    The wait time for a physical and drug test was 3 hrs. That's ridiculous. Not because I was waiting to retest or an appointment, just for when u come on a regular visit. A regular ER waiting room, there is no 3 hr wait. People have things to do. And the fact you have to wait that long is terrible. Appts should be for everyone. Need better organization is thats the case

    All the ladies here were extremely patient with me and helpful. I had a great experience, they took care of me quickly so I didn’t wait long and they didn’t mind staying a little after hours to make sure I had everything I needed. I definitely recommend you come here for examinations, and etc !

    This concentra location is doing an amazing job! Checking-in was easy, staff was nice and extremely helpful. I especially loved that they took the time to show other patients waiting how to navigate the online check-in on their phone. Facility was clean and they were very organized!

    Was refused service during open business hours due to them being behind. “Dr just got back and there’s a 2.5 hour wait.” Sent home after filling out paperwork. Told them I was pregnant and couldn’t drive a half hour to the hospital due to ear pain and getting sick, they (Doctor was present with the receptionist) didn’t care.

    Your front office staff was disrespectful talking badly about management, and gossiping. Sadly, one lady with dark hair was a manager or lead, and she participated and encouraged the conversation. I had to wait on two occasions for them to finish gossiping before I was helped. Horrible customer service

    The doctor was great! PT was horrible Menard was too focused on a movie that he was watching when I got there and while I was there. Threw me on the treadmill and bike and walked away. Not once did he check up on me or ask how I was doing. After my PT was over he did not ask how I was feeling nor did he even look my way.

    Have no complaints on the dr side but PT is God awful Menard especially!!! More concerned about what's on the TV instead of patient care. He doesn't pay attention and doesn't listen.

    This place is always understaffed. You wait I’ve and hour sometimes up to two hours or more waiting for someone to take you back. It’s ridiculous every time that I have ever came to this Concentra they’re short staffed and seem like they are always flustered. I’ve been coming here 10 years and it hasn’t changed or got any better. Very disappointed that they can’t get their stuff in check after all these years.

    Long process time for just a DOT physical and drug screen. They say you don't need an appointment and they except walk-ins, but from start to finish was nearly 3 hours.

    I arrived as a walk in expecting to wait a bit to be seen. But I was pleasantly surprised when I was called in about 5 minutes. Not only was the appointment quick and efficient but the front desk staff was absolutely wonderful! They all had smiles and it was obvious they enjoyed their jobs and they worked very well with each other. Awesome service!

    Beautiful caring souls, I briefly had technical difficulties when registering and I was feeling stupid but the staff with a smile that it was no problem they redirected me to the tablet and I got registered speedily. When I was at the specimen part of the visit was kinda stressful, I didn’t have enough urine in the specimen cup and thought I might need to come back, but again the gals made it work with my sample. Washed my hands 3x. That was so good and the gals were all pros. Good job!

    Staff and people at the front desk were amazing. The lack of knowledge and disorganization of the person that attended to me was ridiculous. Fumbling around everywhere, not finding her proper equipment, having to ask other staff members to help and not handling paperwork properly was just upsetting and unsettling. Again, front staff and the bilingual attentiveness was amazing. It was the lack in the perso doing the actual exam. Don't mean to include everyone because of that person but that was my experience.

    This was the worst experience I've ever had with a concentra 😔 My doctor sent me to a hand specialist due to an MRI stating I have a possible cyst. Unfortunately this hand specialist was at another concentra. The nurses had very bad attitudes to start. I saw Dr. Bierbrauer and he asked what was wrong w/ my hand. Before I could finish he cut me off multiple times and denied that I even had anything wrong with me. He seemed rushed, not caring, and very rude. He put pressure on the area that hurt the most and when I pulled back and told him it hurt he continued to apply more pressure and wouldn't let go. I was very sore after this and I didn't feel heard or cared for at all. I'm disgusted and very disappointed in how he treated me and I hope he loses his career. I know I can't be the only one.

    The team was unprofessional and impatient. The worker who tested me for alcohol was using the equipment improperly and insisted that I was doing it wrong. The supervisor came in and warned me that if I don't take this seriously I won't get the job. After they realized they were the one's using the equipment improperly there was no apology.

