    I actually like this place. I don’t live around there anymore, however I still take the kids there on appointments all the time. This place have a really good patient care and they don’t just rush onto the next person, but they take their time to give their patients the care that they can. They also have a lot of parking spots, no matter what time you get there; don’t worry because they will have a parking spot for you. They have handicap accessibility. So if you are looking for a family care giver, Clinica Family Health in Thornton should be you place. They will not disappoint you, just make an appointment and that’s it.

    Have been in the hospital twice in the last two weeks for a herniated disc pressing on my spine. Hospital set me up with a spine specialist but ithey told me it would take close to two weeks to get me in and that I needed to set up a appointment with my primary to get pain meds till they could see me. I set up the appointment and they didn't even see me in person all the Dr. said was I see you have been in the hospital twice I don't have the first report which has my ct scan on it but that the second report didn't look that bad and that I was exgurating my pain and they didn't think that I even needed to see the specialist it was a waste of time. When I asked her to call the specialist she said no and told me that she didn't need to. Told me to get up and exercise and move after I was told by the hospital not to even bend over or anything till I saw my specialist.Am in horrible pain and they won't help me they are unprofessional drs. there that don't care about there patients they just want a free paycheck. Never go here if you need ACTUAL HELP WITH ANYTHING. HORRIBLE!!!!! Please do your research and find a different Drs office that takes the time to care about their patients.

    Absolutely horrible.. incompetent and uncompassionate they do not know how to communicate with any pharmacy. Takes at least a month to get them to respond to any request for a refill. Took two months to get my blood work back and when I received it it was vague and was not what I had asked for to be done. I need to be seen for neuro concerns and their “not scheduling farther than two weeks out”policy is absurd. I do not have time To check every single hour of every single day to see when an available appointment is. If it a serious concern you are better off going to urgent care. They do not send prescription requests when they should and even when given SPECIFIC instruction from the pharmacist they are lazy and send the incorrect one. Do not waste your time. You’ll end up with more health issues than you started with.

    The office itself is fine but please do something about the aweful call center style phone system!!! You’re open til 8 but when I call the call center is closed?? My doc said she sent a prescription but when I get there there isn’t anything on their system about it and it’s impossible to call and talk to the actual people that “sent” the prescription!!! Can I please just get a human that works at my actual doctors office when I have a question for gods sake!!!! Why is that so hard!

    I thought the attention that both the assistant and the doctor gave me was fantastic. I was in the dental pod and the pharmacy there is stocked with medications. They were very friendly. They also have a very spacious internal premises and the parking lot is large.

    I hate the fact that I can never get in with my doctor she’s always booked up and can never get an appointment this is ridiculous especially when ur health isn’t at its greatest I wish u guys would not have this 2 week thing that way people can get more appointments in even if there 3 weeks out at least u kno u have an appointment please this is so unconvient

    I have had the worst experience with multiple departments here. The lady to check me in was very rude. My Dr. misread both my HPV and Pap results which caused some serious stress while I was pregnant. This urged me to switch offices and to get a copy of my transcripts was painful. I ended up paying for Clinica to print them and picked them up myself as they couldn’t seem to fax them and I didn’t want to fall being on my pregnancy appointments. Absolutely would not recommend.

    Place is vary horrible been a patient for awhile and it’s always a hassle. I was 3 min late and had to reschedule cause I was waiting in line for 3 min too long. They have no compassion and the doctors and nurses never know what there doing. I’m definitely looking to receive health care somewhere else. Not a trusted health care provider!

    I was there trying to apply for the clinic discount. I will not be returning the lady was extremely rude and unhelpful.I don’t understand why she needed my boyfriends paystubs if i am the one applying for myself not him. then she said my paystubs don’t look like paystubs? ok not all companies have the same type of paystubs.And third of all she asked if me or my husband are citizens or US residents? how is any of that even relevant? i believe her name was Griselda. I will not be returning!!

    Horrible experience trying to schedule a visit! They only schedule appointments 2 weeks out so if it is longer you need to call back. I have called back multiple times and still am unable to get professional representative on the line to schedule an appointment!

    Horrible experience, waited about 2 or more weeks for my appointment & a day before my appt they canceled on me. when I could’ve made another appointment at another clinic instead of waiting to get seen here. Do not recommend! I need an inhaler, it’s not a joke.

    Dr Mackenzie Kigin Takes her time listens to what your feeling and helps with all your medical concerns. She makes you feel comfortable and is very understanding. Glade she’s my doctor.

