To
give
you
an
idea
of
how
great
this
gym
is,
I'm
currently
on
the
phone
with
my
bank
trying
to
figure
out
how
they
are
still
charging
me
after
I
cancelled
my
account
before
moving
away
from
Colorado.
I
now
have
to
get
a
new
debit
card
because
they
continuously
charge
me
for
a
membership
that
has
been
cancelled.
I
have
even
spoken
with
them
directly
about
the
matter,
but
they
continue
to
charge
me.
When
I
call
the
location,
on
more
than
one
occasion,
they
tell
me
that
the
person
I
need
to
talk
to
is
busy,
and
they
never
call
back.
I
called
the
number
my
bank
provided
me
with,
and
some
clueless
representative
told
me
that
it
was
the
billing
department,
and
"the
gym
does
not
want
us
to
talk
to
members
about
their
accounts."
When
she
gave
me
a
number
to
call,
the
phone
rang
continuously
and
nobody
answered.
The
gym
itself
is
average.
The
staff
is
miserable
and
turnover
is
very
high.
I
had
a
physical
trainer
for
less
than
a
year
and
I
had
3
different
trainers
due
to
turnover.
Nobody
is
able
to
do
anything
because
of
corporate
policy,
so
nobody
is
all
that
helpful.
This
gym
is
a
nightmare
to
get
away
from.
Do
yourself
a
favor
and
go
somewhere
else
that
will
actually
be
attentive
to
clients
and
not
just
do
their
best
to
hook
them
on
a
terrible
membership
agreement
and
then
try
to
pull
as
much
money
as
they
can
from
your
pocket.
