What a great place to take some time and enjoy the struggles of the past! This is a wonderful slice of early automotive, farm and tractor history. They also have quite a few other interesting features, worthy of your time. Check to see if they are open, limited June thru August fri-sat-sun 11-5

I grew up in Longmont and had never been here before. I took my 2-year-old to the old tractor show out front and decided to head into the museum afterward. I was expecting just to see a bunch of old farm implements, but I was surprised to see musical instruments, historical firearms, and some pretty neat carriages. For $8 for an adult, you'll also get a booklet that details most of the items inside. I was surprised to see how many items are related to the history of Longmont and the surrounding area. For example, Longmonts' first firetruck is here! This is a great compliment to the other historical and cultural centers in Longmont. Overall, I would definitely bring my older two here next year. Although, I would enjoy information on all the items in the museum to be in the booklet. (I had to read the book afterward as monitoring a 2-year-old in a museum is a full-time job)

The collection is nice but the smell of moth balls is overwhelming. I was hit by it as soon as I walked in the door and I should have left then. It is so strong it affects the eyes too. Lighting is not very good in the open part of the museum giving it a dank appearance.

Absolutely amazing private collection of antique cars and farm machinery!! Historic race cars Tractors and a well drilling rig Classics and memorabilia Even a 1936 Rolls Royce Beautiful building inside that is so unnoticeable! Highly recommend for Colorado history buffs as many cars are owned in the past by local prominent people with accompanied photographs My personal favorite is the Lozier race car with pictures and racec results, a very, very rare car I appreciate the family locally who have this resource for everyone to experience

The folks here are so generous with their knowledge and passion for the treasures within. Over a hundred years of amazing machines. I’ve been here a few times over the years, and enjoyed every moment.

What a fantastic museum! The unassuming building does not portray the amazing display of cars and pianos inside. The employees are wonderful and full of information. You can tell they love to work there and are happy to answer all your questions and even share tidbits you never new. We brought family here this last weekend and spent several hours there. They were so amazed they went back another day. Well worth the time! Do note, you'll want to bring cash for admission. Admission is only $5 a person.

It's very hot in this building. They have a couple box fans in an attempt to move air, but it's pointless. Grab a book to fan yourself. The staff was very nice & knowledgeable, & the collection is very impressive. Worth the admission!

Very cool place I have been there before, I was there with friends at the yesteryear farm show. Very cool happening. You should update your website, was told no dogs in the museum, chances of me going back are slim to none

Very cool place. A diamond in the rough. Was pleasantly surprised. Enjoyed spending time here and chatting with the people who worked here. Very friendly and genuine. Would certainly recommend to anyone who loves old cars and tractors.

The look of the outside underplayed what really cool old machinery, cars, guns, and music machines are displayed inside. The staff was nice and well informed. If this sort of museum piques your interest, this one is definitely a worthwhile stop.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Such a beautiful park letting kids imagination run wild, is very well thought out layout for kids of all ages. It even has its little library. It’s one of the most unique parks I’ve been. My kids absolutely loved it. We travel 40 just to visit this park, and it was totally worth the drive.
