Wonderful sesame chicken and mango sticky rice!!! We are eager to return and enjoy all of the dishes. Beautiful view of downtown Denver too! So nice to have a Thai restaurant nearby. friendly service too!

Food was good and good size portions. Few service issues keeping it from a 5 star but will be back. Update : Came back week later they changed the menu removed all day breakfast items and service still slow and horrid and all the food was over cooked. Night and day difference from our first visit to this visit only. I rarely give 1 star but the contrast between two visits was so extreme. No table was ever cleaned off, never got checked on after food was delivered had to hunt down waiter for our tab.

New owners that actually are on site, greeting you and caring about you as a valuable customer. The introduction of Thai food is such a fresh new beginning. I’ve been eating here a few times now after the new owner took over, and both the owners and the food is both real and great. Highly recommended!

We ordered wings, mozzarella sticks and a cup of macaroni cheese. wings are sub par, mozzarella sticks were still cold in the middle and my son didn’t care for the Mac and cheese. Wings look delicious, but not really!

Some amazing food and even more amazing views of Denver the Capitol of Colorado!! The service was polite and prompt. The food was fresh and delicious. The MIMOSA was great also!!

The food is flavorful. Drinks are...ok. Waiters are nice. I felt Covid safe with outside sitting available and spacous seating when indoors.

Found this bar and grill along Washington Street on a Saturday and decided to stop in. It sits on a bit of a hill so one can get a view of downtown Denver. The food is typical fare for a bar and grill - burgers, wings, and deep fried items like cheese sticks and onion rings. The chicken wings are different; they're cooked but not crispy or juicy on the inside, and they come naked with sides of sauce (i.e., not tossed in the sauce). Prices are reasonable and service is friendly. A good-sized parking lot and patio seats if the weather is nice outside.

We went for the patio view of downtown Denver, but the restaurant is no longer lively and welcoming, it's dull and very unappealing. Even our chairs were ripped and worn out. Happy hour is a joke, but we tried the sweet potato fries which came our clumped so many were undercooked and inedible. We also ordered sesame chicken which was surprisingly good though there was too much of a very sweet pineapple sauce on it and zero vegetables. We definitely won't be returning. Our waiter was friendly and attentive.

Service can kind of slow, but the food is amazing. Cashew chicken and Tom Kha soup. 🔥

February 7 2022 Under new management been going there for years. So disappointed Philly cheese steak use to be the best in town. Now they just as well put it in a hot dog bun. With 6 waffle fries. Smaller portions in what our party ordered. We will not go back. Oh also high prices smaller portions and they serve there sandwiches in a plastic basket. Won’t be going back. The new owners should go th great Scott’s and see real food real portions and fair prices.

Ever since the kitchen changed to Thai the food has been killer. Good view of downtown. Decent drink prices. Service is kind of slow and the kitchen needs to get better at timing how dishes come out of the oven, but they'll get the hang of it as time moves on. Just changed ownership/management in Feb I guess. Seriously the Thai food is really really good

The remodel didn't improve the place.. The restaurant has a very weak menu wings and burgers and fryer food. It's turning into a dive bar with poorly placed tv's.

The view from here is amazing and the food is just as great. I really enjoyed my time here. The bartender/server was so polite and very attentive. I'll be back just because of his great service.

5 stars says it all with me, had a great burger almost more than I could handle. Cold iced tea hit the spot, lite music to my ol selfs liking. Fast service great waitress, yeah I'll definitely go back when I'm on that side of town!

There was only one server/bartender. Service was pretty slow on account of it. She did a great job under the circumstances though. The chicken wings were weird. They weren’t good but they weren’t terrible. I don’t know how they cooked them but it wasn’t right. They were mushy. That’s the best I could describe it. Great view and a decent atmosphere. Wouldn’t be my first choice to come back but an average bar at best.

We went late not realizing the kitchen was about to close. The chef was happy to help us anyway. She even personally came to our table. Our waitress had great customer service and was very friendly. Everyone enjoyed their food.

Stopped for lunch with co workers the service by the bartender was excellent and he had a lot of customers. The food was excellent

The sweet lady (long black hair) was one of THE BEST bartenders I have ever received a drink from. She had a great smile and was all around WONDERFUL. She understood what I wanted, and the michelada she made was the bestest best I have ever had. It's been a few weeks since I first went, but I have been craving one of her beautiful micheladas since! I can't wait to go back!!! Also, this is a place my bf and his coworkers regularly visit after work. He says all the bartenders here are fantastic

Chicken wings were undercooked must be new ownership food was disgusting wasn't the same menu the old menu had real food on it. Now a very short bar few food menu I will not go back wouldn't recommend it to anybody the old Jays was good obviously new ownership when a restaurant is taking over and new ownership completely reformats, overhauls the menu it's cuisine and all its entrees they should change the name it's not deceived customers

Our bartender is the best!! We love the shrimp and rice but keep going back because our bartender always treats us great and has our drinks ready the moment we walk in!! Words cant explain her great service and attention!

Pub food + Thai food Can't beat that. Drinks are a pretty good deal too. The wings are delicious. Solid burgers. Curries are good. Go just to check out the view of Denver. They are right on the edge of Federal Heights. Great bartender too.

Very nice Owners. A simple menu, but good variety. The restaurant is very clean. The salad I ordered was delicious. I think that the customers may get more value, if the tables and chairs were placed in such a manner as to maximize the great views. The bar is being renovated and thankfully so. Im happy these folks bought the place. The previous owners gave up. These owners bring a new perspective, with Asian and American flavors and a personal appreciation for their customers. You can feel it. Give it a go.

Jay's is really coming along with the new owner. Yesterday was My first time and it looks like they have good plans for it. The service was great and the wings were yummy. I am pleased because the view of down town Denver from their patio is spectacular!

It's been awhile since I was last here. It is under new ownership. In process of remodeling. Bar is now in the restaurant side giving a beautiful view of the city. The menu has been pared down and new Asian/Thai fare is offered. I was excited when I saw this and ordered the basil fried rice extra 🔥. Unfortunately the meal was disappointing 😕. Instead of using copious amounts of chopped thai peppers they used hot sauce. The fried rice was old, and bland with wilted basil. The pork was tough and dry. This was not made fresh and had been sitting for some time. I will try a different meal on my next visit. Hopefully their hot wings are still good.

Personally I love this place, so do my roommates. All the food I've ever had there has been very good and the staff is wonderful as well. I think the low ratings are people bitter that it's under new owners. The only bad experiences I've had there were from jerk customers, but they can't choose who walks in the door.

The new owners are great! Menu has Thai, American, Spanish and Bar food! They are very attentive. A bit understaffed on a Friday AVS game, however food was still fresh off the grill and hot. Highly recommend going and supporting the Locals. The bar is away from family dining so it makes for an everyone every occasion atmosphere!
