    Went in here for a strep test since my throat was very sore and I was in a lot of pain. The visit was fairly quick, I was in and out in about 45 mins, the staff and nurse practitioner were very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process. Turns out I didn't have strep, just a nasty virus that has been going around. I was prescribed a small dose of dexamethasone, which was called in right then, so I could pick up at the King Soopers nearby. Exceeded my expectations for an Urgent Care and I will definitely go back to this location if I need to do so in the future.

    Just saw a nurse at the king Soopers mask FULLY down who admitted to working here. She said I was "paranoid" and that she has not afraid of a virus that has kills 2% of the US population. I cannot believe this does careless does not carry over into her work.

    My husband (who is Canadian - our bizarre and broken medical system is a non-navigable mystery of BS to him, so I have to guide his every move), suffered a fairly severe animal bite. 1. The staff here was kind enough to look at his arm prior to having us do any check-in paperwork to determine if we should be seen at the ER instead (potential nerve/tendon damage). We did end up in the ER instead during the first visit. 2. The receptionist was able to work with his existing insurance that we never received an ID card for. They are in-network for his insurance. 3. Despite the ER wanting us to go back to them so they could make bank on his closure, this UC took us in and handled it as a follow up. (Read: $$$$$ savings, and time savings). 4. They were extremely thorough with his closure. They consulted with the ER physicians when they had questions, instead of guessing and proceeding. They spent a few hours performing some complicated sutures without rushing off to something else. 5. I like that they let a tech who was interested watch the procedure. Everyone has to learn somewhere. 6. They were non-judgmental, personable, respectful, and kind the entire time. They had communicated within themselves so we weren't a surprise when we returned after the initial staff left for the end of their day. 7. There was complication on my end with insurance claims, and they were fully willing to write a statement for me to submit that helped tremendously. 8. They ultimately are BCH along with the Foothills ER, so records were easily available. 9. They sent us with the extra supplies we needed to change dressings over time. 10. Very clear post-care and follow up instructions. I haven't been billed yet, so I'm still waiting to see how that turns out, in terms of accuracy. My husband is back there today for the removal of the stitches and a checkup. He wanted to go back to them, "Because it's the only time in this country that I've trusted someone to not screw me over for profit." He opted to visit them again instead of see a family doctor with an appointment. We are fans of the Gunbarrel urgent care! Thank you everyone who works there!

    Kind and knowledgeable staff took great care on me in a very timely manner. From the front desk to the X-ray technician, everyone was very informative and extremely helpful. I was seen by Stephen and Carla. Both were impressive with their timelines and attention to detail. Happy to have this clinic so close to home.

    I had a remote appt with the P.A. Harper concerning an eye issue. She identified the iissue accurately and got a prescription sent in within an hour. This office provides excellent medical attention promptly, even in this time fraught with computer dead-ends.

    Worst experience Iā€™ve ever had with just the staff. Maria the receptionist is rude, helps patients out of order, speaks over you when youā€™re taking. Thereā€™s literally just the staff here and patients sitting down, and they feel attacked when asked how much longer it will take- but if they checked in with the sick patients coming in to assure them they will be taken care of, it would eliminate the frustration myself and lot of other patients experience.     This was one of the best experiences at an urgent care center! The doctor was excellent at listening and took time to give me the information I needed. Had my x-ray results in 15 minutes. The front desk was extremely pleasant and the staff communicated with each other very well. Facility was very nice as well.

    After being involved in a road bike crash Requiring eight stitches to my hand. Harma the NP and the staff took very good care of me. From the fast check-in process, RN scrub down, everything was very fast and efficient. I highly recommend this clinic!

    Worst urgent care EVER. Was asked to leave for requesting a strep test because the symptoms are ā€œtoo close to COVIDā€ .This is illegal.

    I received excellent care both times I have needed immediate medical attention. Every staff person and provider is skilled, efficient, and compassionate. I could not imagine better treatment than what I experienced.

    Brought my 8 year old in after getting his fingers shut in a door (nope it wasn't me!). Start to finish I had a great experience(my son, maybe a little less so). Great staff, friendly and helpful. We called before we went and the front desk staff informed me I had best get there soon as the x-ray tech was leaving at 6pm. We got there at 530, were processed and home by 630. Best x-ray room I have been in (a strangely well appointed space to create a more relaxed environment). With two boys, we have been frequenting these types of facilities as of late more then would we would like. I would go back in a heart beat, and (unfortunately) most likely will.

    I may have come at a bad time, but literally my only complaint was the long-ish wait times, even then Iā€™m pretty sure there was another person in there with a more serious condition than I did. Everyone was nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Even the students knew their stuff well! I came in to get some stitches and the student was really careful to make sure I wasnā€™t in any pain and had my stitches done quickly. Itā€™s a little out of the way if you live in central Boulder but itā€™s honestly worth it.
