Ordered
and
paid
online.
Went
to
the
drive
through
to
pick
up
food.
When
I
got
to
the
drive
up
the
guy
(Robert
I
was
told
was
his
name)told
me
that
I
can't
get
my
order
at
the
drive-through
and
that
I
had
to
pull
around
the
front
and
go
in.
I
was
already
trapped
in
line
so
I
had
to
wait
for
a
while
before
I
could
get
up
to
the
window.
I
asked
Robert
at
the
window
that
since
I
waited
for
so
long
maybe
he
had
the
time
to
grab
my
food.
He
told
me
no
it's
not
in
my
system
so
I
can't
give
you
your
food.
I
could
literally
see
the
take
out
counter
10
feet
behind
him
where
my
food
was
and
he
could
not
take
the
3
or
4
steps
to
grab
it.
He
also
seemed
very
annoyed
with
me
and
kept
calling
me
buddy
in
a
condescending
way.
Needless
to
say
I
was
not
very
happy
by
the
time
I
pulled
around
to
walk
in
and
get
my
food.
It
was
Sunday
and
I
was
not
planning,
or
dressed,
to
walk
into
a
restaurant,
not
to
mention
I
had
my
dog
with
me
and
had
to
make
him
stay
in
the
car
while
I
went
in.
The
young
guy
at
the
counter
was
very
pollite.
That
being
said
the
food
was
pretty
good
and
the
portions
were
decent.
I
would
go
back
for
the
food
but
the
drive
up
window
service
or
at
least
a
service
from
I
got
from
Robert
was
horrible
and
makes
me
not
want
to
go
back.
I
paid
37
bucks
for
the
meal
and
added
a
7.36
tip.
Was
hoping
for
better
service
at
the
drive
through.
Would
have
given
4
stars.
