This hotel was great!! They did a great job on the renovations. I still think they need sleep number beds in all the rooms. The bed makes the room you have a poor bed you get bad reviews even if the room is great. You have a good bed the customer comes back. But my stay was great the restaurant was delicious and the pool and hot tub was relaxing. The hotel staff were awesome and courtesy checking in and leaving. This hotel should be 4 star hotel

False advertising Here on Google maps it is advertised that there is free breakfast. There is no complimentary breakfast. It is $10 for adults and $5 kids. You’re better off go to McDonald’s breakfast for a couple dollars. Otherwise it is fine for an overnight stay. The gym is nice. The pool is nice. Shower was nice. Bed is nice. Cons: during my extended stay I noticed that the fridge was for drinks only and should not be expected to keep anything at less than 50 degrees. There was no microwave in my room. And the convenience store in the lobby is expensive (to be expected) And so are the surrounding restaurants. Also the halls constantly smell like smoke. the halls to smell like smoke. Overall: trying to appear upscale but attracting rundown occupants

Definitely not my favorite Marriott location. The staff was indifferent when I checked in. Sure they joked a bit, but failed to recognize my Marriott Bonvoy status, and literally laughed when I asked if breakfast was included in my stay. To wit, "not with what you are paying". I have never been in a smaller room. No refrigerator, no safe, an empty (and tiny) closet. Didn't provide any feather pillows, let alone the requested extra feather pillows. Huge TV, with any annoying red flashing light all night long. Plus an alarm with a flashing light all night long. The door has a huge gap at the floor that allows light all night long. Finally the elevator was right by my room and I heard it every time it went up or down. Probably one of my worst hotel stays, including some "do drop inns", "road side motels", and European hostels. Plenty of homeless people in the area. Saw a police officer talking to a few as I drove to the hotel. As I went to dinner (two nights) I saw homeless on every bench, in the grass, and passed out on sidewalks. Denver needs to do better. Will never be back.

Well for starters I travel with my kids all the time. I was told the hotel would choose the room fine. I get a king bed fairly clean but I need another bed for my kids. Gets another key but doesn’t get told the right room. Goes back down gets it corrected finally gets into the room and goes back to go enjoy the day. Comes back keys are deactivated. I placed my reservations through Hotwire as I normally do and somehow was charged the deposit towards my room. So instead of getting my deposit back I was charged additional and wasn’t given my refund. How clever. Along with paying for every little thing snack wise it was a bitter experience. Hotel staff are nice but don’t seem well trained to be organized in that type of setting. I just wanted my 50 bucks from my deposit as I was told considering all the other stuff was messed up dramatically. Oh not to mention all of this on my birthday. So thanks for making it a memorable one!

Jessica Duron was the best front desk rep ever. She was detailed in her actions and helpful by making aware of the perks of my Marriott platinum membership. She saved my trip without knowing it. Please give her a paid day off and a promotion.

Fleeing a dv situation the other night, showed up to rent a room with plenty of money to pay for it at 2am, was told they don't take internet banks like chime or venmo (mind you, this is a valid debit card and I have thousands on it for this exact situation), my husband had taken all of my other credit cards, but she was "generous enough" to make an exception. So basically, if you're under 40 and have a sense of being progressive, stick with air b and b, or don't ever visit a Marriott since this was apparently a corporate policy. The "customer service agent" treated me like a was below her, gave me no explanation of how things worked like check out times, and when I called 4x after reaching my room, no one answered the front desk. Not trying to be a keyboard warrior, I was in room 127, feel free to contact me. I was there 2 days ago. Room was $170, charged for absolutely everything, no breakfast, no late check out without paying for it, and smelled like mold. Was told because my money was inferior to other debit cards that my money won't be refunded for the deposit for weeks. I got charged for the room, no deposit, didn't have any issues with my card, just a bunch of bs. Not a budget hotel. I wouldn't let homeless stay here.

Yeah it might be a nice hotel for room and restaurant but the two employees on 5/6/23 Around 5pm are the most rudest people I’ve ever seen at an hotel. I have never had a problem there before with what type of card I use for the room. Grace if you’re reading this just know you and your other co worker are the worst employees I’ve had ever seen!

We were very impressed with the overall ambiance of the hotel, which is clean, open, sleek and modern in design. The staff made a positive impression on us, being exceptionally friendly, informative and knowledgeable. The extensive range of exercise and gym equipment, along with the ample space, caught our attention. The impeccable upkeep of the facilities and their updated, aesthetically pleasing appearance left us quite impressed, with the addition of a large TV enhancing the experience. Given the cleanliness, excellent location and overall comfort we experienced, we have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending this hotel to others.

