    I’ve been coming here for the better part of a decade, and it’s sad to say but this place has all but completely fallen apart. There seems to be no attention to detail, from items missing to thoroughly overcooked rubber steak. This place used to have the best food quality, and now it’s far from it. My salad yesterday was not only missing the dressing, but half of the lettuce was wilted and brown. The roasted veggies were completely missing any sort of seasoning, not even salt. Is anyone paying attention to what they are serving here? For a long time I put up with their frustrating online ordering which would tell you that your order was ready long before it actually was, because the food was mostly worth the wait. (This was for the first time accurate yesterday in fairness) Now, the food is so mediocre there is no reason to keep coming here and it truly is unfortunate, because this place used to be GREAT.

    The food is good. The wait makes it almost not worth it. 32 minutes and counting. We ordered soup and salmon. Simple meal, most of it should be prepared already. Several good delivery drivers seem to be getting upset also.

    I’ve been here for more than 10 min and no one comes out to let us know that someone will be right with us .. last night we came to get food and it was the same situation here with the same workers.. I just told the guy that we’ve been waiting and he said oh I was outside taking the trash out.. And I’m sorry but if he is in charge of the register he should be attending customers. Like I said I don’t believe it, since we were here last night and it happened the same. I’m very disappointed with the service. Food is good that is why I continue coming.

    Ordered a salad to be delivered. Waited over an hour only to open it up and have literally a bed of lettuce (i had asked for no cheese or potatoes, clearly they loaded it with cheese), no dressing, no fixings or toppings just lettuce. They don't have a direct line to the store so I had to wait on their corporate line for 30 minutes and wait while they went back and forth between the store and myself. They decided to give me a credit only to find out that my house is not within delivery radius. Just very frustrated.

    Terrible experience. Good quality food but never ordering from this company again. I really dislike giving bad reviews but I'm tired of it The managment should be fired or needs to step their game up. Thank goodness for the front desk person. Either way this place should and needs to have a health code inspection. 100% gaurantee they will find something wrong. This store gets something wrong every single time I order whether it's the app in person or through door dash. It has happened every single time. Today walked in music was too loud could barely hear the front desk person. We decided to order directly with them online couldn't find my wife's order she placed online. Had to order a second pizza in person. Was pretty confusing. I must have stressed them out. They told me to go sit down and relax. As I was leaving the cooks in back all looked at me odd. Came home opened each pizza to find the second order I placed, the crust was more burnt then an authentic Italian pizza would ever be. Not that this is Italy but there is no excuse for this being this way. See the difference in pictures. So they must have been annoyed that I was confused and either made a mistake burning it or did it on purpose. Or maybe thier pizza oven is shot and their overworking it getting inconsistent results. Also ordered 1/2 gallon of cucumber mint lemonade but I am hesitant to drink it. Probably won't just in case it was contaminated. EDIT: Went back to show them the pizza was too burnt. The front desk person was kind enough to explain a few things and gave me a refund. If it weren't for them getting literally every single order wrong I would have changed the review.

    This location typically has decent quality food. Sometimes they mess up and miss an item that is supposed to be in the meal but they get it right most of the time. However, I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit. We ordered a flat iron salad and a Thai coconut salad. No issues with the flat iron but my spouse had a few bites of his salad left when he noticed a HUGE, NASTY bug 🤢.

    The food was really good. The Chili Streak Sammy was very good. A little spicy if that is an issue for you. Would definitely come back again. Lots of gluten-free options.

    Like many reviewers, I also have had wonderful experiences at this location before the pandemic. Tonight, not so much. Food came 96 minutes after the “promise time”. My Buddha bowl had some wax paper in it. Employees were understandably stressed; they are saints for putting up with a crowd of irritated, hungry online orderers. Here are some suggestions for Modern Market corporate: 1) Don’t promise me my order will arrive in a fake timeframe. If I knew it would take this long, I wouldn’t be here writing this review. The promise time does not appear to be associated with real-time order volume or known delays at this location. A 96 minute difference in the promise time is obviously due to a poorly coded online ordering experience. 2) Perhaps consider NOT taking orders when you don’t have capacity. Other chains already use this method to deal with rush times, such as Starbucks turning off online ordering from the app when understaffed. 3) I don’t know how much you pay your employees, but it clearly isn’t enough.

