Service was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked into the door the hostess greeted us with a big smile and sat us down right away. Our server was polite and knowledgeable about the menu. It was also our first time here so we received 2 slices of pie complementary. The pecan pie was fantastic. Ordered the pulled pork and beef brisket. Such flavorful smoked beef brisket But a little on the pricey end. The pulled pork is best with their original BBQ and habanero BBQ sauce mixed. Overall, it was a good experience. We will definitely return to try more items on the menu and possibly the tacos.

Jim 'n Nick's Northglenn catered our Cub Scout Pack's Blue & Gold banquet last night for 200 people and did an exceptional job! Tyler, the store's owner was terrific to work with as was Rachael the catering manager. Their service staff at our event was on top of every detail. They were collaborative, flexible and aimed to make our evening special from start to finish. Our pack hasn't stopped raving about the great food! We were pleasantly surprised that as soon as folks were fed the staff sprung into action to bus tables and truly provide excellent service. Thank you!

Three of us went on a Thursday evening around 630pm and were seated in the main dining area without any waiting. Ordered and the food came out in about 15-20 mins. We had the spare ribs (3lbs) with BBQ chips, and wife had the catfish (grilled). All dishes were warm, in big servings, and tasted very good. We were told that this is Alabama-style BBQ, which was just as well for us. Family-friendly atmosphere and good, friendly service. Decent prices given the large portions. Didn't drink alcohol, but there's a good-sized bar too. Go - it's a good bet for a nice family dinner out.

We ate at Jim 'N Nick's on a Friday evening around 530. We did not have to wait to be seated. We had a fantastic server named Amanda. My wife ordered Loaded Mac 'n Cheese with brisket, and I ordered a brisket sandwich on sourdough. The brisket sandwich was delicious. The Mac 'n Cheese however came out cold. Amanda came by the table shortly after our food arrived, and we let her know the meal was cold. In less than two minutes the manager had brought out a new dish, and waited to ensure she liked it. The next one was warm, and very good. Ultimately the food was good, the problem resolution was great, and the service was fantastic!

By far my favorite bar b q place ever. I’m from out of state but the staff made me feel so at home. The chef came out to talk to me and get to know me as well as gave me the back ground of the franchise. I would go all the way back just to eat there again. Highly highly recommend.

Beef Brisket (slight creosote flavor, a little too charred) and the Carolina style BBQ pork (a bit wet on the plate), Sweet Potato Casserole, Fried Green Tomatoes and complimentary cheesy muffins ( by far my favorite bite). Overall a good meal, it just wasn’t noteworthy.

Ordered and paid online. Went to the drive through to pick up food. When I got to the drive up the guy (Robert I was told was his name)told me that I can't get my order at the drive-through and that I had to pull around the front and go in. I was already trapped in line so I had to wait for a while before I could get up to the window. I asked Robert at the window that since I waited for so long maybe he had the time to grab my food. He told me no it's not in my system so I can't give you your food. I could literally see the take out counter 10 feet behind him where my food was and he could not take the 3 or 4 steps to grab it. He also seemed very annoyed with me and kept calling me buddy in a condescending way. Needless to say I was not very happy by the time I pulled around to walk in and get my food. It was Sunday and I was not planning, or dressed, to walk into a restaurant, not to mention I had my dog with me and had to make him stay in the car while I went in. The young guy at the counter was very pollite. That being said the food was pretty good and the portions were decent. I would go back for the food but the drive up window service or at least a service from I got from Robert was horrible and makes me not want to go back. I paid 37 bucks for the meal and added a 7.36 tip. Was hoping for better service at the drive through. Would have given 4 stars.

Admittedly I have only eaten at Jim N Nick's via drive-thru. With that said, every single time we've been there the service has been spectacular. Not exactly fast, but that's okay because the quality of food has been delicious every single time. Update: It has been well over a year since they were last open. I'm pretty sure you can say this site is permanently closed. Sad.

Jojo was our server and was very nice. The chef Juan heard it was our first time eating here and came to our table to greet us as well as tell us about the food and how they cook it. We were so impressed by how genuine Juan was that we felt like leaving this review. The cheese biscuits are so good! After going from bbq spot to bbq spot we have finally found one that not only has excellent food but offers a special touch with the customer service. They clearly understand that food is more then just being in and out and the personal touch was something I will never forget. I will be spending my money here in the future and they earned two bbq lovers business for life!