Stayed here July 22 and 23rd and was super impressed. Everything was kept in immaculate condition. Everything was updated and beautiful. The TV was bigger than what I have in my house, which I've stayed in a decent amount of places (I think) and this is the first time that's happened. Stayed at two other hotels this trip and this hotel and was on another level. If you want comfort and luxury look no further.

This was our second time staying at this property while visiting Denver. It was perfect for our family as we have two young kids. They loved the hotel and being able to look out the window at the mountains. The staff was friendly with them and even though we didn't have housekeeping clean our room, we were still able to switch out towels and they were very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel as it was clean, a great location and we felt very comfortable in the space. It will always be our go-to when visiting the area and you cannot beat the price!

Hotel Staff is amazing and the rooms are fantastic! I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. They also accommodate for pets as well, I love traveling with my cat Billie and she makes sure to inspect the room as well! She actually loves being at the Delta, she’s more comfortable here than other places we’ve been.

We travel to the Denver area often and this was a diamond in the ruff for us. (Have had quite a few bad experiences in the area) Priced right and our stay in September was great! Staff was nice and accommodating. Restaurants, both breakfast buffet and Tony Roma's, were great!! Starbucks coffee right in the lobby! Great location right off the interstate and only 20 minutes to the mountains. Close to other good restaurants, shops and grocery stores.

Recently remodeled and done very nicely. Staff was fabulous and breakfast was outstanding. Like Marriott used to provide 15 years ago at mid tier hotels. Very inexpensive for the style of the hotel. Unfortunately the Lower price and location seems to draw a certain element. Never felt unsafe but smelled marijuana constantly throughout the hotel -- meh, welcome to Colorado.

Had a very good experience staying at the Delta Hotel in Denver, only found two faults with my room but over all, the stay was very welcoming. Great view of the mountains across I-25 along with easy access to the interstate if you're looking to go into the mountains. The buffet is very good but a little pricey, for the money you're paying for the rooms. There's nice beds in the rooms along with a big screen, great 🚿 but there's no vent to help with the steam from the shower not if you have to go #2💩 which is causing the texture to peel and show cracks, get those things inorder and you'll be fine. Other than that a great place for couples and families alike.

This is a newly remodeled hotel. It's clean and has a lot of amenities. The restaurant food is good, and the staff is friendly. We enjoyed the pool rested up and continued our journey. The problem is, they charged $50.00 on our card after we left. We called to find out and at first the girl said it was just a hold and would be refunded soon. When we told her it showed up on our statement as an actual charge on our card, she put us on hold then came back with something else that didn't happen. Then she put us on hold again and said a banket was missing from the room. She accused us of stealing a blanket, so I asked why they didn't call us. After looking at the invoice I found out that the check in girl didn't input my phone number. She then said the manager wasn't available until 6 hours (4:00 pm). If you look at the picture of the rooms, they don't actually have blankets. The picture I've included is from the website. We were in town for the funeral of my sister-in-law. We are Christians and do not need a plain white sheet they call a blanket. This really bothers me. Not only that they accused us but also, they charged our card without contacting us. I call that theft! We contacted our card company to file a dispute. If they correct this issue, I will gladly change my review.

I stayed at this location a month or so ago, as I was attending a conference here. It was the filthiest room I have ever stayed in. I wore my shoes in the room, because it it was obviously didn't even sweep the floor. I couldn't shower, because there was so much hair in the shower (yes I have photos...yes, I informed Marriott). I was coming from another conference, and only had a few hours to sleep, so because the bed looked clean I just slept instead of wasting time trying to get a clean room. The positive, is that the staff was lovely. I only briefly interacted with a few people the next morning before and after my session and leaving. But they were all kind and helpful. However, if you have a choice between this hotel and another location, I would look elsewhere.

Very clean, open, sleek and modern look throughout. Way better than when it was the Ramada. Staff was very friendly, informative and knowledgable. Impressive variety of exercise/gym equipment and space. Best blackout curtains I've ever experienced in a hotel! Very clean rooms and bathrooms as well. Excellent accessability to the highway and close restaurants. Great place to stay if all your looking for is a place to sleep (and workout). Fridge was exceptionally tiny and there were no other food amenities (microwave, cabinets, dishes, utensils, etc...) in the room. No free continental breakfast.

Very clean! Some might think the room is small, but it is exactly the right size given I am here to sightsee, not stay in my room. The motto is perfect. Simple made perfect. Now, I do have to say that I was a little put off by the smell of weed in the hallway from time to time. Since Colorado is a marijuana legal state, I have to accept this generally; however, I wish hotels would find a way to air out the hallways better or do something to neutralize that skunks smell. Outside of that, though, this was a GREAT location. It is not too far from the train station. I recommend this to anyone not wanting to deal with downtown traffic hassle. This is a great rail spot. 5 stops to U ion Station in less than 20 minutes. It was perfect since I was going there for a concert at Ball Arena, and it was also a Rockies game night. Traffic is awful in Denver generally, so I really liked using the train system. So, this hotel is what I will use in the future. And, as always, definitely look at the bathroom photos. I always say you can tell how good the room will be based on bathrooms.

