Matrix Spa does NOT care about their customers. I received a Swedish massage from Joel last week, who was FALLING ASLEEP during the massage. He would be massaging my back and all of a sudden his hands would stop for 10-15 seconds and the pressure would lighten (he was not on pressure points). His head fell on my foot when he was massaging my feet. I felt beyond uncomfortable! And to make it worse, I told the front desk who did not care. I then had to call back multiple times to ask for a refund or another massage to make up for my very uncomfortable experience, yet the owner of Matrix Spa said NO. He said per their policy I could not be refunded, which is TERRIBLE customer service. He clearly is okay with his massage therapists making their customers feel uncomfortable. He offered a sauna... no thanks. I will never come back and I will make sure to tell all of my friends that this spa does not care about their customers’ concerns.

I have been coming here since last year and I am loving it. It is conveniently located and the staff is amazing! I find the workouts are perfectly varied and there is a huge emphasis on good form and technique. The staff are friendly, helpful, and they really know their stuff. Being still relatively new to Matrix, I sometimes struggle with techniques. Some members even stop what they're doing, come over, and give you tips. Everyone is very encouraging no matter what level of fitness you are at. Kudos to the owners Larry and Kathy as they have really hired a top notch staff with an emphasis on customer service! Also I purchased my wife the "Escape" massage package as a Christmas present. Boy did that earn me some spousal points! Next time I up the game to the indulgence package. I highly recommend you give them a try.

I love going here! Any time you get a spa service you can also use the gym facilities, so I generally try to make a day of it and it’s lovely! This was my first time getting a facial, and Dorota was wonderful! Not pushy with products, but made helpful suggestions and was so kind! The service felt amazing and I will definitely go back! :)

I have truly enjoyed my time at the Matrix. The staff are very personable and friendly, the facility is clean, all of the machines were in working order. I loved the steam room! My only criticism is that its a bit of a complicated process to end your membership, I had to submit a letter of resignation to a third party. Also I went to attend a few classes and instructors weren’t there to run the class and no one seemed to know what was going on. But otherwise it’s a great gym.

Thank you to the wonderful staff at Matrix Fitness & Spa for letting us host our friends birthday. The spa is absolutely wonderful and relaxing. I had a customized facial (because I never know what to do about my skin) and Marisa was great! She is super knowledgeable about the industry and can point you in the right direction when it comes to skin care. Can’t wait to return again!

It was excellent! I joined this gym, I should say rejoin this gym, because I wanted to go to a gym that was kept clean and wasn't full of luck heads who were sweating and breathing all over the place. And that's exactly what I got! I got there today and there were three people in the gym working out including myself. The locker room was clean the showers were clean I was one happy person! there's no need to worry about catching covered from anybody, there's no need to worry about where anybody else has been, it's just one fabulously clean and safe workout experience!

I've been going to this gym for almost a year now and I am loving the classes. Josh Rowe has really helped me change my routine and I saw a transformation in my body after working with him for a month. Thanks, Josh!! :)

Excellent facility, amenities and equipment. Knowledgeable staff and fantastic group classes for those interested. I’ve been with this gym for years and I highly recommend checking them out.

The spa is absolutely wonderful! It’s very calming and made me feel really relaxed during my stay. I’ve gotten a couple facials here now and they do a great job. When I leave my face is just glowing. I love the products they use. They all smell so fresh. Great place to get your inner glow on!!

I have been a spa member for about 2 years now. Throughout this time Kelsey and more recently, Maria have taken great care of me as I tend to get knots in my shoulders and neck from work and past surgeries. I would def recommend trigger point massage with Kelsey if you have serious knots and like a deep tissue style massage, its a game changer. And Maria who is a bit newer to the location, does an excellent job with deep tissue massages, I cant say enough good things about either. I have had one or two problems with Matrix in the last two years but each time, the staff has taken great of me in fixing any issue and providing an excellent solution. The gym itself has a little bit of everything and I enjoy my work outs, equipment is kept up and as I come in off peak hours, I never have an issue getting on a machine or bench. I've been a little bummed about the sauna renovations because of the time frame. But having remodeled my own home, I know sometimes when you go into doing a lite refinish you uncover other things that need to be addressed. I will be happy once they are complete and understand the scope of the work being done. Excited to see the finished product. If you are in the area stop by and check it out for yourself.

The staff and trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The steam rooms are always clean and the covered parking is a huge plus. I’ve never had to wait for equipment in the gym. Big thanks to Dave and Blythe for bringing me into the best gym in Denver!

This is one of the best gyms I've ever been to! I love the training classes they offer, I can also have a massage here for relaxation. The trainers and the therapist are both professional and friendly. I also had a membership here so I could enjoy discounts and meet with friends a lot. Overall, its a great gym.

I very highly recommend Personal Training Workout with Josh Rowe. Josh is very experience and thoughtful trainer, he listens and delivers the most personalized workout I ever received in my life. In my case, after so many surgeries on my left leg, I needed a personalize workout to reengage my brain to fire the right muscle groups. Since I am A+ blood type my body has hard time to build muscle; with Josh that is different. Josh is using supporting band technique to increase muscle mass by using lower weight and high reps. Amazing results and feeling after each session!

Amazing facilities with very welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional staff! Best gym in all of Denver and highly recommend joining!

This is the most AMAZING gym! I have been a member of several gyms throughout the years, but this is the one I love. The staff is friendly, the trainers know what they are doing, the classes are fun, the spa is calming & serene and the atmosphere is beautiful. I recommend that you visit and tour. You will absolutely love it!
