Gym is definitely not being cleaned the way it should. Mold on walls and in drinking fountains. Anything that gets broken here takes months to get repaired. I used to love this facility, because they really do have a fair amount of equipment, but it just isn't being maintained anymore. Looking for another gym.

I have been a member at this particular location since 2010. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with the bunch of machines and this place seems a lot bigger than their other locations. Just wish they would keep their equipments a bit more well maintained. UPDATE: Someone broke into my locker and yes, I ALWAYS LOCKED MY LOCKER. The lock was intact so the perpetrator somehow got my lock combination. I will never again use a locker at this gym. I will advise for everyone to do the same.

How are they still in business? They over charge compared to ALL other gyms. Their equipment is old and falling apart. The staff are rude. Good luck trying to cancel a membership too. "You need to be here in person". Okay. Showed up, "oh a manager has to do it".... "Oh, you have to call corporate" Place is a joke. Go any where else... Vasa... Crunch... Chuze, Prestige all 1000 times better.

I've read a lot of the reviews of this place on Google and many of them just aren't very fair. I'm guessing most of the negative reviews are from people who haven't spent a lot of time in any gym. Equipment is going to be broken down occasionally. Sometimes it takes awhile before it gets fixed. This stuff happens at ALL gyms. I like 24 Hour Fitness a lot. The gym goers are a little more serious about being in shape than gyms like Plant Fitness and are more conscious about gym etiquette. The equipment is great and they have a good selection. Everything is as clean as can be expected at any gym. My only complaint is that they seem to have a bunch of locations on the west side of I25 and almost none on the east side.

sure wish it didn't take this location 2-3 weeks to fix a machine. Went there this week to see a sink faucet in the men's locker room completely broken, cable machine still unfixed after 3 weeks, the sauna still under maintenance, etc. The staff loves to stand around and do nothing rather than walk around and monitor the gym. Is picking up stray weights, submitting maintenance requests, cleaning equipment, etc. out of their job description? I've never seen this at other gyms.

The locker rooms are not well maintained, oddly shaped, and small for the number of members that go in and out. I can never get a lane in the pool, even at 10p at night - the attendant does not even monitor the pool area, kids were just lounging in the lap-pool at 10:30. This faciity needs a full remodel and hire new professional staff. A female attendant had her feet up on the front desk and didn't even acknowledge me as I walked out. Save your money and find a different gym.

If you're interested in fitness classes, do not choose this gym. The classes are inconsistent because instructors are often late, unprepared, or don't show up at all and the staff just put on a video or have a trainer do something that is nothing like the class you were prepared to take. The videos are hard to see and the sound only goes through the projector, so it sounds like a cheap transistor radio that's tinny and weak. It can barely heard at all over the fans. The local Rec Center has more and better classes. Regarding repairs as have been noted in other reviews, I have found this to be the case as well. One toilet in the ladies' room has been out of commission for months and often gym equipment is broken for months at a time. When questioned, staff report "they are waiting for a part," but after a month, it seems to be more of an excuse than a reality. There's an awful lot of competition in this area. If they want to stay in business, perhaps they shouldn't spend so much money buying new equipment and just do a better job servicing what they have. They recently closed a nearby facility and based on these reviews, I expect it won't be long before this location closes, too.

I haven't had any of the problems that I'm reading in other reviews and I've been going here several times a week since Sept 2018. The gym is clean, for a gym, and 99% of the equipment is working great, which honestly is better than any other gym I've been to. The front desk staff is helpful, and Phillip and Brandon in particular are very cheerful. It's big place with plenty of equipment, and a great deal imo.

Tried multiple 24 Hours when I had bought the Costco 2-year pass, and even for the extreme discount this company didn't impress me at all. Maybe it's partially because I'm a "casual" gym goer, not super intense into my training and protein shakes, but not one staff ever treated me like I was welcomed. If I was, it was in the sense of "Well, once you're in shape you'll be a great fit" type of vibe. Went to classes, those were ok I guess, but I never felt like I knew what I was doing and the teachers all had that same feeling like if you weren't a 6 days a week 10 pack abs workout-a-holic, you didn't really belong there. Never found one that had clean locker rooms, and saw people not wipe down machines or equipment... But they were already muscular so that's ok right? The variety of machines and such is nice, and the class schedules are good if you can make it, I just never felt comfortable to meet the goals I wanted to and not the goals 24 pushed on me.

I like this gym !! I choose to drive 20 minutes from my home to go to it! Been going here since 2012 almost everyday! However i do agree the staff is lazy far as fixing equipment if something breaks good luck with it getting fixed!! Also if its a "24 hour gym" why is open from 4 am to midnight that is not 24 HR gym ! If you cant get enough staff then change the name very misleading! All in all good place wish they would bring in more equipment

It’s okay. Plenty of parking. Good gym, plenty of equipment. Some of the machines need some work. They’re a little outdated but still mostly intact and functional. I’ve had a membership here for a year now and I’ll probably keep it. Doesn’t smell great haha

I was a member at this gym about 5 years ago, and cancelled my membership due to never going. I have now been a member again for about 3-4 months, and go to the gym about 6 days a week. I cannot say enough good things about this gym. The makeover from when I was a member previously is great! The front desk staff is always friendly, and seem to make a valid effort to remember you. The overall environment of the gym is what I really love. It doesn't matter what time of the day you do, there will be people there giving it their all (which speaks volumes to how much people enjoy it). There are a lot of people there that are serious about their fitness, and it is incredibly motivating. Most people are really polite about using/waiting for machines. I do wish that there were a few more squat racks or smith machines, but that's just me being picky. Overall, as much as I wish there were less members so I never had to wait for a machine, this gym is great and I'll continue to go!

😠 Was a member here for a very small time. Very overpriced for what they offer. Sauna doesn't get very hot. You have to have a special key to get into the sauna which hardly works. Anytime a gym does a year agreement and you have to pay to cancel, I would second guess joining.