I really love this hotel and try to stay here regularly when I’m in town for work, but there are a few things that can be frustrating. The first is that even if you check in online and opt for a mobile key, it’s almost never approved before your arrival (even if it’s after the time you selected for check in), defeating the purpose and requiring a wait in line at the front desk to check in and get a room key. The second, and less controllable, is the parking. Because of the location, there is very little parking directly in front of the hotel; instead, you have to park in the lot of the strip and walk up a fairly steep incline to get here. It’s not a huge deal if you pack super light, but lugging your bags up the hill gets old. The fitness center here is very large with an extensive amount of equipment (cardio and weight) and plenty of free weights. It’s also usually very clean. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean.

My husband and I stopped at this hotel on our anniversary. The front desk staff was efficient to a fault- the check in was very fast, but the staff barely spoke to us. The don’t think there were more than three sentences spoken by the staff during our stay. We were not made aware of any amenities or pointed in the direction of the elevator. We also ended up leaving quite early because we weren’t sure what time checkout was. The room was very modern, but also quite small- definitely don’t think the room would’ve fit more than two people. It was nicely decorated, however the window shades were covered in a spilled liquid of some sort, which made us question the cleanliness of the hotel room as a whole. Overall, the hotel seemed like it would’ve been quite nice, however the customer service and dirty shades were kind of a bummer for our anniversary getaway.

Biggest problem: I waived house cleaning in exchange for 500 points for each of five days for a total of 2500 points. The hotel has refused to credit the points even though it is now over a month later. Otherwise it was a great place for our dog. Night staff was friendly; day staff aloof. They took care of moving us when the room upstairs flooded but the new room had a broken window and was missing the interior shelves and the bathroom door weighed a ton making it difficult to open and close. Also, the hallway was filthy and when I suggested it be vacuumed the manager was annoyed. That said, I would probably stay again because the location worked for me and it was mostly ok but I do want my points.

Had a conference to attend and I appreciated the ease of proximity from my room to conference room. Fitness center was a great plus and well maintained! ^_^ Only setback I experienced was lack of service over the hotel room phone, was not able to get through for room service on multiple attempts, it sounded as though the call was getting answered briefly but then put back on hold. So my workaround was to look up Tony Romas direct line and then I was able to receive a meal.

We could not be happier with our event held at The Delta! Our leadership met from across multiple states in our Region and had the BEST experience! Cameron made the event planning a breeze and was there every step of the way during our three day conference. Chef Sarah's food was amazing with excellent feedback from our team. Martha and her staff were attentive and proactive to ensure we always had everything we needed. Thank you to the entire crew that helped make this event a success! We will come back year after year because of your personal touches and amazing customer service!

Clean room, front desk service for check in was quick and very friendly. Suggestions for supper were spot on! The price - this place really can’t be beat! It was super easy access for the Sunday Broncos vs Chiefs game.

Excellent place. Clean. Modern. Only complaint was the 6th floor pantry. Nothing worked. No water or coffee. Staff didn't seem to care as it seems to be a common issue.

Delta Hotels Denver, Colorado…. you can do better than this… first we get here for our conference and the place is over booked. Cant get the king room I booked back in JANUARY!! no compensation they said. Then we get to our room and our toilet squealed like this every 30-60 seconds. Fridge was in a small cubbie with no ventilation (I was a refrigeration tech) instantly knew what was wrong. Opened up to find the coil a frozen block of ice and not even slightly down in temp. Called down to desk to get a new room. Went a floor down and this room is just as bad!! Squealing toilet, fridge iced up, no king room… never ever again staying at a delta hotel by Marriott… I do NOT recommend! -10000 stars. But let me make sure to say, the staff are AWESOME!! They deserve a raise for having to deal with angry customers like me who are having awful experiences.

Our room was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower was awesome! My only complaint is that the smoke detector (I think?) flashes continuously... It wasn't enough to wake me up, but it was a little annoying when I was trying to go to sleep.

  • 5/5 MD: H. 10 months ago on Google
The check-in staff was super nice. It was also quick. The rooms felt clean. The only problem was housekeeping, trying to open the door at 8 am. when we were still sleeping. She tried twice. So i had to get up and tell her we didn't want housekeeping as we were checking out later. Other than that, the beds were comfortable. We would definitely be staying here again.

Loved our stay. Had a zoom meeting scheduled for the morning. Hooked up to internet without any issues and never bounced me off once. Also, Ricardo in the buffet kitchen is wonderful! Great personality. $10 breakfast that is actually worth the money. I use a cane and he was quick to help me. Ten stars to Ricardo!!

