I have been going here since January and it was great until they decided to get rid of the staff in May. They got key cards then got rid of the staff. There is never anyone around. The equipment is falling apart and the place is disgusting. It has not been cleaned in months. I have pictures of a dirty paper towel by a machine that had been there for three weeks. It is obvious the owners do not care. I guess this is what you get when paying so little. I tried to find a number for corporate with no luck. I expect this place to shut down soon. Highly disgusting.

This is the smallest, most crowded gym you're likely ever to go to. Additionally, you'd better hope you're willing to pay a whole bunch of money when you're ready to leave, because Kerri will do anything and everything in her power to keep you from going. And then once you do go, she'll still attempt to charge you for additional months anyway. All of the reviews about Kerri are not exaggerating. She might be the worst human being in the history of customer service. It absolutely boggles my mind that anybody allows her to be in the position she's in.

They don't even deserve one star! This is the worst gym/ business that I have ever been to. The staff are the rudest people I have ever met!! The manager Derek is the most unprofessional manager I have ever met in my life!!! I cannot believe that someone would leave somebody like this in charge to run their company. I went into cancel my membership, because my family and I moved. All I wanted to do was sign the cancellation form and he threw the biggest fit I have ever seen and I have two kids! There was also a girl working in there named Vanessa, who had quite the attitude! I really hope the owner of this gym sees this message and takes action! Since this incident I have been reading a lot of reviews on this gym and they're not very many good ones. Trust me... don't go to this gym!!!

Super crowded if you're going early/late, you'll have to wait for nearly every piece of equipment, management is not friendly, staff sits at the front desk and plays on their phones instead of greeting people, keeping the place tidy, etc. Finally decided to cancel my membership because the dread of going to this gym.. still had to pay an annual fee, still got charged monthly dues.. I called to talk to a manager about the reoccurring charges and was told I needed to prove that my membership was canceled and bring my bank statement to her... I called my credit card company and disputed the charges, all the money was eventually refunded to my account. Bottom line, there's a lot of gyms out there and this place needs better management and employees who do work while they are at work.

I just finished a two year membership with Fitness 19. I canceled because of the new Trail Winds reaction Center that opened down the street. Fitness 19 worked well for me. The equipment was always clean and repaired in a timely manner when broken. This place is on the small side and often employees aren’t there and you must use a scan card to get through the door. This wasn’t a problem for me. There are small restrooms and a separate changing room. No actual locker rooms and no showers. The equipment is well kept but can be a little limited, especially during peak hours. This is a problem with most gyms though. I’ve seen most poor reviews surround cancelation of membership. Their cancelation policy does feel a bit shady and not something I’d expect from any of the big gyms. In order to cancel I had to be there in person. Not a problem since I came in to workout on a Sunday. Unfortunately since there’s often not an employee there I couldn’t cancel and had to come back on a weekday. I returned the next day and my membership was easily canceled. They do require a months notice so even though I canceled several weeks before my membership is billed I’ll have to pay for another month. This was expect but it does feel cheap and leaves a bad taste in my mouth for the place. Overall, if you’re looking for a local place for a quick workout for a low monthly cost, and you’re not looking for all the bells and whistles, this place fits the bill.

They at least have the bare minimum equipment you'd expect for a cheap gym and you can clean off the equipment yourself before you use it. Cancelling my account was a huge ordeal. The only ways to cancel are in person and by sending a letter via snail mail. When I went in, the manager (owner?) put the HARD sell, grilling me about what other gym I was going to and why I was cancelling. He tried to cut a deal with me on my membership price over and over again before letting me sign the paperwork. Incredibly unprofessional and off-putting. Most of the employees obviously hate their jobs and aren't engaged enough to give any useful information (however, Matthew was friendly and helpful). I would recommend literally any other gym in the area.

The other day I received a notice in the mail from this gym with a bunch of offers. I am new to Denver area, and decided to check it out. The facility was nice. Brand new machines and everything was clean and up-kept. However, it is small. I do a lot more than just run and use machines. I like classes, and swimming etc. I wouldn't mark this place down because it could be right for quite a few people, just not me. The problem was that the workers were VERY pushy. They would not let me check it out first and finally offered me this amazing deal that I really couldn't resist. During their sh-peel, they told me that the only gym in the area that offered the things I wanted was lifetime fitness and I'd be looking at spending over $80 (which I found isn't true, more expensive but not $80). I am fine with paying more because I use the things that are offered but they tried to convince me that money is an issue for me and that I would rather get the basics to relieve my money stresses. Well I finally was released and able to work out. I don't use many machines, and they didn't have two of them. Wouldn't be an issue, except the machines are some of the most used and basic machines. I have never seen a gym that didn't have the two that didn't have. It was very crowded, too many machines for the space. It was very crowded and I had to wait 20 min to get on a machine. When I finally got the machine, another person came over and stood right next to the machine which prevented me from doing the exercise unless I were to kick her with every lift. I looked around and there was not another spot for her to move to. It was just too crowded. I was only able to do half my workout and ended up going home to do the rest. Worst service, and horrible gym in general. If you just like machines and treadmills, this is a perfect option for you. But if you want to do anything else, I would not recommend stepping into the door because you won't leave until you have a contract.

Ok gym if you don't need classes or shower facilities. But, they're really small so peak hours you're stuck waiting for a machine. Who wants to go to the gym to just wait? Plus if you do end up signing up and decide you don't like it, they'll charge you a cancelation fee and an extra months membership, kind of like last months rent! I wouldn't recommend this gym to my worst enemy.

WORST SERVICE!!! I had tried to cancel my account before leaving CO. I then get a call months later stating I owe them money! I once again told them I had canceled and they said they would make a note on my account and let accounting know. Another couple months go by and I had the woman from accounting call and say she was going to put my account in collections! Then told me there was no one else higher than her I could talk to and she is the manager (which I know is not true!) I highly suggest thinking about joining this gym!!! apparently all they care about is ripping people off. I wouldn't have given this gym a star, but I guess you have to in order to leave a review.
