Not all providers but seems like the majority are in a hurry. I understand they are having to run from member to another and have go by standard care, only a few think outside the box. I have had few that I like but retired and struggle to find a new provider that listen and just want to medicate and not find root cause of the issue. Getting tired of being sick doing what I can on my end to be health by eating right and working out just now need my provider to do their job and listen to me.

For those considering the Kaiser insurance option: 1. General wellness visits are fifteen minutes, that's all. 2. You cannot get vaccines or prescriptions at pharmacies that aren't Kaiser. 3. My general practitioner has changed every year, as they quit and Kaiser does not help you find a new one. Good luck. 4. No pain medication for female procedures. Have fun. 5. They take notes for your medical records that are shared across disciplines, which could be great if they recorded important things, but if you complain, all doctors know you complained and repercussions can follow

When Samantha first met me she was full of happiness and joy. Was so nice to see someone like that. She was very personal and made me feel like she cared. Dr Wright is always the best, listen very well and asked all the important questions to finally gave me everything need to start the healing process. Very special day at the Dr’s office today at Hidden Lake facilities.

Dr. Wright was very personable and engaged. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. His nurse is also very nice and helpful.

I had a video appointment with Dr. Kurt Walters and it went excellent as always. Dr. Walters takes his time and listens, gives me all the information I need and is always straight forward yet kind. I am grateful to have such a fantastic Primary Care Physician!

My doctor is the best doctor for me. He understands how I process information. He's a great doctor and I truly am grateful for how he's helped maintain my physical health and improve my mental health.

Overall appointment experience was better than expected. Nurse was humorous which made them easy to talk to/pleasant to be around.

Everything was great no issues, Dr. Sommerschield explained everything with detail, told me what I have to do what not to do and that he will help me as much as he can for me to lose weight. At the lab Amanda-CLA was the person that drew my blood and she was really friendly knowledgeable because she only poke my arm one time and she got the blood, usually they poke me like 4 times but not Amanda she is awesome.
