The hotel itself was great. Rooms were clean and quiet. The bed was super comfortable and I loved that I could Chromecast to the TV. My one issue was the woman working the front desk when I checked in. She was rude to me for no reason. When I asked if I could have a room that wasn’t on the ground floor, it was like I was asking her to cover my car payments. She was mean and rude even after I accepted the ground floor room. She was continuously rude to my friend who was staying at the hotel with me when he tried to give his license plate number to her so he didn’t get towed. She also made it quite clear that she didn’t approve that a male friend was staying in the hotel with me. The reservation was for 2 people and I don’t remember asking for her opinion. Would still stay here again

I had a really bad experience here. The staff is very friendly, but there were multiple issues with the building. The first problem began when we were woken up by a false fire alarm three separate times-- after that, the fire alarm lights continued to flash for a further 24 hours. We were never offered any apology or explanation for the fire alarm issue, and if there had been a real fire, we would have never known because the staff never gave us any information. Another day, after getting back from doing errands, I entered the restroom to see a black sludge overflowing our sink and spreading onto the counter, damaging personal toiletries that were left there. The front desk staff said that they couldn't help and that we'd have to wait until the next day for the issue to be resolved (the day we check out) or wait for them to find a room we could move into. I have also been charged multiple times for the same room, charges totaling over $1,000 (when our room cost less than $500 total). It's a very pretty hotel but has horrible infrastructure, and I am very disappointed in my stay.

I stayed at this hotel a few months ago. Was decent for a hotel. Had great beds and lots of privacy. Bad things include..... - On Day 1, they gave us a room that smelled like pee (got no sleep) - On Days 2 and 3, the rooms had no locks on bathroom doors as well as horrible toilets - As a whole had no breakfast and tiny rooms If you want to stay here just for a night or two, it's a decent room. If you want to spend lots of time here (like 3-4 hrs a day) then stick to another hotel.

Oof. Stayed 3 nights. The security lock on my door was broken and hanging on by one out of the necessary four screws. I asked to have this fixed twice, they kept promising they'd do it and then never do it. The first night the shower tub filled with water, so I showered in ankle deep water. That was fixed the first night. The hot breakfast was... pretty gross. The powdered eggs were dry and watery at the same time, the "sausage" was like eating cardboard, the bagels were so stale that they were crusty on the inside, I could go on, but you get the idea. Serviceable beds, no room service provided during the three night stay.

Shady, sketchy folks hanging around. Tons of cigarette butts at entrances, uninterested night clerk, nice clean room but too many party rooms interfering with sleep.

Spent the last night there, shower clogged, lots of hair on the towels, no shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Just body lotion, toilet was dirty, no remote for the TV, the front desk guy was a complete jerk. All can't be more disgusting! Stay away!

Traveling for work and had to find a place to stay for a long time. Not feeling satisfied with other hotels, I hopped around a few hotels until I found this jewel. Some La Quintas are hit or miss, but this was a bullseye! Amazing value, clean, comfortable rooms, upscale looking reception area and breakfast room, friendly staff, and a lovely pool area! Only concern if you’re a light sleeper (not my case), and close to the stairs, is that the fire doors on the stairs tend to slam relatively loudly. Simply mention this to the staff and I assure you they will do their best to acommodate you in another room. Congratulations to staff and management on your high quality hotel!

Good room for the price point and as you would expect for the brand. Good location and the staff are very polite and helpful. SErved my purposes well while i was in the area. Breakfast is lacking though.

I had just gotten through staying at the Hilton and they’re supposed to be known for their stays, but this place beat them out. No lie. Not only were the rooms clean and the amenities nice, but the service was enough for me to write this review. Sophia and Evan helped me at the front desk and they were so kind, accommodating, and understanding. They just wanted to be helpful, and that is something you don’t see often. Evan even gave me recommendations on what to do here. I really enjoyed my stay.

Absolutely horrible experience. This hotel is a complete scam. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They will steal your money! I stayed at this location for only one night but was charged for three nights, even after I checked out and called to ensure I wouldn’t continue to be charged. Incidentals are $50 per night but I was charged three separate times, all different amounts, for a total of $180 for the one night I stayed. When I brought this issue to the hotel manager’s attention, I was quickly dismissed and told they weren’t going to do anything about it. I will never stay here, or at a Marriott owned hotel, again.

The initial lady who checked us in didn’t show great hospitality. The elevator wasn’t very clean and third floor button was broken. The room was decent but the mini fridge had mold in it which was pretty gross. The room key cards didn’t work so several times we got stuck outside trying to get in through the side doors closer to where we parked. Then the cards didn’t work for our room. They told us the side door was having issues and was demagnetizing the cards. The size of the room was great, the bathroom was clean and the water got really hot instantly! Breakfast was good but got really picked over towards the end. The bed spread had a strange stain we didn’t know what it was. Overall it was good, but there were just enough issues that made the stay less smooth and enjoyable as it could have been.

Nice hotel for the price and location! We had a decent view of the mountains in the distance from our 3rd floor, which was a bonus that didn't cost extra. I did notice some minor cosmetic things that could be improved in the room, but nothing functionally wrong. Continental breakfast was pretty standard. The front desk staff (both night and day) were very pleasant to interact with. The outdoor pool was drained, despite it still being warm enough to swim. Overall I recommend if you are looking for a reasonable price point and not too focused on luxuries (such as the pool).

