I went in to take my baby girl for her first appointment since my wife had my first child on the 1st. We are greeted by a receptionist for a mask and a sticker to enter the Premises she told me to pull up my jeans cause they were falling but I had my new born baby in my hands and haven’t sat down yet I ignored her and she told me I’m being serious!! So Ignored her and went to where we had to go and she followed me like the people at Dillards when I go buy my clothes she Insisted to start arguing with me cause I didn’t pick up my pants and pressed a whole issue with me for something so little. It made me feel as she was Discriminating against me cause I dress like Minority and she couldn’t keep her opinion to her self. If this continues I will be pulling my children out of there and go to a different doctors office cause I don’t want them to feel how I felt the first time I ever been there! They only get 1 star cause the rest of the staff was professional other then that I wouldn’t give them squat.

They have awful patient care! They don't care how they are affecting families! They take forever to fill out paperwork. They don't care about patients rights! They have awful communication! They won't let you speak with the doctor directly. They give you the run around. This is one of the worst clinics I have taken my son to! I will be transferring my son to a better clinic!

Being a part of this clinic has been a terrible experience for my family. For starters, if you need to get access to basic information like whether you child is due for a visit or for immunizations and you are accustomed to being able to call and talk to someone to get that very basic question answered, don't bother. No one can answer your questions and even something as simple as, "Is my child due for vaccinations?" can only be answered by a nurse who will maybe someday in the near future call you back. Also, the quality of care here is lacking. The wait times (even with appointments) are hours and hours. They talk down to you and assume you can't parent your child. Oh, and if you have to take your child to one of their urgent cares, they will make you fill out hours of paperwork as if you are a brand new patient. Avoid. Find literally anywhere else that will see your child.

I don't know why the negative reviews on here, but we have had only positive experiences with this clinic. I have been bringing my child since birth here and everyone has always been very accommodating and nice. Our pediatrician Ms.Treitz and her team are always present and listen to my concerns. Also, everyone from the schedulers to the registration staff is always nice and helpful. I also love the nursing line, we had to call them a few times and they always were able to help us and even get us in same day for an appointment. I trust this place with my child's health

I have had a great experience with my daughter. Her doctor is Krystal. She is super sweet and a great listener. I love seeing her and my daughter has come to love her too. They always work with me, and if I have a little emergency they can get me in. They ladies are very informative and always answer my questions.

The absolute worst!!! If your child is sick and needs to be seen you have to take them to urgent care somewhere else. They never have appointments. It takes over a month to be seen. Then when you are seen it's in a closet of a office by a PA. Never a dr. All they are good for is the yearly checkup. If you want good care go somewhere else!

Will not be bringing my child back to this place. Each appointment takes an hour or more. If you have a troubled teen/preteen, they will always try to bring social services into EVERY visit even if it's just for a rash! It's embarrassing and time consuming. We already are seeking every service under the sun. It's really frustrating and gives me (the parent) extreme anxiety bringing my child here. Like I said, today was our last visit.

I arrived early into my appointment and was taken late, afterwards my son had X-rays for his teeth and we sat down to have him be treated . And I went to call my daughter to see what she’s doing after school since she didn’t have a ride, but I wasn’t able to make calls so I just went outside the building and came back and I was told I was 15 mins late, which I wasn’t. The supervisor came to explain the problem and was laughing because I didn’t speak good English.

I love PA Wesley Gallegos. I found him by default with my insurance during my sons harder moments when he was first born. And he is AMAZING! He listens, he understands and respects boundaries without question. And is very supportive! He also knows what he is doing! Highly suggest him! We moved and can’t see him anymore and I’m so bummed.

I would not recommend this pediatrics to anyone. My son was scratched by Dr Haun because her nails were too long, and then she laughed about it while he was bleeding and a male Dr was supposed to see my son and he spent 2 hours eating his food and on the phone. Dr Maureen went in with a student and wasn't wearing gloves or a mask, I asked her to put them on and she told me she hasn't gotten sick for 30 years and she didn't need one, i told her i was going to complain to Dr Bunik and she laughed and said Dr Bunik is a lazy Dr. Dr Mary Conyour told my 5 year old on the first day that she didn't want him touching her coat and suggested I go with another doctor out of the country because he had a black lives matter shirt on and she didn't believe black lives matter and she was discussing my sons health in the hallway with other nurses. I complained to Dr Bunik the head DON of the department about the weigh stations not being clean and the doctors not wearing gloves and she just turned around and said that if I complain to children hospital she was threatening to throw my sons out of the clinic because she said customers are not allowed to complain. I put in a complaint after I saw she didn't care, and then Dr Bunik sent me a letter saying she was throwing my sons out of the pediatrics. No one should be thrown out for complaining. I don't know how Dr Bunik has her position if she's racist and very ignorant. Dr Bunik must understand she came from Europe to work for people of color as well and we are the paying customers even if we have medicade we still work to pay taxes on medicade like everyone else. I want people to know that you can complain to DORA about the licence of these Doctors and to department of health. I was told childrens hospital is always under investigation because they are violating patients rights and not following guidelines, this hospital is headed for a big lawsuit unless they start making positive changes and get rid of Dr Bunik, Dr Haun, Dr Mary Conyors, Dr Maureen if they are not following policies, procedures and guidelines of the state of Colorado, because as long as they are there it will get worse, and childrens will get shut down with Doctors like this working there.

So I take my son here for audiology love the lady the only issue is the ladies at the front desk om floor 3 very rude act like you are bothering them when you need help like you already don't have to check anyone In and then act all frustrated because I need help very irritated

I adore our pediatrician, Dr. Daniel Nicklas. He is the kindest human being, brilliant, supportive and knowledgable. He listens to my concerns about delays for both of my kids, prompting an early autism diagnosis for my oldest, which allowed us to get early intervention services. The staff is so communicative. I've bugged them with so many things, like daycare vaccination paperwork and disability forms. They've been receptive and prompt to it all. Definitely 5 stars from this very picky mama and my two babies!!!

The hospital is awesome but the cafe on the top floor is a joke.. The Hispanic lady was rude she says on the wall is the menu so okay I fo to the wall order my food asked for green chili and she said we don't have it and I said well you said you had what was on the menu and she got so mad at me. Gave me a dirty look and presumed to speak bad about me in Spanish to other workers, I knew cause I speak Spanish. The food is just like hotel food.... The bacon is so thin and hard to eat and the potatoes were cold. The main children's hospital has better food just saying. I was there 8/25 early AM

Came to my appointment to see Dr. Nicklas for my child appointment . My son was already nervous coming to his appointment and during the check in , it was three ladies that did his vitals which made him more nervous seeing all those people. Very unprofessional and unnecessary for all those people to be there.
