Knowledgeable and friendly mechanics that are easy to talk to and did not upsell. They were able to diagnose and fix issues on my 2008 Civic which other mechanics in the past couldn't figure out. They got quality parts for the repair (denso). They got the car emissions tested as part of service. Overall very pleased with the service and work from this shop.

I'm so grateful I found this place! After having a horrible experience with a previous mechanic I thought I could trust, Lake Arbor Auto proved there is still honest and knowledgeable mechanics. So friendly as well, they looked over my car and checked to see if certain issues were going on that the previous place tried to charge over 2k for. LAA gave me a honest answer, which proved the previous place was not correct in diagnosis . This was a huge relief and gave me peace of mind. Unfortunately they couldn't help me with my transmission issue, but referred me to what looks like another great place to diagnose that issue further. Charged a very reasonable price for a diagnosis, they have a returning customer for sure!!

Even though I'm a Woman, they have never overcharged me or said that I needed unnecessary repairs. They are always honest, courteous, and kind. They go above and beyond to provide excellent service. I was an out of town visitor (from Kansas) this past weekend when the front end of my mini-van began to shake and vibrate while driving down a busy highway. I was very concerned about getting it repaired since it was Labor Day weekend. I called around a few places including Lake Arbor. Although they did not have any appointments available, an incredible employee named Patrick offered to test drive it (free of charge) to see if it was safe enough for me to drive it all the way back to Kansas. After driving it, he told me that it was unsafe in the condition it was in and that I definitely needed to get it repaired before heading back home. He apologized about not being able to offer service at Lake Arbor since they were completely booked, but I was able to get it repaired at another location and all is good with the van. Talk about customer service and a genuine concern for the well being of others! How refreshing it was to interact with someone as helpful and kind as Patrick. Thanks again!

Barely made it to Lake Arbor with a mechanical breakdown. Talked to Gary who was very upfront about timing of when they could look at my vehicle. Heard back from Gary exactly when he said he would. And no one likes to give bad news, but he told me my transmission went out. He went above and beyond, calling around to get quotes from places they recommend since they don't do transmissions. Very helpful when I needed to get it towed to a different place. Emma was always pleasant to talk to on the phone. Great group of people over at Lake Arbor. Highly recommend.

We all know how stressful it is to pick a new mechanic, especially one that didn’t come as a recommendation from a friend. I was also very cautious when deciding who to trust to repair my car, but these guys put me at ease immediately. I called ahead, and was told they were a little booked up at the time, but if I could wait a few days, they’d get to it as soon as they could. I was given a rough timeline before they even took it apart, and they beat it by about 24 hours. This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had with a shop, and they definitely have my business for the long haul!

The work that was done was done well, but the communication was poor. I took my truck in for an unknown vibration and an engine oil leak. Long story short, when it was returned to me (3 1/2 weeks later) it had gained another issue – which I presume was caused by them because I didn’t have that issue when I brought it in. On top of that BOTH of the original issues were still occurring and I was $4400 deep in repairs. I don’t deny that the work they did needed to be done, but that’s not the reason I brought it in in the first place. It was a frustrating and an expensive experience to say the least. My wallet will not handle another visit to this shop.

Oil change, too. And whatever comes up next. Troy is our go to guy. He knows everything and he’s easy to talk to. We appreciate this business so much.

Lake Arbor Automotive stood out as it is highly rated across various other sites. I was not disappointed from my initial call to setup service on my 2018 Ford Flex with a lift gate issue. Patrick, my service advisor, was very helpful and in constant communication on the issue. The time and energy that went into a solution and communication on the status was top notch.

Awesome experience so far. Friendly, straight shooters, and didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off. Saved me several hundred dollars compared to a quote at a competitor. I was also pleasantly surprised to get a follow up call a few weeks later making sure my car was in good shape after repairs ! Most of the reviews are people that have been coming here for a long time !!

Solved the problem with my Toyota Corolla and had me back on the road in just a few hours. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was able to drop off my car with an actual person even before opening. Price was very reasonable.

All the people who worked there were courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and listened along with responding with relevant information. I felt comfortable; no patronizing or condescension. My car had an engine fuel leak that the dealership couldn't repair. I brought it to Lake Arbor Automotive and Patrick worked at finding parts to repair it. Took a few days but get 'er done. Yay. Once that was repaired then the hydraulic leak, clutch master cylinder and brake cylinder, were quickly repaired. All for a fair and reasonable cost. I feel good about having a local shop to bring my vehicles to. They rock. Chippy

Took car in because the "check engine" light came on. I had to wait a couple of days for the appointment but was very satisfied with the work done. We've used Lake Arbor for many years and find them to be reliable and honest.

