All new. Friendly staff so I felt welcome rather than a nuisance. Lucked into an appointment six weeks ago and feel fortunate. Many Nurse Practitioners and state of the art systems. No wandering street people in the hallway. Only drawback is the lack of x-ray capabilities and labs so you have to trek to Medical Center of the Rockies or Snow Mesa in Fort Collins.

The doctors and staff are outstanding, and very knowledgeable. I feel safe and I know they know the latest treatment. They work with my other doctors like a well oiled machine and I am healthy for me today. Thank you Cassidy!

I was very happy with my visit to Orchards UCHealth! Everyone there was polite, attentive, knowledgeable and caring. And, the facility was brand new! Very up-to-date! They are expanding to the next floor! I hope to be a patient for many years to come.

I have continually been frustrated with office staff & receptionists in person and via the portal. I stopped getting labs done at this location due to bad management, waiting for long periods of time, then being told nobody could do my blood draw. Whomever responds to messages on the portal, (RNs and MAs but rarely my doc) no one seems to understand what's going on and i dont get answers. Dr. Trivedi has been vague, stated she never saw my original lab work. It wasnt hard to find.. My dosages have been all over the place, appears my hyperthyroidism and advocating for my healthcare is not a priority? When I asked if there was anything i could do holistically to offset my temperature regulation & other symptoms i was offered a heart rate med.. I had my appointment cancelled the day of and no response to the prescription I have been waiting for... i am all about giving others the benefit of the doubt but to be treated unprofessionally on a regular basis for over a year is simply outrageous. DONT GO TO ORCHARDS!!

I've been here a number of times before 4 pm to get lab work done and they had already left for the day. If it had only happened a couple of times I would understand. This has happened at least 6+ times. Extremely disappointed.

Lynsey Mahum is the best PCP I have ever had. She is knowledgeable, thorough and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend her.

Cassidy, PA-C is great she really listens to you, answers your questions & goes out of her to find & give you your answers. Office girls are very pleasant also. Lab is right in office & John is a 1 stick technician. The entire office is great.

As soon as you enter the 221 E 29th St. Urgent Care, immediately to the right upon entrance, you will be greeted by the most uncaring, rude, and insulting front desk people. This happens every time. This previous time, if I had a stated the words that I had had in my mind towards these people, I would’ve had to have been removed from the building for using profanity—so I decided to remain quiet and keep my appointment. The MA and NP I saw however were fantastic and helped me so much. Irregardless, I am never going to this urgent care again based off of the consistent pattern of behavior from the front desk. I’d suggest others steer clear as well, unless Deanna Long PA-C is working. I’ve seen countless practitioners in the past 5 years and she’s been one of the best, however I believe she does unfortunately work at this facility.

I was very impressed with Dr. Ayer at my new patient visit. He was very patient and thorough as we discussed my medical history and health concerns. I look forward to working with him and I feel confident he will provide good care.

In just 3 months Dodie Deming has made a significant contribution to my health management. She carefully listens and clearly answered my questions. With her guidance we have formulated a plan for my medications and it is working better than I thought it could. I have lost some weight and been able to improve my strength training. For me she is not only a fantastic person but a fantastic health care provider. I very much appreciate her and what she has been able to help me accomplish in such a short period of time. She is truly involved in improving my health.

Once you get past the front end staff, the care is top notch. Unfortunately, the arrogance, rudeness and lack of knowledge of the front reception area is not always worth a visit to get to the quality care by the Doctors.

This was my initial visit with Dr. Ayer. I am 82-years-old. He devoted much more time to me than I was expecting and I left feeling confident that I was in good hands. I was very impressed with his expertise and demeanor and his understanding of my individual medical priorities and needs.

Dr. Ayer is extremely knowledgeable and caring. He creates a partnership with his patients. He is the best PCP I have ever had.

My husband and I absolutely love this place! They are taking the best care of both of us. The entire staff is caring, efficient, and professional. We seldom have to wait long and never feel rushed during appointments. They listen and explain clearly. A special shout out to the PA and the phebotomist.

Lynsey is a great provider. She is caring and attentive. The office staff are really nice as well. Additionally, I feel comfortable going there.