    I recently moved here and l decided to try MME and it wasn't good. It was sloppily made and the service was horrible. The cashier was having a whole conversation with one of the other employees girlfriend. They took awhile to acknowledge that l was waiting to order. The wait time was unacceptable and not worth $13.

    I ordered a grass fed steak but it was served to me cold. All of our food was cold except the pizza. The person who took our order didn't make us feel welcomed. The food portions were relatively small but we did appreciate the quality.

    Cashier says. We have the best Mac and cheese ever. I ordered it and it was most the disgusting thing ever. Cold. And just didn't taste fresh. I got the steak sandwich too and that thing was very tough to chew thru. The meat was just chewy it was like eating a rubber bullet. All this goodness for 22 bucks too. Not coming here again and if you're picky about your food definitely avoid this place

    Order from here regularly and am usually very satisfied. However, today I ordered gluten free crusts on 2 pizzas, and paid the up charge due to Celiac in the family. Received regular crust and didn't catch it immediately. Entire $70.00 order had to be thrown away and upon calling Customer Support, was told this location was out of the gluten free crusts so they substituted with regular. I am absolutely horrified that they wouldn't call or make the educated decision to go with the other gluten free option. When health is at stake, I'd expect MUCH better diligence when it comes to substitutions.

    Good selections to choose from with clear description. Take out presentation good and food were tasty. The smoked chicken bowl is best of the three we tried, chicken was a bit dry, but Chile sweet potato was great, matching with roasted cherry tomato and the citrus cabbage slaw.

    My boyfriend and I came here for the first time, and it was phenomenal! The service was amazing, and the food was super fresh. I got the salmon ceasar salad, and it was amazing. It wasn't too heavy and it was very refreshing. The smoked salmon was perfect. My boyfriend got the Ciabatta steak sandwich. It was good, refreshing, and filling. It had a good spice kick with the chipotle sauce. We will definitely be coming back again!

    Ordered the smoky chicken bowl for takeout, and was a bit disappointed. Everything on its own was good, but I personally found that some of the flavors were just too strong to mix well together. Since there is a lot of mixing that happens in a bowl-based dish like this, it was a bit unfortunate. What further lowers the rating is the price. I paid $14 for a bowl that wasn't very big, and wasn't as tasty as I had hoped. I will say that I have had modern market catered in the past and all of the sandwiches, salads, and roasted veggies that I've had were very good. Update: Customer service reached out and offered a $10 promo code, which was appreciated. I came back and ordered the Verde bowl (seasonal) and it tasted great. The only issue here is that it was supposed to come with picked red onion, but instead came with a HUGE mound of raw red onion. This wasn't a big deal to me (I just took it out of the bowl) but could be very disappointing to some. However, ultimately I thought the size/value was better than the last bowl. I paid $3 extra to add chicken, which I thought was a good touch, but wasn't much chicken.

    Ordered the Blackened Baja chicken, and barely got any chicken. I feel robbed, this was my first time ever trying Mod Market and was extremely disappointed. I'm not sure if small portions are normal here, but I feel like I didn't get what I paid for.

    This would’ve been a five star review if they hadn’t gotten several things drastically wrong on our order, even though we could tell the person at the order counter, had it right, because the order was up on the screen… But that being said, the pizza was some of the best we’ve ever had and our salads were great… the staff is not very friendly but again the food is so good so 🤷🏻‍♀️

    Just stopped by to try a new place. Joyce gave us fantastic customer service and helped us get acquainted with some of the menu options. Food was excellent, I had the best mushroom pizza I've had to date and will definitely be back to try some of their salads.

    My daughter turned me onto this place, and I turned my ex/roommate, and he goes here or we go here almost every other day they really have good food. She especially loves their pizza. However, there’s one woman named Joyce, who somehow makes the pizza taste just like he has it back in New York his home state.