The restaurant that they have in the hotel is really good. Their food was delicious. There’s a fee for breakfast. Rooms were nice and clean. Bathroom was pretty clean. They have argon oil big bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Only have them 4 stars bc rooms are not sound proof. One lady woke us up in the middle of the night screaming at her bf and the next night another guest was playing their music super loud waking us up at 1am. They have a small pool small gym and laundry room with 2 dryers and 2 washers. Pets are allowed. When bathroom floor is wet, can smell like dog pee but smell not unbearable. Would stay here again.

Delta Hotel – Denver | Thornton When we checked into the Delta Hotel – Denver Thornton we had a pretty major glitch (the issues isn’t really that important) in our 11 day stay here. However, the General Manager, Jeannetta, Assistant Manager, Emily, and the District Manager, Ken, took immediate action. This management company handled the issue incredibly well. We arrived very late in the night and Ken was talking on the phone with me at 1:00am. I could not have been more impressed. I’ve never heard of something like this happening before. All of these folks deserve a raise and an award for being so incredibly customer service oriented. Our stay here was simply awesome! The entire staff from the maintenance crew, housekeeping, to the front desk were so nice and friendly. You could tell that everyone really enjoyed their job and liked being around guests. This all flows down from the top. What a great experience. We stay in hotels approximately 120 nights a year and by far this was one of the best experiences we have ever had. We already booked our return trip to Denver in the spring for 10 days at this hotel. Thank you to everyone!

This was a great stop on our most recent trip. It's nice that it was a full restaurant not just the hotels room service. (Tony Romas) The lobby was very nice and had a great smell. The rest of the building although you could tell it was remodeled seemed beat up. Our room was clean and neat. It was a small double room. The bathroom had a fabulous shower. The bathroom door was a sliding door that was not installed properly and you could barely close it. When closed it left a large gap that made privacy difficult.

Its clean, not worth the price though. Rooms are plain but have a giant television. Which is nice. Basically a glorified best value inn. Hallways had super strong dollar store fabric softener smell. This is also another hotel that in addition to 30 dollars "taxes and fees" they charge your card 50 bucks for incidentals so for one night you have about 175-200 wrapped up in it. Which its definitely not worth. Outside door card readers barely work, was left walking around the property in the rain to get back in, and the spring loaded bathroom door was so spring loaded it broke my finger so there's that. A small child would possibly have lost their finger. Overall not a great value, and not what I expect for the price. I travel and stay in hotels most days of the year and I will be skipping this one in the future unless its 50 bucks a night which is doubtful. But imo that's about what it's worth. Have stayed in much nicer for much less.

Decent place to stay. The rooms were a little small but were updated and clean. The kids had fun in the pool area. The hot tub was actually hot which was nice. They had breakfast in the morning which was a buffet style at a very good price, food was average though.

This is a really nice revamped hotel, very clean and the staff were extremely friendly, probably the best part of the hotel. They are clearly pet friendly as three different times we encountered dogs running down the hallway unleashed, which was my only issue with the animals. About 2AM we started smelling cigarette smoke in our bathroom, we complained at the front desk and they comped our breakfast, which was nice, however we had the same issue the next night. I wet wash rag over the vent in the bathroom solved the problem. Not sure the hotel staff really could have done much more. We ate breakfast two days, it’s a great deal for $10/person and the buffet staff were super nice as well. Nice gym with lots of cardio equipment. Overall a nice hotel that I would stay at again…I would just ask for an end unit.

  • 2/5 Ms. Laura F. 1 year ago on Google
Very over priced for the night I was there. I got an early check-in but I am pretty sure the room wasn't ready. The floor hadn't been swept and there were candy wrappers and tissue on the floor. The coffee cups for travel didn't have lids that fit. The refrigerator was small and only stayed on for 2 hours at a time. Breakfast would have been $10 a person and it didn't look worth it to me because not a big selection. Very few channels on the TV and poor lighting. Overall I would not go back. On a positive note the showers were really great.

What a nice hotel oh, very modernized and spacious rooms. My room has a 70 inch television in it. Property is exquisite the lobby has a nice coffee shop and Bar as well as a Tony Roma's on the bottom floor. The service here is to die for oh, I stay in many hotels and this rates far above most of them and I highly recommend your staying here. I come three times a year from Arizona and won't stay anywhere else❤❤❤

Came over from a horrible hotel across the street and wish I would have switch sooner. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Perfect for family's and can easily accommodate children's cot. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms is spacious and beautiful. Can't say enough nice things about the look of the room and hotel itself appearance wise. Lots of amenities inside the hotel add to convenience, especially for familys or couples. But the best was Karen at the front desk. I asked for an early check in to get out of the horrible hotel across the street and was almost in tears from the panic attack that hotel gave me and she was so kind and accommodating. Thank you so much Karen for saving my vacation! We will definitely be return customers!