The room was fairly clean and comfortable. Some minor stains and imperfections but overall it was a comfortable stay. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was a little off though, it would be either extremely hot or cold, no in between. And the water pressure was pretty low. The location of this hotel was very safe and convenient. Close to a lot of attractions and not too far from Downtown Denver.

Worst experience ever. While the hotel was newer, clean and breakfast was delicious, none of the doors worked including our room. The front door was permanently stuck open while it was snowing outside so all the common areas, including the breakfast area where just above freezing. The outside door locks freeze so you can get inside and have to walk all the way around. Or people just leave the door propped open with a rock and then anyone can get in. Plus you can't put your room key in your pocket, near your phone or car keys or it will deactivate. We were regularly locked out of our room. Once our four year daughter got locked inside. Very distressing for everyone. Also the breakfast area kept running out of everything because other 'guests' kept loading up their bags with the breakfast provisions. Everytime I spoke to the hotel staff about an issue, they treated me like it was my fault. Not friendly or helpful at all. They also said that the lock issue has been a well known issue for sometime. Do not stay here if you value your safety and sanity. Will not be back to this hotel or any La Quinta hotel again!

Had a wonderful stay! Friendly atmosphere. I have issues with walking but the nice man at the desk checked me in a room close to parking and the lounge area. Great breakfast, good coffee and always chilled water available. Would stay again

Decent hotel. Front desk was clearly understaffed and staff are stretched too thin. Clean and well-appointed rooms, comfortable beds, spacious breakfast area with good options. Weirdly the safety latch in our room looked to be loosely attached to the door, perhaps with drywall screws?, rendering it pretty useless, and that should definitely be redone. Also had issues with keycard reader (took multiple tries to get it to work). Elevator made loud & disturbing noises. Good value for location (easy access to Shakespeare festival).

Ants in room 110 and a rude front desk staff. No one ever even made the bed, let alone cleaned per their own policy. This used to be a really nice place to stay.

Really enjoyed my stay at La Quinta. Breakfast was served every morning and they treated their guests above and beyond. Room was perfect, loved the mattress. Yes I would highly recommend.

Great service, great room, very clean, good breakfast selection, gym and pool available, small convenience store, water bottle filling fountain, great location, and dog friendly. Had a great selection of teas and coffees available for free 24/7. Only negatives I have, the bathroom did not lock, it was a double door with a bar lock that didn’t meet in the middle, and the fridge was not very cold. Online it said there was no pet fee, we confirmed by calling the hotel weeks in advance, but we were still charged a fee upon checking out.

Mattress was worn out. Thermostat on wall unit didn't function properly. Woke up after 3 hours boiling hot. Had to shut it off completely. Shower only, no tub. Room was clean with no bad smells.

Stayed for one night. Amy was the nicest person I have encountered as far as hotel personnel. Very helpful and professional. Rooms are nice for the price and free breakfast. I’d come back M Jordon

Great place and value. Pet friendly. Place is clean and kept up to date. Rooms are comfortable, and clean. They had a damaged door, but it was still functional. Breakfast area was clean and nice. Food was OK. Lots of food options within a block.

Room was a lot nicer than I expected! Very clean, modern, spacious. Included a microwave which was very convenient. Bathroom was also nice and modern, great water pressure. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included. Overall had a wonderful stay and would 100% stay here again. 4 stars only because the door handle was a bit difficult to figure out, only worked if we rotated it up instead of down. Otherwise no complaints!

Excellent overall, staff at both check-in and check-out were super professional, kind and helpful! Great smiles and kindness! Hotel was wonderful, the modern décor of property, ample spaces, great lobby, rooms, gym, nearby eating options, excellent location brings La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denver Boulder - Louisville to top of list in Denver area!

Enjoyed the stay. It was a typical hotel room. One thing that I personally didn’t like is that our bathroom did not have a vent fan and it looked like a small amount of mold had started to form in the bathroom.

Amy! Amy is the reason for our fabulous stay💕. She was so friendly and helpful. La Quinta needs to reward her in some way for her excellent customer service. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good. No issues with our 3 night stay.

We felt very unsafe here at night. Several homeless people hanging around and people sitting in their cars at night. Hallway were very poorly lit and an easy place for people to hide. No maid service unless you stayed two nights. Elevator felt unsafe and the laundry room was on 3rd floor and was filthy! Ladies working were amazing, but would not recommend staying here.

Clean, great customer service and large beautiful rooms. Some of the rooms have a front room and then in a bedroom also a bathroom. The only thing I did not like is they are very cheap. At the time I stood there maids did not come and pick up dirty linen they would come and clean your room after 3 days of staying but someone like me that has a dog it would be nice if they would come by and just pick up dirty linen instead of having to walk all the way to the office with the whole bundle of Linen and then walk back with all of your stuff.

The place was beautiful inside, especially for how much we paid. $140 for the night and got an awesome double queen room with all the amenities.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and kind but this doesn't help when there are countless problems with the hotel itself. The first room we were given had wet carpeting, a shower that didn't have hot water and a shower drain that was clogged and immediately caused the bathroom to flood (maybe the cause of the wet carpeting?) The second room we were put in on the same day had a toilet that wouldn't flush. The third room we were put in had a TV that didn't have working volume. By this point, I was exhausted and too tired of moving rooms to ask about it. Overall, just a dismal experience.

👍👍 We were so impressed with our stay at this hotel. We stayed on a Tuesday night - so it was not busy but we did not expect how quiet it would be! It was awesome!
