happier. I have been a patient of Sarah's for over a year. She has helped me though several health issues - a couple of them were very complex. She always made me feel that she was doing everything she could to get to the root of the issues. I got emails after hours, texts asking how I was doing, and she researched endlessly for holistic ways for me to address some issues I was having as I wanted that route. She goes above and beyond to make me feel HEARD and never rushed. I never thought healthcare could be this personal. I am so appreciative of her extensive CARING that I followed her to NoCo Primary Care from the previous location that no longer offered the medical services.

The best provider I've ever had. Met him at Banner Health in Fort Collins when I was declining rapidly from complications from a brachial plexus nerve block during shoulder surgery. This led to lung collapse, heart and kidney failure, and other organ damage because the surgeon disregarded my symptoms at every visit. Dr. Rhoads and I both left our jobs at Banner and I was his first patient when he started Noco Primary Care. He and his assistant Shannon have been wonderful to me during my decline, researching and trying so many things to help me improve and have hope. They treat everyone with grace and acceptance and spend time to listen and explain. I'm so grateful I found them.

We are absolutely impressed with the care we have received. Sarah is so attentive. She spends so much time listening to us and providing the care we need. She is wonderful with our 2 and 4 year olds. I cannot recommend this place enough. My only regret is not joining them sooner.

NoCo Primary Care is a small, intimate doctors office that actually gets to know you as a patient,and treats you like a family member. They’ll know your name, and remember what you’ve shared with them at each visit. They make themselves more available than any other professionals I’ve come across. There’s really no comparison, they truly care about their people and it’s apparent in everything they do.

We just started here, but we have felt very welcome, heard and treated so kindly. My daughter has already said it's the best doctor she has ever been to. They are very patient and kind .