The technician (Raul) actually “cleaned” the exterior of my front and rear differentials prior to fluid change for a proper inspection for any leaks. Transmission pan was nice and shiny after a change of both filters, a gasket and fluid. Most importantly, the interior of my vehicle is always “grease free” when its ready for pick up. All maintenance performed was verified by my “advisor” Patrick. I ALWAYS recommend this repair facility (for years) to anyone in need of automotive or diesel maintenance or repairs.

Absolutely one of the most trustworthy Auto Repair Businesses in the Denver Metro area. If they diagnose your issue and tell you what is wrong, you can trust that is the issue. They have never came back to say "oh, by the way, you also need this or that". Every time we have had one of our vehicles in for repairs the original diagnosis has always been correct the first time and the price exactly what was quoted. I cannot recommend this business highly enough!

I've been a customer at LAA for nearly two decades. I will not go anywhere else unless it's warranty work, and since LAA does such a great job of keeping my vehicles in good shape, the warranty ran out long ago. I experienced a problem with my truck while in Texas, but after a phone call to Sean I was comfortable driving it home to be serviced by my friends at Lake Arbor rather than being subject to the tender mercies of a complete stranger in Texas. LAA exemplifies ethics, honest, integrity, and competence.

I have been bringing 2 cars to Lake Arbor Auto for about 5 years. They have consistently repaired and maintained my cars with expertise and honesty. I'm always confident that they will do what's best for me and my cars. I would much rather pay Lake Arbor Auto to keep my old cars in good operating condition than buy a new car.

I brought a 2001 Cherokee here based on past positive experiences. The right front wheel had a death wobble, turns out the balance weights were out of spec by more than 4 ounces. The issue could have easily become a costly rabbit hole, but following the mechanic’s advice to start small and go from there was a very customer service focused approach & I also had a few recommendations made for future repairs that I can plan for instead of be surprised by. Really grateful for finding this shop.

For mw this review is probably long over due! I have been going to Lake Arbour for nearly 10 years now. I normally like to offer an example of the service I have had to make a more comprehensive review but I have had so many good experiences its hard to pick one. I used to be in the automotive industry ages ago and a currently a maintenance person but no longer in Automotive. I will continue to take my vehicle to Lake Arbour until the doors close! Professionalism, integrity and good maintenance are the first 3 words that come to mind. I have never worked with another shop that will tell YOU that something is under warranty without asking. Bottom line is, this is the shop you want to take you vehicle to if you want solid service and know that no matter what happens you will be taken care of. Keep it up guys!

Second time at Lake Arbor with a different car. Both times has been a great experience. I wish I knew about the AAA discount! :) But I will definitely be using them in the future.

Went there to get my emission done on my ram 3500, I told them I have smoke stacks on it I was told to bring in. I waited 20 minutes for them to tell they could not do it for my diesel. In my opinion if your going to work on diesels you should be equipped with the tools to satisfy the customers needs. Your shop done nothing for me except burn up my fuel going clear cross town.

We have a 93 Chevy ASTRO that needed work to pass emissions. Lake Arbor has always treated us well and always does a good job with our vehicles. Amazing team, always friendly. We appreciate you!

Just did the brakes and ball joints on my truck (got my diesel emissions done too ) They located a coolant leak while the truck was there, it turned out to be the EGR unit (the oil cooler was fine). They fixed it all at a great rate. Lake Arbor is hands down the best mechanic shop I've ever been too. Thanks for focusing on the customer guys.

I have been taking my truck and other vehicles to lake Arbor since I needed an emissions test on my new '97 Ram 2500. 1999? Back when Dana was trying to figure out how to use his "new" 286 computer. There's a reason they're still around and growing. "Doing the right thing" really sums it up. Now I take all of my family's cars there, except for my old Mercedes. Since they don't have the equipment to diagnose issues with it, they referred me to another European car garage that is as good as they are. Another example of doing the right thing. Mechanics staying late to finish a job whin I was going on a trip, advice about repairs (including need for) friendly. Experience mechanics and staff. An oil change isn't just changing oil. They do an inspection of the car, too. Not just any oil, but quality oil that will keep your car running for a long time. My truck's oil looks like new, even just before an oil change. 250,000 miles 1997. Trust, experience, integrity, community service. Truly, the whole deal.