    Doctor Jeffrey was thorough and personable. The nurse talked fast and didn't project. She became irritable and condescending when I asked what she said. For the MEC test she left the air purifier on during the hearing test which influences the evaluation. During the eyesight exam she sounded impatient when I tried to read a line that was under my capabilities. After measuring my neck I asked her to measure my skull circumference and she began to argue offering several reasons why she wouldn't. I recommend she take customer service classes on pursuasion and preventing escallation.

    Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dr. I’m 11 pounds in the obese category and he literally talked to me like I was 500 pounds. Almost got punched in his face. People like this should not be doctors. He’s not even a real doctor he’s a PA. Get a life bud.

    Waited for almost 5 hours to see a provider was feeling extreme nausea and Dizziness was never offered a water or any medicine the entire time. They told me 2 hour wait and ended up being 4.5 before they took me back to a room to find out still had to wait longer plus didn’t have iv liquids, not able to do X-rays etc. These are all things they need to let customers know upfront before having them wait so long. Once I saw the provider she was great but seemed to be very busy poor thing.

    This was my first time taking a UA and I didn’t know what to expect.I was surprised at the cleanliness and friendly staff. I liked that I was able to safely lock my purse up and felt very comfortable.

    Never on time with appointments have to wait over an hour from your appointed time! Gals in blue are wonderful… it’s the doctors who can’t seem to see you in time. I Plan on looking at another facility to go to.. this has happened to me about 3 times already.

    I felt very welcomed and everyone was so polite and helpful!!! Especially Dr.Wendy Carle she took her time to listen to everything I had to say with out cutting me off. We need more Doctors like here!! And YES!!! I recommend coming to this Urgent Care.

    The receptionist at the front was great the girls who took me to my room were very friendly. Lacy was very attentive and let me ask questions even though it was a late appointment and the were probably ready to leave . But I wasn’t rush out and they were very patient with me.

    They are always great here. I have gone to this location practically for the past 7 years regardless if it's been for physical therapy or a drug screen. They always have a wonderful attitude and always are fast as they can be. Never thought about giving an urgent care 5 stars but this one definitely deserves it.

    The wait wasn’t terribly bad considering the amount of people in the waiting room but still had to wait 45 minutes before I was brought back. And when I was brought back it took another 10-15 minutes before i could even pee in a cup because she couldn’t figure out the right paperwork & someone else had to show her how. The front desk staff was not friendly & god forbid you ask a question, you’ll just get attitude. I understand you’re busy but there’s something called customer service which the lady I interacted with did not have. Not too happy with this location.

    Had to go in 4 times to receive my DOT physical card First time had my physical Had to have a form filled out by my doctor for medication dropped it off Was told to come back the next day got home received a call to come in and sign 45 minutes later I live 35 minutes away didn’t return. Went in the next morning no one could find my file and no one knew anything about it because the person was not in due to day off. Nobody knew anything about it couldn’t find anything out about it. Went in again to sign and receive my card was told by the physician they didn’t know why I couldn’t have signed and receive my card 4 trips

    Came here for a quick checkup about a possible sinus infection (not sure if it actually was at the time, just where online searches led me). The girl at the desk told me “We don’t do that here”. First, I wasn’t even sure it was a sinus infection; I just wanted to see a doctor. Second; what do you mean you “don’t do that here”? You’re urgent care! On the website it says they handle headaches, cold and flu, which this is in line with anyway. I ended up going elsewhere where they actually helped me. Very disappointed.

    This location has horrible customer service. It appears that it’s run by women with a bad attitude. The lady in the front desk will look at you when you walk in and go back to what she’s doing. I stood there waiting on someone to come and take the paperwork from my hands and I was ignored for a good 15 min. Next time I’ll ask my employer if I can use another place/location because I am sure I won’t go back to this one again.

    I have gone to the Concerta for work comp, physical therapy and simple work drug screenings. They are polite, very timely and the same staff is ways there which makes me feel comfortable and safe. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

    I came in and was set up to get checked quickly by Cinthya. Dr. Carle was very attentive to find the root of my visit and took the time to establish a timeline as well as history on my health to better assist me and treat me in the future. The staff was friendly and quick but precise and I overall had a great experience. They helped me out with my issue and made sure I was set to get back on track to feel better. Cinthya and Jessica made sure my partner was set since he was not allowed to come in with me and took the time to explain to him what was going to happen to me and what next steps to take. Absolutely recommend this place. They are all so helpful and sweet.
