    This was the response I got when I asked for someone to call in a refill prescription to my pharmacy. Good morning Barbara, Per your last message in October, you were transferring care to Denver Health. Irma told you in October that since Dr. Davies was no longer here, we needed to see you again to establish care with another Doctor so they can continue prescribing you the medication. This is protocol in all clinics because it is a medication for Mental Health. I do understand our frustration but we are not here just sitting in our assess as you said, you told us you were transferring care so we did not schedule you with another Dr. Do you want us to find you the soonest appointment we have? I can also send this to our Behavioral Health person, so she can reach out to you, she is really good and can help you through this difficult times. Let me know how can I help. Diana Hernandez, CMA

    I have been going to this office for a few years now and am surprised at the bad reviews. Dr. Ochs has been my primary, however I have never had any issues seeing anyone else when it was an emergency. I do know that they have been a lot busier than they used to be but that is out of their control and I'm sure they probably feel the pressure from being booked so tight. I am thankful for their hard work ☺️

    I really like my doctor, but that’s it. No appointments with any doctor in the practice. I have been sent there twice now, once to get a blood draw and once for an x-ray only to be told to go somewhere else. For the blood draw, I was told to go in and when I drove there they no longer do blood draws so was sent away. Because of the time of day I couldn’t get in anywhere so a wasted trip and I had to go out again the next day to actually have my blood drawn. The second was for an X-ray. I hate going to St. Anthony North because it’s further away and the parking is not fun. My doctor checked to make sure the tech was going to be in. Thumbs up, they were. I told her what time I would be there. I drive the 30 minutes, checked in, told it would take about 15 minutes for them to setup. 20 minutes later I’m told they were called into the hospital and I would have to go there or come back another day. So I could waste the trip and the time another day or I could travel further to the hospital. I felt bad for the girl giving me the bad news as I know it’s not her fault. I tried calling the practice manager only to be on hold for ten minutes before giving up. Seek out another place if you can. I wish I would have.

    Out of all of the places I've ever visited, this ONE appointment has taken HOURS out of my life. Dr. Brown incorrectly billed BOTH me and my husbands annual physicals as "pre-employment physicals" so our insurance won't reimburse it. But the office has given me the runaround - never returning my calls, and the billing department did a "review" and pretty much told me they can't re-code. Dr Brown charged me $275 for an "annual physical" where basically he asked me if everything was good, I said yes, and I left. This appointment was in August 2020 - it's almost been 2 years, but they didn't start billing me until Dec 2021. What is up with that?? I cannot express my frustration enough.

    We love Dr Ashleigh Patrick! Myself and my two young kids see her and couldn't be happier with the care we've received. Booking appointments with her in advance is a must as her schedule gets filled quickly! Her nurse is also excellent (so great at giving quick shots to the kids) and always answers my questions before I even ask them! Other reviewers stated they waited a long time to be seen - I have personally never experienced this, in fact quite the opposite! I have been in multiple times in the past 6 months and get called back before I can even finish paperwork! Highly recommend.

    I have had only good experiences here. My primary doctor is Dr. Bogner and he is excellent. I have seen Dr. Ochs and she is excellent too. The nurses, assistants, and all the staff have been kind and professional. No complaints.

    I had hope that this clinic would help my mom. She went in for a follow up, only to pay $140 for co pay, and doctor didn’t prescribe the medication that would help her with her condition incase it happened again. And guess what my mom is having the same condition again this month, I called again to get her refill, and doctor hasn’t approved it yet! Now we have to wait who knows how long to get her medication all because the doctor didn’t prescribe it the first time. I’m just frustrated and not going back to this clinic again. Oh and on top of that I waited on the phone for 45 minutes joist to ask a simple question.

    My elderly grandma is in really rough shape. And after one symptom or two going away they want to kick her out. The doctor is not doing his job and thinks everything is fine.

    I woke up with the worst back pain and instead of going to urgent care I thought I'd be able to call my PCP to be seen, after 25 minutes of being on hold I had the worst customer service representative (Rhonda V.) who answered the phone, she had the worst attitude, she was negative and refused to understand my concerns and the pain that I was in. She should be fired!! My health is a priority and the situation I was in during this call was unacceptable. After feeling so frustrated with the call, being let down, and not being able to see the doctor immediately I decided to find another Doctor's office who's staff actually care about their patients.

    Ridiculous!!. My pharmacy has called my Dr. 6 times and can't get through. I've tried 3 times. Each time on hold for 40 mins and still nothing. I need basic Asthma meds refilled.. lifelong asthmatic. I have to go to urgent care to get an inhaler

    If there is a 0 star I would like to give 0 star this morning I went there and I didn’t have mask they said I have to get it from home or cancel the appointment I med this appointment from 2 month and I have to cancel because of the my mask they told me buy from store or get from home I would never return to this place ( I think hospital have to have mask if someone comes without mask !

    Worst Dr office ever. Don't bother wasting your time. I have now tried to get in twice for emergency same day appointments and they just tell me to go to urgent care. There is a reason their rating is so low. Give your money to a place that actually gives a ______. I switched insurance so this is the closest one to my house now and they have been a nightmare to work with. They billed me incorrectly twice earlier this year as well. Seems to be a trend... and now this...

    They bill insurance incorrectly, dr’s do not always put in prescriptions/correct them after a patient leaves messages, and the hold time for the phone and to be seen is atrocious. When we first started going to Centura a few years ago, it was amazing! But over time, the care and attention from all of the staff has slowly dwindled away. I’m very disappointed to have to find a new PCM for my family after thinking we had found our place.

    I go to centura for myself as well as for my baby. All the providers are so attentive and caring. They are very thorough and supportive. They are truly amazing. I've never experienced unreasonable wait times. Sometimes when calling on the phone it can be a long wait however I use the centura app and the responses are almost instant. So waiting on the phone is not an issue. The providers are professional, kind, caring, thorough, and very attentive.

    I would not recommend. So far I've spent more time waiting on the phone then anything else. They did not bill my insurance for my visit. Had to call them twice to have this done. The nurse called and canceled my appointment that was supposed to be very important. Not sure they should be in the medical business. I run another type of medical practice and I would not make our patients wait 45 minutes on the phone to get help or have questions answered. Even worse the person I spoke with could not help. Sad service sad business. Look for another doctor.

    We have been going here since it opened. Staff is wonderful. My doctor is the greatest doctor I’ve met. The nurses and everyone else are kind and caring as well. (I don’t know their job titles)

👍👍 All the ladies here were extremely patient with me and helpful. I had a great experience, they took care of me quickly so I didn’t wait long and they didn’t mind staying a little after hours to make sure I had everything I needed. I definitely recommend you come here for examinations, and etc !
