Honestly this place was hands down the worse experience I've had at any PPH. Not only was I talked down to about getting my IUD removed by the doctor to the point of tears (for personal reasons I didn't want to say and they wouldn't let it go) but then after removing it telling me they can't prescribe me pills as the alternative because of a drug interaction that doesn't exist according to another doctor of mine and my pharmacist. Unless you want to feel chastised about your decisions of your own body, don't go here.

I went to two different urgent cares over the course of two months and I was still having issues. I finally came to Planned Parenthood and they diagnosed exactly what was wrong and they gave me the correct medication for treatment. Planned Parenthood is not all about abortions, they saved my health. The NP lady with the super short hair is awesome and very personable!

They are nice but do not answer the phones. I have had an emergency about a certain situation that only they can answer & nobody answers the phone there. I would go to a different planned parenthood than this one.

The staff is super friendly and caring and made me feel comfortable during exams and/or testing. Getting birth control is also super easy and quick!

Terrible! I called two times before heading 40 minutes away, to make sure I would have no problem having my daughter be seen as a walk-in. I was told by two different staff, that I would be just fine, if I got there by 6pm. So I arrive exactly at 5:50. There was only three ladies in the waiting room, when I walked up to the desk. I told her what I was there for, and that I was told by two staff I would be just fine. She tells me I'm sorry it's to late now.. and we saw our last patient at 5:30. Mind you they close at seven!!! This location is terrible at communication and lacks understanding and compassion. Get it together.. and do better!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I was having issues with my Paraguard IUD, and before my appointment here, I was frustrated by varying information and dismissal from other providers. I made an appointment at the Arvada Planned Parenthood, the day of, and received amazing care! I was impressed by how seriously I was taken and the kindness exhibited by everyone I interacted with in the office. All of my questions were thoroughly answered, all of my concerns were addressed, and I felt so comfortable. Anna was particularly amazing!

Truly couldn't have asked for a better experience here! I was able to easily set up a same day appointment online without a hitch. Upon arrival the staff were friendly, knowledgable, and explained everything thoroughly. Once I was brought back for my appointment, the team was even more kind and compassionate. Shout out to Britt & Donna! They intentionally listen to patient concerns, and find the solution that works best for you. Even under the worst circumstances, the staff make you feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you for the difference you make!

Simply the best! Always amazing customer service and care. Thankful for this spot. I’ve been a couple times for breast masses and other services and they are so kind, and always make you comfortable. I appreciate how quickly I was able to be seen and taken care of. Not to mention just how great each person I’ve been seen by has been in the past as well as my most recent visit. Truly a gem!

Everyone was very friendly. It was the first time I’ve ever felt like the staff actually cared for my well-being.

Went in to get a birth control shot and was told I'd be in and out within 20 minutes since all I needed was a shot and I already had a doctor consultation at my last appointment. I've been here almost an hour since the nurse visiting me kept asking questions that were completely unrelated and it was very difficult to understand her

Planned parenthood violates parental rights. In my situation, I called to make an appointment for my child and they did that for me no problem but needed to reschedule due to schedule conflict and was informed that (due to patient confidentiality purposes) she would need to reschedule or cancel that appointment. Quick reminder : More recently, this Court declared in Washington v. Glucksberg, 521 U.S. 702 (1997), that the Constitution, and specifically the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, protects the fundamental right of parents to direct the care, upbringing, and education of their children. Id. Also my child had at first attempted to call to schedule an appointment to get on bc before I even got involved and was hung up on which is what led me to assisting her so customer service leaves much to be desired at the Arvada location.

Cannot make online appointments. I had to call and the next appointment was a month later. Please update your online system if you don’t have staff to answer phones or allow patients to call the offices directly.

I left thinking that services provided were fully covered by insurance — that I owed $0 leaving. Now I’m getting bills from a collection agency.

I took my 21 year old daughter here and we were very pleased with our experience. Super inclusive. Very positive staff. Zero judgement. ALL are welcome regardless of race, gender or sexual orientation.

I've had my birth control for 9 months and each time have went to a different one, this one by far is the nicest I was an hour late, the doctor was about to leave and still got me in to get it and was super sweet and made good conversation. For someone who's afraid of needles she helps me by talking and distracting me:)

The women here are so wonderful and kind. They go out of their way to make their patients feel comfortable. I am not the biggest fan of going to the doctor, but these ladies made me feel very comfortable, answered all of my questions, and talked me through everything they were doing. I love Planned Parenthood!!!

The front desk staff were so nice! The nurse was very warm and welcoming, and Dr. Oswald was AMAZING! My appointment was very thorough and I left happier than I ever have before leaving any medical facility.

I usually have good experience here but recently I requested to call back and 2 hours later nothing. I called back and was told that they were closing at 5 even though it states 7pm and I can't pick up my prescription. I mentioned that hours were different and they should change that. I ordered my prescription and was suppose to pick it up next day (Saturday). I stop by at 1:45 to learn that they are closed. Even though hours on the Google page says 3pm as well as their poster on the door. Please update your hours.
