The service was great. Our waiter took the time to answer questions, make recommendations, give guidance, and check on us multiple times. From the moment we walked in till the moment we left it was a warm and welcoming place. The food was absolutely delicious and not only looked fresh but tasted even fresher. It was nice to have a place that invested in specialty non alcoholic drinks. While the place did not have many non-treenut allergy appetizers it did have a wide range of food options. I was fascinated by the fact that the owners/managers took the time to identify which ones are seasonal vs all year round dishes. This makes it specifically special and authentic to know their care for fresh products.

True food is one of our favorite places to eat. We haven’t been to the Denver location before but of course it didn’t disappoint. The food is always so delicious. We got quite a few appetizers and shared an entrée. The staff was friendly and accommodating and our food came out quickly. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone in the Denver area.

We decided to stop here for dinner on a busy Saturday evening while checking out the Christmas lights in Cherry Creek. We ordered some appetizers to eat and a couple entrees to take home. The service was top notch! Very friendly staff and quick service. The food is very fresh and unique. We will definitely be back to try more of the entrees here!

They serve vegan and vegetarian bowls! If you're neither you can add salmon, chicken, shrimp etc. Loved this place. Great fall/winter menu. There are alot of choices to choose from.

Wow. I wish I knew the name of our waiter, but he was absolutely fantastic. Took time to talk to us, give us some history and had a wealth of information on the food abs how everything was made. He would check in on us but I think he just read the room and never interrupted. We were so happy with the burger! Delicious! And I always love getting the vegan pizza! The Brussels sprouts were bomb and the drinks were fantastic. We were so happy when we left and made sure to give our friend a good tip for such great service and kindness during our visit.

For me True Food is just ok. I know they use fresh ingredients and cater to all kinds of food sensitivities. When we went with friends (two who are vegan) the waitress Kiley was the best best part. She was friendly & helpful throughout the evening. The appetizers we had were good not great and the double vegan cheeseburger just didn't taste that good. The patties were mealy and I was expecting top notch vegan burger substitutes (impossible) at other places. I may be in the minority but the cost and taste just don't make me excited to return to True Food anytime soon.

Wonderful fun atmosphere! Delicious food, casual and very friendly wait staff. We visited for my daughter’s birthday as a party of 5 family members. We are a crazy group to feel: one has all tree nut allergies except pistachios , sesame allergy (watch out for tahini), coconut allergy and avocado allergy, one has peanut allergy, I have gluten allergy and my daughter is vegan.. So we have to read the menu very well.😅 My son ended up having a coconut allergy reaction because of the butternut squash soup. It was vegan and gluten free, but did not list anything beyond Sage and butternut squash. Turns out with the help of our perfect waitress that It had coconut cream in it to replace dairy cream and that caused a problem for my son who had to stop eating and take some emergency antihistamines which luckily my daughter had on hand. Please ask for the ingredients menu from waitstaff if you have major or life threatening allergies. That way once you have decided what to eat, you can double check the list for each item. Food was very tasty—but it all was lukewarm instead of hot which disappointed us all.

Great location. Very nice Staff. Great tasting food, but be ready for healthy eating. Some options you have to have an acquired taste. The Trout is a safe option as well as the burger and pizza. Very contemporary.

Was my first time here but won't be my last. Great food and our server Mason was exceptionally nice. I had the salmon prepared medium and was cooked to perfection and the pie was delicious!

Picked this spot for dinner because I was drawn to how many gluten free/vegan options they had on the menu for me & they have plenty of protein choices for those who are not. There are alcoholic beverages here as well if you're in the mood for a drink. The staff here was exceptionally friendly & I enjoyed the suggestions that they offered. Definitely make reservations if you're planning on dining in on the weekend because it was pretty crowded. Everything I ordered from the menu was absolutely delicious & I wasn't disappointed by anything we tried. Do yourself a favor & save room for dessert. The squash pie was delightful 💕

It's pretty good food with a large vegan selection. Unfortunately, the restraint is just too loud to hear your own table!

Just checked out this spot for a healthier take on eats. The burgers here are a real stand-out - think lean, dry meat and super fresh ingredients. Bit pricey, but that's expected for the area, isn't it? Service was quick, almost too much so. The waitress seemed in a bit of a rush, though I reckon there's no need for that if the kitchen's keeping up. The place was buzzing, but not overly packed. Overall, if you fancy something on the healthier side, it's definitely worth a look. Give it a go!

Ordered a salad to go and portion sizes were pathetic for the price. Seemed like because it was take-out they downsized the amount. Salad seemed more like a side dish than a meal. Really wanted to like this restaurant but I don’t know if I would pay this much again.

I love True Food. Been to many of the AZ locations but first time in this one. The setup is really good, it’s quite large but designed well. Food is great as always. Cherry Creek is a great neighborhood to walk around in as well.

Had a wonderful experience this evening at this favorite for a girls' night. Reservations on weekends are definitely recommended but had a great time in part to our wonderful server, Melissa. She had great suggestions for seasonal items and was attentive considering how busy it was. She talked about her favorites keeping in mind what we said we were in the mood for and let us know which items were sold out so we didn't get our hearts set on something unavailable. The food was cooked to perfection and loved that they still offer healthy smoothie drinks on an evening menu. The butternut squash roasted pizza was really tasty and I'll be back soon!

We went to True Food for our sister's birthday. Henry was our server. He was attentive and of good humor. The food was great. We ordered the edamame guacamole for a starter. Main meals were spaghetti squash lasagna, Mediterranean chicken sandwich and burger with a fried egg and blue cheese. For our birthday dessert we had the flour free chocolate cake with ice cream. Beyond amazing! Highly recommend True Food.

Took my wife here for her birthday. The philosophy of fresh healthy, anti inflammatory food with tons of flavor is perfect for her. I had the forbidden poke, and it was amazing My wife had the Korean steak, but it was too spicy for her. But the amazing staff had it remade without the spice. The drinks were unique and very flavorful. The pink lime tart was very good. The service and atmosphere are fantastic. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I were in Denver for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. We wanted to go somewhere with excellent food, but with a more casual atmosphere. True Food Kitchen hit the mark! The food was excellent and the service was impeccable. My only complaint was the noise level, but it wasn't so bad that I wouldn't return. Definitely a wonderful experience!

This place is exquisite. Reservations recommended as it can get busy. Christian was our server and did a fantastic job. The menu had tons of yummy options. The bartenders and chefs were welcoming to dietary restrictions. The portions were just right and the detail in the flavors was apparent. Parking was hard to find, had to pay for the garage. Overall great experience.

This place is wonerful! Came across it in Colorado during our travels while trying to accomodate food allergies. The wait staff was attentive, helpful and offered recommendations to avoid allergens. Really enjoyed this place, and the open kitchen is just flat out cool!

The food was really good. The ambiance was great! The waiters were very attentive and friendly. We ordered the hummus for starters and I had the spicy panang curry and my friend had the ancient grain bowl they both were really great! Will definitely be coming back.

The food was beyond delicious. I got the seasonal salad with butternut squash, kale and horseradish dressing and basil tea which was perfect for the cold weather. The flourless chocolate cake was so amazing I literally cried. My server was helpful and very nice. Would defintity
