I really love everything about this hotel. The staff is amazing great customer service. Have a good breakfast rooms are always clean at least the ones I have been in. I have never had any issues with anything here. I'm not just happy here but so are my two boys. They are very dog friendly.

Ruined a good review over 21 bucks🤔🤷 As a member we decided to burn some points on a 2 day stay. Get home to see a mystery 21.00 charge so we call they charged us the money for one washcloth that had hair color on it So I'm guessing it's a unwritten unposted "hair color tax" Ladies bring your own towel or you too will enjoy a mystery change from your mandatory deposit. One thing I don't do in my reviews is LIE You charged me before they could have even be laundered (so how do you know it couldn't be washed out) I used 2 towels 1 wash cloth and 1 body towel which I have with me right now. So again ONE WASH CLOTH. I told you I write reviews I also told you I write them because ppl always pick me to practice discrimination on. My credibility matters more to me than your reputation. How people treat me while I'm spending money with matters Do better