    Got here recently and staffs were very nice. Staff also was very straight to the point. Very nice staffs and clean. I don’t see why people give this place a bad review. A large space of restroom too

    Very disappointed in this place. Ever since my mom's regular doctor left she she had to get a new provider, it's been terrible. Dr. Rinner's priorities seem a bit skewed, as my mom has been having knee pain for several years, having bone on bone and recently has been having suspected nerve issues. Instead of having her tested for nerve issues or even checking something with imaging, she insisted she try hot/cold compress, physical therapy, took away ibproufen, and replaced it with voltaren cream. Not sure how PT is going to fix anything with bone on bone knee pain either, but ok. And the cream does NOTHING. Because the pain was worsening and creating multiple mobility issues, I took her to the ED, where the doctor actually listened, and she suspects neuropathy given my mom's medical HISTORY (I suspect Dr. Rinner must not have looked at?) and so started her pain medication regiment to do while she's in between doctors, and suggested that when my mom finds a primary care physician to bring up neuropathy so she can be tested for it. I'm unsure why Dr. Rinner didn't do any of these things?

    Never ever have had a bad visit with care team. Dr. Kigin is wonderful, takes time to go over all my concerns. I love her.

    They refused to remove and replace my birth control claiming that it should last another 2 years on top of the 3 years I've had it even though they told me to get it removed after 3 years! My periods are becoming more frequent and I have been having the worst cramps that feel as bad as they did when I wasn't on birth control. Explain that Clinica!

    I was shocked by how friendly and efficient every employee that I talked to was. The doctor sat and actually listened. There were basically no wait time for anything. The phlebotomist was fantastic. Super impressed with the experience. Best doctor visit I've had since I was given a sucker at the end, which was about thirty years ago.

    Phone times are horrible. Booked out all the time. Physicians are very overloaded with patients. Stephanie Bradford and her care team with Dr Shrager is fantastic. Receptionist are always friendly as are the nursing staff.

    ETA: ***I went to this office for several years to see Vallana, and she was my daughters doctor as well. They were a five star facility. I have had very good care here as well. A few bad experiences over the last year should not ruin a relationship with a company. I'm hoping that they can turn things around again. I just cannot handle my child not getting care. It's ok if mistakes are made on my care, but not complete neglect of her needs. Moving to 3 stars for previous care by care team.***It is extremely hard to get an appointment, even as established patients. My daughter and I have been patients here for five years, yet when we were very ill they said the soonest they could see us was in two weeks. I told the receptionist she was asthmatic and I was using expired nebulizer treatments to get by and all of our symptoms, she just said we could go to the ER if the symptoms became too severe. So of my daughter has pneumonia or strep I am supposed to pay for an ER visit? Do not recommend, they used to be a good place, but my last visit there they read my x-ray wrong and said my arm was not broken, when two other doctors, one before and one after said otherwise. Also they "lost" my bloodwork, but only one vial,not all of the same set of samples,so I had to come back in and give more blood.

    Don’t bother going to this place! They can’t get anything straight! When called out on their mistakes they give the run around. Very hard to get in touch with, hard to schedule appts and staff don’t know what they’re doing. Pretty sad because the providers are wonderful

    I have been coming here for about a year and a half. I bring my daughter here as well. All the front desk and staff are very friendly and helpful. The doctor's always go above and beyond for me and my daughter and I appreciate them. I have gone to other clinics and nobody else compares to the Clinica in Thornton

    0/10 would not recommend, the stupid amount of time it takes to talk to someone on the phone just to schedule and appointment, not worth it, go somewhere else. ALSO If they are booked for two weeks out you have to call everyday to get an appointment

    I cannot suggest this family medicine clinic less. If I could give less than 1 star, I absolutely would. The entire process: from scheduling, check-in, seeing a doctor, etc. has been, by far, the worst experience I've ever had with any healthcare provider or company. Hold times in excess of an hour every time, so much duplicate paperwork, very impersonal patient care, and today, the clinic was closed for a snow day with 0 communication whatsoever to the closure/cancellations. Unbelievable.

    Absolutely no appointments available. They only book appointments out 2 weeks and I've called a few times and still haven't been able to schedule an appointment. I will be seeking care elsewhere. Judging by all the negative reviews from people that actually were able to get an appointment, the quality of care here is not worth the time, effort, or money.

    I just went to apply for discounted insurance and it’s horrible they don’t take bills into consideration and rent they just base it on what you get paid and think you can just afford the hospital bills when they over price you i was only asking for a discount not free dr visits . Very disappointing.
